Debra Hauser is a very caring attorney she walks you through each process. She did her job as promised. She helped me through my opm retirement. She provided personal touch collaboration administrative help. She was encouraging thoughtful smart impressive. More than anything she is a caring attorney.

I agree with the many other great reviews of Lincoln Federal Law Firm, P.L.L.C. If you are considering legal assistance, do yourself a favor and retain this firm. I was represented by Attorney Debra Hauser who is a kind, empathetic, and overall wonderful person. Ms. Hauser is attentive, quick to reply to calls or emails, and always makes herself available. I had many questions and sought much guidance throughout the process and Ms. Hauser did a great job explaining and offering advice. I had a great outcome and I wouldnt have wanted anyone else to assist and represent me. I highly recommend Lincoln Federal Law Firm.

My experience with Debra Hauser at Lincoln Federal Law has been nothing short of amazing. When I began this workers compensation and federal disabilty retirement journey, I sought out several attorneys and had many consultations. However, Debra stood out from the rest hands down. When I opted to retain an attorney, I couldnt remember her name but remembered the law firm she worked for at the time. Upon calling, they advised the lawyer I had my original consultation with had left the firm and would not give me her name. I was determined and called back several times until I got the right person who gave me Debra Hausers name. Talk about ecstatic!!!! She is the MOST sought after, most knowledgeable, results driven federal employee attorney! She literally took me under her wing and fought every fight proactively and won! To add, she is thorough, confident, firm and reassuring. Her bedside manner is unmatched. She leads with integrity and honesty and always had my best interest at the forefront. Shes empathatic and understood my frustration when dealing with the beauracracy of the federal government and all the hoops I had to jump through whether on the work comp side of the disabilty side of the house. She definitely knows how to competently navigate their processes, extremely organized and did not miss one deadline nor did she miss an opportunity to pick up the phone to call me or the agency. Debra was able to overturn both of my cases. I simply trusted her and Im so glad I didnt give up the search to find her. OWCP is impossible to get approved without a lawyer like Debra that specializes In dealing with them. She is the Only reason my case was approved. I feel like she went above & beyond what any other lawyer would do. Anytime I emailed Debra she immediately responded back. Extremely nice & extremely knowledgable in working with OWCP. If you are thinking twice about hiring this law firm to battle on your behalf, I would say don t hesitate to hire them. I am a current client, and my attorney Debra Hauser has delivered nothing but winning results. I am a DHS employee, and my agency was never kind regarding my work-related injury. I have an agency worker comps representative who has no clue on how to properly do their job. I was given bad advice, and had I not hired this law firm, I would have lost my case with DOL in getting my injured claim accepted. The worker comp process is not simple. YOU WILL NEED an attorney to guide you through the process and ensure you are guided in the right direction. Thanks, Debra, for your hard work, creative skills, and attention to detail.

It has been a pleasure and an outstanding experience working with Debra!! As clients, my family felt valued because she listened. Worked for the federal government for 26 years. A job injury that resulted in having to file for FMLA to protect my job position, turned into having to file for OWCP. The nightmare of filing for OWCP became overwhelming; to say the least. If not for the legal representation via Debra Hauser, Esq. Attorney at Law, Lincoln Federal Law Firm, P.L.L.C the case would have been impossible to navigate. What we got was expert legal representation. I found out later on, through a Human Resources employee, that cases that have attorney representation, are weighted heavier with greater successful outcomes for the injured federal employee. The case was won the first time, without appeal. However, after 15 months, DOL / OWCP dropped the periodic payments and that s when Ms. Debra Hauser stepped in and fought for appeal SUCCESSFULLY! Working for a federal agency for all of these years, I knew first hand that you won t stand a chance against Goliath, standing alone. Leave nothing for chance. Debra Hauser was a heavy hitter!
