The doctor was so knowledgeable about eyecare, and explained everything to me to where I could understand it. If I had any doubts, he would go back and explain it a different way. It was just a very, very good experience. The ladies upfront were very knowledgeable about the eyeglasses, my insurance everything it was just amazing.

Office staff is very friendly and helpful, optometrist was very thorough and helpful, the bad thing is I ve had to return my glasses twice in one month, the first time my prescription needed to be changed, the second time was because my lenses were becoming disfigured, when I went to return them I was told it was because of the heat in my vehicle, when I asked about who they got there lenses through they told me ABB optical which is the cheapest manufacturer of optical lenses, the reviews are not good, so before you spend your money or waist your insurance do some research

I went in for eye floaters everybody was nice and everything was done in a very timely manner! My nerves were calmed as soon as I got in , I get anxiety thinking something is wrong with me but there wasn t! Highly recommend , Dr.D is great!

Appointment at 3:00. Went back at 3:25. I left the office at 4:30. The dr left and said he would get me a trial pair of contacts, and never returned. The receptionist finally came and got me. Asked for my son s pupillary distance so I could order glasses for him and was told that the machine that measures is only used if you re getting glasses from them. Which is communism, btw. No way I ll be going back.

0900 appointment but didnt see eye doctor until 10. Discussed that I was not super pleased with current prescription (multi-Focal contacts) but in no was I interested in changing to mono vision.If I actually had been asked I would have explained that I had tried this previously and unfortunately just couldnt make it work and I felt like it gave me a headache. Not sure why I was not included in the conversation about my care but I wasnt so when I was rudely ask what I wanted I replied to just remain in the same previously. Rx given was for a decreased power than last year! Idk but I paid the bill and left at this point I will just find a different eye doctor! Not going to argue but they lost a patient and it may not mean much but I am fine with that also! As I suspected all along, finding a replacement for Dr. Dean will not be an easy task!

6% service charge when I asked what it was for, the response I was given was a very sarcastic because prices of everything has gone up My wife and I were charged more than $2000 just for new lenses and frames, mine alone they charged more than$1200. Ive been going here for over 10 years but will not anymore. The rudeness and arrogance from the girls at the front desk and the fact that their pricing stature is now absurd and straight crooked we will take our business elsewhere. There are many other places to go where you can still get good service at a fair price. This place - no longer.

I had just come from another local optometrist who had refused to treat me because he didnt like my attitude (really!) So it was a relief to work with the normal, nice, professional people at Great Eye Doctor. They did everything right, from getting me an appointment at a convenient time, actually seeing me at my appointment time (vs having to wait), being personable and knowledgeable, and not pressuring me to purchase glasses from their collection -- plus their office smelled nice. I had a contact stuck in my eye that was getting infected. When i talked to the person on the phone, she knew I needed to get in ASAP. Dr. Bullard was very understanding. He got it out, prescribed eye drops, and didn t fuss at me.I really appreciate the rapidness in which they got me in because i think it could have caused a lot of problems if it weren t treated so quickly.

Christi Thompson is a new patient. I absolutely love Great Eye Doctor of Burleson. From the front office to the Dr to those helping me pick out glasses. I highly recommend them. I was not rushed. The Dr took his time with me and made sure I got what I needed and that I could see again. I was quoted about 10 days for glasses to come in but actually received a text saying they were ready for pickup at around the 7 day mark. I will definitely be back.

Walking in the receptionist was so nice. She explained paperwork thoroughly and was really sweet. When the technician called my name, she could barely pronounce my name and my name isn t that difficult to sound out and when I corrected her she made a snarky remark. In the room she was passive and had a comment after some of my medical answers. When we went to the eval room, she lightened up a little. I was wondering if she was going to wipe down the machines and she didn t, she pulled out a wipe after she was sending me back to my exam room. I think they need to sanitize prior to using the machine, that would make me more comfortable about sanitation. She had a lot of trouble with the computer in the exam room and made comments of not sure why this isn t working several times. Then Dr. D came in and he was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and so kind. He asked me several questions and he answered all of mine. The optician was the best! She was so patient with me as I contemplated my options. Overall had a great experience and will be back. Maybe the tech was just having a bad day.

Love this office! The Dr. and staff are awesome. I feel like it s really hard to find good dr with good staff now a days. Great Eye Doctor of Burleson always gets me in if I have issues and are so nice.

The front desk personnel, technicians and Dr. Bullard were very professional and patient with me. I have never had problems with my vision, and they explained the office procedures and billing information clearly. The glasses center could be more friendly.
