waiting 20 minutes from a mobile order that was supposed to be done at 1 given it wont be exact I understand but 20 minutes? when there was no one when I went in and people then started coming and were getting their food before me. Just for my food to be sitting behind the counter the entire time.

Tables are constantly sticky. Ive been here multiple times, and the tables were always sticky. Heres a pro tip for everyone else who feels like they want to get takeout: dont bother going inside to order. Make sure you order at the drive-through. They prioritize the drive-through over people who are going to get takeout. If you want your order quickly, go to the drive-through. If you have all the patience in the world, go ahead and order inside and have an hour-plus wait.

Just left tropical smoothie on loop 250 and what i witnessed was horrendous. I saw a older employee yell and cuz at one of the teenagers working in the back. Looks like he was a manager or something. He looked like a crackhead. He was cursing left and right infront of customers. Totally unacceptable behavior and very unprofessional. I did not appreciate hearing the f bomb thrown out like that especially infront of others. I will not patronize this getto store again. Learn some respect for your customers and empoyees.

I recently visited the Tropical Smoothie Cafe on multiple occasions, each time with the hope of enjoying a delicious açai bowl. Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing as the café failed to fulfill my simple request. Despite expressing my desire for açai bowls, the staff seemed unaware or indifferent to my preference. The lack of attention to customer requests left me dissatisfied and frustrated during each visit. Its disheartening to see such a lack of consistency in customer service, especially when the expectation for a simple and popular menu item like açai bowls should be easily met. I hope the café can address this issue promptly to ensure a more positive dining experience for others in the future

I visited this business for the first time last week. I usually go to Smoothie King. The reason for the poor review is that after waiting about 20 minutes in the dive thru line I was informed that only cash was being accepted. To amplify the problem you cannot get out of line due to a barrier. This could have been remedied by posting a sign at the entry. All of the vehicles that I could see in front of me sped off seemingly frustrated after receiving the same news. The sealing factor of why I will never go back is that I was told they could take my order through the drive thru and come inside to pay with a card. ??? Thats what I did, but I still cant figure out why they couldnt have taken the card through the drive thru.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I have been to many !!! This is the worst one i have ever seen or been to. The first time I went, the staff member shut the door knowing I was on my way in.! I knocked on the door, and she didnt even bother to turn around. Once I came inside, I said i was coming to pick up . She pointed to the shelves, and I mentioned I was still missing items she then answered with attitude...Well, maybe because the order is still not done I waited for 10 more minutes even though i had already ordered 40 minutes prior!!!!!! I haven t been in-person, but we won t be ordering takeout ever again. As nurses, we don t get a lot of free time but we thought we d try takeout with TSC. We ordered 3 different wraps. They forgot to pack one and mislabeled all three of them. So we all took a bite of someone else s wrap before realizing the mistake. Door Dash should have checked the food items to make sure everything was accounted for, but that didn t happen. And to top it off, Door Dash says they won t go back for the missing wrap so we were shortchanged.

Been to this store several times and its usually ok but today it wasnt. Smoothie was not made very good. I could taste the protein powder. It was very chalky. Also one of the workers was very loudly complaining that they were tired of having to make smoothies all the time. One of the other workers was talking to her and she repeatedly stated that she was tired of having to do that responsibility and was going to quit. I understand that a job can be frustrating at times but if you have a complaint wait until there are no customers around before voicing your concerns. There is a time and place for that.

From observing the staff its clear that theres no defined process in place, and if there is, its not being executed well. I usually have a great experience when coming to tropical cafe. Nice staff. But this particular time I decided to go inside to order my food. I saw hardly any employees with gloves on. I saw one employee that was working in food prep drop chicken on the floor and she placed it in the trash and then proceeded to continue food prep with the same gloves on that she picked the chicken off the ground with. DISGUSTING. I had to ask another employee if she could ask the young lady to change her gloves. I will no longer eat here its very unsanitary!

I go there almost everday and a manager in the drive charged me higher than what Ive been paying. She was very rude which is unfortunate because the other workers are extremely professional and nice. I will change my review because it was taken care of by email. I just hope that manager will not treat anyone else like that. :/

Kudos to this place, ordered curbside pick up but when we got home, we noticed none of our sides were in the bags and my toddler was so upset. Called and told them what happened to let them know to check everytime they hand out people s order (you wouldnt want a toddler to be upset lol) i wasnt expecting or anything but they fully reimbursed what i paid. Good customer service right there! We will be back as always.

I love love love their smoothies! I travel a lot and I always find out if they are nearby. Great food - Great smoothies! Try them all!
