Tried to call the number listed on the google site, it s listed as the local store number for south Fort Worth in gateway station, area code 817. It auto transfers to a global call center. When I asked to speak to someone from the store I was told their call volume is high and/or the employees must be busy with customers. After some confusion I was given a completely different answer that they do not take calls at the local store at all. I thought this was a company based on tech but they don t answer phones..? I end up driving to the store and see the manager up front by a phone laughing and talking to other employees. There was a plethora of employees, much more than actual customers. Yet I was told they don t answer their phones and/or were too busy with high call volume and or customers. None of that was the case when I arrived at the store. I was lied to and feel sad for the lack of help over the phone and having to drive to the actual store when they could have answered my question on the phone. I loved Best Buy and was rooting for them but after this, I can see why it s a dying dinosaur. Went to Wal-Mart and got so much help over the phone and in person from an employee who was easily in his 70s and working harder than all the employees at Best Buy combined. TL;DR - save your time and money and go to Wal-Mart.

They always fulfill my mobile orders lightning fast, and they bring them out to my vehicle fast as well. I love having an in person option for electronics and appliances like this place. It s especially beneficial to see TVs in person. It s also nice to be able to get something same day instead of having to wait on shipping.

AppleCare customers beware. The price you see on Apple s website is not the price you will pay. I came on Saturday for my battery replacement appointment and the employee said that the person who fixes batteries wasn t there. She assured me that it would be free under Apple Care. She also rescheduled me for Sunday. I come on Sunday and they say that the battery replacement will cost 80 dollars, even though apples website and the employee said that it would be free. Overall disappointed and sad. If you are getting a repair done with AppleCare, just go do it at the Apple Store.

Nov 2023 I purchased an Insignia refrigerator. In April it broke. Lost all food due to repair delay. In May it broke again! Lost food again. They asked if I purchased the coverage for loss of food. I guess they dont believe in their products (broke within 6 months). I didnt purchase it. Round and round with the store in Burleson. Im asking for $138 for food reimbursement. Nothing yet -June 28. UPDATE: Corp and store denied reimbursement. District Okd it. Picked up $138 July. Still took 6 visits to town as there is no local phone # to call. Beware of Insignia frigs.

Very disappointed with my service at this location. A week ago I came in to buy an iPad and they told me it would take a week to arrive because the color I wanted (purple) was not in stock at the store. I walked in today and I stood at the front where it says pickup and the 5 employees standing at the entrance just glanced multiple times without saying a word to me as I stood there waiting and didn t bother to tell me that I needed to go to another area because that area was closed for the day until I interrupted their conversations amongst each other. I picked up the iPad and came home to find that they ordered me the wrong color.

I just purchased a Whirlpool Dishwashwer. Of Course they have NO STOCK. But after the purchase, I found it $215 cheaper at Lowes which just launched a Memorial Day sale and when I asked for a pricematch, they stated their policy is: If you use REWARDS as part of your purchase, they only price match the appliance AFTER rewards, not before. This is just wrong!!! So after about four hours trying to resolve it, they gave me a giftcard for the almost $50 that they tried to take from me with this policy. Worst yet, tried to go into a store and talk to a manager and they were awful to work with. 1) Hayden the employee could not even price match correctly, 2) Managers John and Jacob could really care less if they had a happy client or not. John looked at me like I REALLY DONT CARE and Jacob, gave me the 800# to corporate and then just walked away. NO sorry for your troubles or anything. I have spent thousands at this store and online every year. This level of service is horrible. When I called for the ACTUAL STORE Manager and not some assistant manager, I was told Best Buy does not allow customers to call the store anymore. They must go into the store. That is what I did, but the Store Manager was not there. I guess they want you to just keep coming back till either you get fedup or you get lucky and find the right person.

Got my new tablet from BB. It wasnt in store stock so it had to be shipped. The worker was very helpful despite my coming in 15 minutes before closing. The only blemish was that I had *insisted* on shipping where I *had* to sign for the package (prior porch pirates). The employee assured me all orders over $300 were (mine was around $800). Yet UPS just dumped the box on my doorstep and drove on their way. Minus 1 star. Had it been stolen before I could get to it I would have demanded a replacement be expedited to me at no further cost - or I would have blacklisted BB and refused to pay the BB card it was charged to.

It was ok, at first it was difficult to get someone to assist us with making a decision on the best Mac computer to buy,, have to haunt someone down, even though more than 3 people were in front talking and seem to be joking around,, my 4 star was for Derrick in Geek squad ( Burleson Tx )who went high and above to help us activate our Microsoft office even when we were already discouraged by a colleague.. thank you Derrick Another bad experience with vest buy, bought a new washer, the techs came in with attitudes, as if it was stolen not brought, I didnt pay for hauling away, wanted it in the garage so I can dispose it to anyone who wants it since it was still functional, this tech wanted me to move the old one by myself,,, oh my that was pathetic! Macbook pick up was bad experience, box was damaged and covered in dirty fingerprints. I brought this to staff attention. Jasmine was rude and most unhelpful. She literary rolled her eyes, and dashed away from me as though my concern was a burden. The assistance of James manager was not any different. He didn t seem to care. Both clerks at customer service didn t have name tags to reference who I spoke with. Again when I brought this to his attention he didn t care. His name tag was under his sweater,. Hard to expect your staff to be kind and in uniform if you as a manager are not. I ve shopped here many times with previous manager, always pleasant and always willing to help. Being a Best Buy member, I would expect better service. All I did was call in to see if my boyfriend could pick up the Xbox I bought him if he brought my ID he said no it s an online order. He then went onto tell me there was no chance he could change it. I was sitting looking at the app and saw that I could clearly change it. He threw me on hold for 10 minutes after arguing with me that he couldn t change it to pick up in store but I wanted to make sure he could pick it up instead of me since I would be working. I figured out how to change it and add him as a person to pick up in the time he came back to the phone. Instead of arguing with me telling me, I can t do it when my phone is right in front of me telling me I can he could ve asked and verified with somebody else before arguing with me. He came back to tell me he could change it and add a person. I told him I already did it and asked for a supervisor. He stated there was none available and was questioning why I wanted a supervisor. He was rude and was telling misinformation and was arguing with me when I came into the call just wanting to ask a simple question. I doubt he left the information for his supervisor and I will not be getting a call back.

There were areas that were under remodeling. It happened to be the gaming area, which was the shopping area I needed. I did get help to find the game I was looking for. The tags were in the middle of being updated, and some of the products were with the wrong tag. Overall, I was able to get the game, but the commotion kept me from wanting to stick around and buy more video games, which I did have in mind to do. I wish they would put all the Mario games together in order that they were released for the Nintendo Switch. Finding things quickly would free me up to shop for other things since I was short on time and my husband wasnt about waisting anymore time there, he wanted to grab his item he bought online and get back home. Sadly, we live in Palo Pinto County, a far away location, but thats the location that had what he wanted. Sadly, the location where we live has issues getting our mail to us.
