Judd, Lauren Jayna and their staff are consummate family law pros. Very communicative, knowledgeable and thorough. I never felt like I was being rushed or pressured into making decisions and when I needed advice, they were quick to answer and answer with compassion. I dont hand out reviews easily. A lawyer really has to impress me before Im going to say they are good. Judd is beyond good hes great. Simply put, hes one of the most brilliant attorneys that I have ever known. I highly recommend him.

Can t say enough about the professionalism and talent of the Judd Tucker Law Firm. Our case was somewhat difficult and not an easy win in Montgomery County courts (we knew that going into it.) Judd Tucker was my divorce attorney for two years and if I could give him more than five stars I would. He represented me through a complex, high conflict divorce case and he has my highest recommendation. He was recommended to me in fact by another attorney as a skilled family law attorney and exceeded every expectation and hope I had. When you hire a divorce attorney you need someone who will understand your case, and who will advocate and fight for your best outcome. Judd Tucker is excellent and he is highly respected in the Montgomery County Family Court system. Through all the stages of my case I watched him brilliantly and loyally represent me with judges, mediators and opposing attorneys. At every stage of my case, I found I could be confident Judd Tucker knew my case one hundred percent and had the skill to achieve what was best and right. He will be honest and direct with you and you can be assured that during a difficult process, you will be handled by an attorney of true integrity. In a situation of high conflict and stress, Judd Tucker is calm, focused, strong and firm. He is organized, meets all deadlines (of which there are many in family law) and shows up for you in every way, to the highest standard. In the years I have known him and had him represent me I can say there are only two kinds of people who don t like Judd Tucker: those who don t know him yet, and those who have lost cases to him. Absolutely everyone else gives Judd Tucker respect (and also even many who have actually lost to him!). I can t imagine a more difficult time in one s life than that of Divorce, asset distribution, and child custody/visitation arrangements. My heart goes out to anyone that has to walk this walk. Thankfully, I chose to have Judd Tucker represent me through my divorce process, and I will be eternally grateful for his guidance. Although my situation was sadly the unfavorable one in accordance to Texas law (read: stay at home mom), I can honestly say Judd saved me and my children from a potentially tragic outcome. His knowledge and experience with the courts was invaluable when determining which way to proceed in a given situation but his patience and compassion, while still being able to communicate sometimes harsh realities, is what truly set him apart. I consulted several other attorneys before deciding who to choose, and not one came close to conveying the sincerity Judd has. Please trust me on this: When you are going through the most emotional, most confusing and upsetting time of your life, you will want someone with Judd s character keeping a calm and steady hand on things. It s been a little over a year since my divorce was finalized and only really in the aftermath do I fully comprehend how badly things could have gone had I let my volatile emotions (or an attorney more motivated by billable hours) lead the way. I feel incredibly blessed to have had Judd watching over me and my precious children. Highly recommend to anyone in a similar situation and am insistent that my loved ones work exclusively with Judd. Judd Tucker did not do his job when hired to be an amicus lawyer for my children. He was very unprofessional and did not do what he was hired to do. I strongly recommend you find anyone but Judd to represent you or your children. He was assigned to my kids by the courts and he only spoke to my kids 1 time in 6 months. Not to mention he NEVER even spoke to my son by himself 1 time!!! Not once! He only came to my house twice and the second time he came out, I thought for sure he would talk to the kids separately but NOPE he didnt speak to either one of them!!! This guy got paid to do nothing but show up in court. He didnt object to anything in court even when he knew it wasnt the truth!!! What a freaking JOKE this guy is. Not to mention very unprofessional and VERY LAZY! All people want is whats best for their kids and a fare chance and HE took that from me!!! I had my kids for 12 years and I own 4 child care centers and was on the school board and have coach in my community for over 25 years. My kids never made a grade below an A on a report card and Judd thinks its better to have them go with their mom who has a DWI and her BF that has not 1 but 2 felonies on his record!!! Great Job Dudd!!! Stay away people this guy is a JOKE!!!

Results! I can not say enough of the performance of Attorney Judd Tucker. He kept my expectations realistic and delivered a favorable outcome. He always was professional and reassuring during the process. He was efficient, effective and well worth my money.
