I have been to the mooyah Burleson TX. Location twice now. The service is always great the staff is always super friends to ensure our meals are good. The management seems like it cares. The burgers are super juicy good. Homemade bread and fresh cut fries are cooked to perfection. Love coming here and will be continuing coming back

First time trying Mooyah. After we paid nearly $30 I just knew it was gonna blow my socks off. Upon ordering I requested no cheese on my burger. When the young man brought our meals to the tables it had cheese. He apologized and took it back as I watched them discard the patty with cheese but kept the rest of the burger. No big deal. When my meal was brought I took a bite and my meat was pink. I was immediately disgusted and it ruined my appetite. The cashier apologized which it wasnt her fault and stated the cook must have rushed it. I was offered a shake for the inconvenience but that was it. No refund or ownership that the uncooked patty could have food poisoned me. I do want to recognize the young lady hispanic cashier and the hispanic food server. There cust service was appreciated but I do not recommend this location.

My wife, two of my kids and me stop here on our trip to Nebraska. It was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. The food was good. I like the set up. Fresh potatoes they cut daily. It was late when we stopped so it was not packed, but on our trip though this town will have us stopping again.

I love Mooyah! I miss the chalk board though. It was a great activity for the kids. Good is great and the service is always generously kind. Kid-friendliness: Used to be more kid-friendly with the activities! But still a good place to take the kids. Open atmosphere and plenty of seating.

My 1st time to go to this Mootah. I wanted 2 burgers -a single meat & a double meat. Although the meats got switched with the wrong toppings/condiments, the flavor of the meat was sooooo good. Atmosphere is the only thing thats good here. Floors are sticky, and food is very greasy. I ordered one of the diablo burgers and grabbed it to go. Once i got home, i took a 1 - 2 bites of the burger and couldnt continue just sooo much grease. And for what you are paying for, its a shame. This and a small fry was $16. Spend your money elsewhere. Food is very bad..

I am deleting my 4 star review from a while back. When I walked in the staff was roughhousing and playing like kids. I then waited at least 5 mins for them to stop and take my order. Im not sure what happened to this place, it used to be so good. My bun was cold, not room temp but cold. I am so disappointed because I used to enjoy there burgers so much. What a sad decline.

I enjoyed the new Patty Melt meal. Their fresh made lightly toasted buns made such delicious combo with the sauted onions, beef patties, and cheese. Yes I believe they even used muester cheese which is one of my favorite cheeses. Umm umm. The atmosphere is nice causal good place to meet up with family or intimate quiet date. As an introvert, I dont eat out much, mostly I cook for myself, but I enjoyed the atmosphere defiantly family friendly cute cozy for dating couples. At the Burleson location Chris took our order He was so friendly and attentive even thanking us for coming as we were on our way out. It was his kindness that moved me to go ahead and write a review. Enjoyed the meal, the atmosphere, and Mr. Chris and evening crew at that location I highly recommend this Mooyah. 5 stars! You will enjoy.

Ive emailed yall twice. I got the email confirmation. Matter fact emailed yall april 12. Ive yet to get this settled so quit lying with the contact us I need a refund of my over priced meal. It was not up to par. It was not a burger it was crumbled into dog food. The patty itself turned into grounds, and it looked like dog food. $10.99 for a burger alone. And it was extra to make a kids burger vegan for something that was not even worth it. I dont mind paying if its gonna at least be good but this was a failed. That price does not match the quality or taste of the food itself. $25.11 high robbery for me an my son. I shouldve just gone to chilis or burger King for a vegan burger instead and it wouldve been way better.

I used to love this place but it has gone down hill badly over the years. I decided it had been a long while and to give them a try again after getting a coupon in the mail. My order said it would be ready by 7:45 and I got there right at and tried to use curbside pickup only to find the phone # disconnected. Went inside and it wasnt ready yet so sat for a bit which turned in to 30 more mins of waiting around for my food to actually be made even though the restaurant was not that busy and there was only one other online order who told the same time and waiting with me. After them taking 45 mins to make 3 burgers I get home only to find they didnt include the fries or juice on my kids meal and the burgers were VERY burnt which got worse after a bite and realizing they were also completely drenched in sauce. I sent a survey in about my horrible experience and food and Mooyahs response was to offer me a free fries even though they had already shorted me one of those to begin with.

Top notch customer service provided by Amanda K.! She listens and takes great pride in taking care of her customers. She checked in with us multiple times to be sure our order was correct and the food quality was what we expected. The atmosphere is not as good as it used to be. It is less intimate since most of the booths have been removed. Even though there was an error with our order, the food quality was better than it has been in over two years. Heading in the right direction. Especially with people like Amanda watching over the staff and customers. Thx ;)

The burger made me sick to my stomach later. The fries were soggy and unevenly salted. Some bites all I could taste was salt, and other bites were just limp, greasy, and bland. The milk shakes werent mixed so all the syrup was at the bottom. We had mint chocolate chip, so basically the milkshakes tasted like plain vanilla for the first 3/4ths and then mouthwash for the last 1/4. I couldnt even finish it. And the burger boxes werent labeled (some of us have food allergies) so there was a lot of confusion when we got the order. When we tried to get help, the staff seemed similarly confused about the order, and our son ended up eating foods he is allergic to because we were misinformed about which food was safe for him to eat. Most of the napkin dispensers were empty, and the burgers were very soggy, so we had gooey hands and no easy way to clean up. It was a rough experience. It wasnt the worst fast food experience Ive ever had, but I regret going and will probably not go back. It was a rough far, so we went out to try to cap it off with a win. We got 4 burgers, three shakes, and a family order of fries for just under $75. We lost.

Go here to eat with my family yesterday and mind you it s like 40 degrees outside. We get our food sit down and we re immediately BLASTED with cold air from the ac vents. It was seriously colder inside the restaurant than it was outside . Why TF would you have the AC blasting when it s 40-45 degrees outside???? I m asking? that s a serious question. Why? Food was ice cold in a matter of minutes, my kids nose is running as he s shaking huddled up in the booth crying because he was cold and wanted to leave. I m really over it it s been one thing after another with the last 3 or 4 visits. Last trip before this one you gave us raw meat. Guess I will cross this location off my list permanently and slide over to 5Guys. Let me know when you get new management and maybe we ll come back.

Great as always. Fries were fresh and crisp. Our order came out quickly even though they were having issues with the fryer and grill and had a ton of door dash orders because it was 10° outside. Only the new employees who werent scheduled that day came in to pick up the slack despite the weather. We really appreciate their professionalism and customer service. But its not all good. The only complaint I ever have with them is that their floor is greasy and slippery throughout the store. If you stand with your feet apart even a little, they keep going on their own. The kids think its funny, but I dont see how that could be sanity or safe. But besides that, they are always a great place to grab a great burger for less. I got 3 kids meals for only $21. They have lots of options for diets like Keto, paleo, etc. even a black bean for the vegetarians. Great place to stop in

I havent been here since they first opened years ago, it has changed so much from what I remember. The burgers were so small, about the size of a kids meal hamburger at a fast food restaurant. Our burgers were dripping in grease and looked nothing like the pictures. I had a puddle of grease on my plate when I picked up the hamburger and the grease was trickling from the saturated bun. My bun was flat, likely because it was so soaked with grease. It was supposed to be a pretzel bun, but I couldnt real tell. The sweet potato fries were okay, but nothing fantastic. The other fries were burnt. Several individuals in our party were sick after eating here, I suspect from all the grease. I couldnt even finish my meal, my stomach wouldnt allow it. Save your stomach and money. I hate to say it, but you could do better almost anywhere else that serves burgers in town.

We got the bacon cheeseburger and mushrooms Swiss burger. With regular fries and sweet potato fries on the side. The smash style burgers are very tasty and the bun really compliments them well. The fries were great when piping hot and both cooled rather quickly so I don t know how well they travel, but the sweet potato fries still tasted great even at a cooler temp. Overall great option for this kind of fare, but a little less filling than I d hope for the price.

I usually love this place however two days ago I ate here with my 2 yr old and my burger was raw in the middle, I got EXTREMELY SICK that night, but that s not the issue. The issue is my son s burger was also raw in the middle but thank god I caught it before he bit into it. He was still eating French fries so I ended up taking it from him before he made the same mistake I did. With him being 2 he would have never known there was a problem and that could have killed him. You guys gotta make sure you cook the burgers all the way through especially when it s for a toddler. I received the wrong order because the store placed (stapled) the wrong receipt on the bag that was picked up by the driver. So after waiting nearly an hour for my food. I drove to MOOYAH with the food that was delivered (I didn t keep any items) and they said they would remake my original order and I sat in the lobby for almost 10 minutes before someone told me they were out of the ingredients needed for my order. They offered other options that don t eat, I declined and the manager said he was unable to give me a refund and that I would have to call door dash. I called doordash and stayed on hold for 30 minutes for them to tell me that MOOYAH is the one that has to issue the refund. So I returned home with no food and no refund.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Nothing is clean and this place is a sespool of illness. The owner Sue does not know how to run a store or uphold mooyah values or standard. Food taste horrible because she has not trained her cooks. She has cut the size of products in half so your not getting the value your paying for. Shake machine was not cleaned in over a year and a half in return spoiled product and mold was being served to the public. This owner does not care care about your right to free speach or freedom of religion that are protected but the Constitution. Forces ppl to abandon the religious practice of going to church and threatens your job because you talk about it in the privacy of your own home. This is not mooyah standards or policies. Mooyah and a whole actually are very good on respecting the employees and public with high standards. Not sure why they allow this to go on in this store. Five guys is opening up right across 35 and they are living up to the rep for the food service and appropriate work environment. Not to mention give guys pays 15 for cooks when mooyah only pays 16 for basically a store manager. How is that a fair wage for a fair job?

this was our first time to eat here and it was absolutely amazing. we took our older kids and they all enjoyed it and left full and satisfied. the service was great and the food came out fresh and fast . we will definitely have to come back again.

I usually don t do this, but. 30 minutes on a Tuesday at 4:30p when there was only one other customer was a bit much. We ordered the jalapeño burger (to go meal) along with kids meals. Our fries were cold when we got them, as if they been sitting there for a while. When we got home, we realized our jalapeño burger had no jalapeños, grilled onions as advertised. We called 3x to no response from the store no one answered the phone. I wanted to like this place, but if this is how customers are treated. No thanks.

Used to be fantastic but the last 2 times I went the fries were dark, almost black yet soggy. Couldnt eat them, used to be my favorite part. Also a bit over priced. EDIT Shame on you for cheating schools out of fundraising money! This has happened more than a few times!!!

Yes my son was the one who turned me onto Mooyah Burgers, and it was the best the first time I went which was the earlier part of this year and since then went back, last time I went which was last month after I left a store near by once I got home to eat my burger it was mushy and just awful, I informed my son whom went after I told him, he was ok with his burger but yesterday evening around 5pm he came home and informed me of his experience. He stated mom never again they tried me, he asked for a vegan burger and some kind of vegan bun, something told him to check his burger and it was not vegan burger nor whatever kind of bun he asked for. So he went back in and asked for the correct order this time when he went to the car they had the correct burger but a frozen bun when he went back in and informed the guys they started laughing and corrected his order by then once he got home I was upset so I called. The customer service was not appropriate and the guy that answered had a soft voice as I asked to speak to the manager it was followed by a WHAT I was like excuse me now mind you im on loud speaker in my living room and I do have a camera in the room. I was hung up on several times then sent straight to voice mail which was full. So I went up there called while I was there in the parking lot and no answer. So as I was walking in my facial expression showed and I asked for the manager or Supervisor some lil guy came up mean while the lil gestures on everyone face behind the counter I asked several of them who hung the phone up and why they were not answering to be told they were busy and they were not to where they could not take calls, but the guy I spoke to said he was either the manager or Sup and I remembered the soft voice and asked what was his name he said Sahay I asked him was he the one that hung up on me or answered the phone he said no it was Sahay and he left a few minutes ago so etc., (I dont play with kids at all)I then informed all of the guys behind the counter that they should not play with people food like that and that they need to start watching the news and you tube because people can get real upset and they have no clue how out of hand this could have gotten and their customer service skills were poor. To be honest with you these kids do not know people mental and as I was leaving out a couple and their daughter was too so I apologized to them because I didnt know if I was the reason they were leaving, but as we were talking and I do have proof they informed me they messed their food up as well and they stated not to stoop to their level because they are high school kids which I did not but they make it bad for the public that come out to support and spend our hard earned money and make a bad name for the restaurant, its hard to find good places that have good hamburgers. Please respond and do something about the kids that work in there even my son who recommended me to your restaurant stated that he was not going back until you hire new employees. If you have a video look at around yesterday at 5pm and I think I came in between 7 and 8 because I had been in the bed the whole weekend with a migraine that just made it worse.

This is definitely not the Mooyah I had experienced in Texarcana!! It stinks, its not very clean, the burgers were slapped together like at McDonalds!! The fries were very overdone!! I do not recommend eating at this location! I only gave 2 stars because my simple chocolate shake was good. Otherwise they would have gotten 1 star.

Burleson location has no air conditioning- we had to get our food to go-so hot in there. Saw several potential customers come in and turn around due to horrible heat. Why don t they fix Air Conditioner???? Parking: Plenty of parking because lack of customers due to heat inside.

Went to your location in Burleson Tx 08/18/23 fir National Cheesburger Day. It was a bad experience. My husband and I both ordered Cheese Burgers, sweet potato fries and ice tea. His had Mayo and mine Mooya sauce. The burgers were the size of a kid burger and my burger came lather up with mooya sauce. YUC. I could not eat it I threw it away and left with no intention of coming back. When I got home is when my stomach starting hurting and I began to throw up that god awful sauce. So I called the restaurant back s/w Israel who was no help at all just said sorry so I them called corp no answer on anyone s phone so, I called this morning still no answer on any one s phone and I went thru every one on the automated system. Long story short I WILL NEVER WILL NEVER GO TO A MOOYA BURGER AGAIN. For the price of $30 we were shafted. Chilies is looking real good just across the road.

When we ordered we were told it was to go only as they were closing early at 6. I promised to be out in 30 minutes if I could eat inside. He said ok if you clean up after yourself. I promised & gave him a $5 tip. Then noticed when leaving he never gave me my $5 app discount. Grr....Im deleting the app and giving GRUMPS my business. Others in line walked out because of to go only. We saw 3 people working. Dine local! It was our 2nd consecutive bad experience.

Place smells dirty, like old grease. Ordered a combo it and wasn t charged the $5.29 the sign says, but was charged $3.49 and $2.59 and the person tells me there is nothing he can do about it and cannot change what the sign says. Overall, this is not a good value for the price. Food

My husband ordered the Hot Bacon Jam. No Bacon no grilled jalapeños no jam. He took it back they added half slice of bacon little cup with non grilled jalapeños. I ordered Mushroom Swiss Burger. Cold 2 pieces of onion straws size dime over cooked. Floor so sticky could not put shoes in car. My husband even hit the tip button for fast food because we had gotten these burgers in College Station and they were the Best. What a disappointment. Spent &30.00 I didn t even order fries or drink nothing right don t waste your money. Go to Whataburger you can eat 2 meals for this price.

My favorite burger and fry place out of all of the DFW area. Its well priced and you get a bag full of fries with a decently sized delicious burger. Lots of options and customizable choices. My only complaint is that the seating is incredibly uncomfortable and the fries do come out a little under seasoned or soggy sometimes. Otherwise the burgers are always good and its absolutely a treat.

Were the Best burgers in Burleson. Ate inside today they messed up our order. But that was not the biggest deal. The place is not clean it has a smell! The floors are covered with grease on the way to the bathroom I almost slipped down. Lettuce on hamburger was not good very hard and white. Just my opinion, but it seems to me they need to get some ladies in there that know how to clean and pay attention to detail making burgers. They have way too many young teenage boys running the place they probably don t care.

Not a good experience yesterday. The lady who took my order was sullen and unfriendly. I had to repeat myself as to what I was ordering 3 times and that it was for takeout (she asked me 3 times). She didnt know how to take off the coupon that I had for fries. That said, the lady at the pick up window was smiling and friendly! The food was wonderful , as always.

Ordered a gluten free bun online for pickup. Upon picking it up I asked again if one of them was a gluten free bun and staff advised it was. After getting home, both buns were the same. I have had their gluten free buns multiple times and they were both 100% a potato wheat bun. We called the store and they proceeded to lie on the phone and stated that it was a gluten free bun. Unfortunately I am unable to eat gluten due to having celiacs and would get sick if I did. After many great visits it was sad to not be able to even eat dinner.

WORST meal of my life.. how is this a Mooyah??? I loveeee Mooyah and was so excited until I came into this location. They charged me a whole meal when their soda machine was down so I didn t even get a drink?.. The bun wasn t the normal toasted potato bun which they are known for.. They didn t allow me to add fried onion strings which I always do to my burger at other locations. They also ran out of fry seasoning So the fries were the blandest fries I ever had. The whole burger was put together so sloppily it was like I was in a corner store shack buying expensive nasty tasteless burgers and fries. Staff seemed clueless about their own menu.. Do not recommend this location.

My family was there the same day as Joe Arms. It was our first time in. Ordered 3 burgers, one order of fries and one shake. No one s order was in front of ours. There were only two other patrons inside. It took 12 minutes. There was one person running the register and grill. Two other employees seemed to be on break. Again, it wasn t busy. But 12 minutes seemed a long time for one order. The food was good. Edit - I guess I didn t go on the day that Izzy, Katie or Avery were working. They seem to have quite a fan club in a quick series of reviews.

First time trying this place and yikes. Food is disgusting. The burgers are damp. They re so oily and covered in thousand island that you can t pick them up with your hands. The buns were soggy. I had to scrape out the patty with a fork and dry it off with a napkin to eat it. It wasn t good by itself. Super salty. The fries are also oily while being both burnt on the edges and undercooked in the middle. The middle is raw hard potato. The froot loop shake I got arrived so melted it was a bowl of warm cereal by the time I walked the five steps to the table. I had to ask multiple workers for a cup for my drink since the girl taking order did not offer me a cup despite them being stacked right next to her face and the first two people I asked ignored me. I don t really care about customer service but the staff was noticeably unfriendly. They also slap the food on top of your receipt so the grease erases it. Tables were sticky and the floor was dirty. Super gross. I was on the fence between this place and Arby s for lunch and I made the wrong choice. An Arby s would have had better food in a cleaner environment.
