I ordered ahead because I knew I was in a hurry, order was supposed to be ready at 2:42. There was only one girl working at first so I gave her grace. But then 2:42 came and went without my 1 drink being ready. During that time A man came in and ordered at the cashier and got his drink and left. Another man walked in and said he just placed his order online and he got his drink before Me as well. I told the girl but she just said it had been just her working but that doesnt account for why the drinks werent made in the order they were placed. I order ahead for a reason, Im usually on the go and its supposed to be a convenience. I would appreciate a follow-up.

The people who work here are very rude and not welcoming. It felt very awkward. When I had a question about the menu they said I don t have time for this and I don t know the manager is the worst because you can clearly see he sets the tone at the store . On top of the the place was dirty and the shelf items were expired.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! HORRIBLE customer service unfortunately it s the closest one I have to my job so this is my only option. They never answer calls , when they do they talk to you like your bugging them , customer service is HORRIBLE. If you don t want to work find a job elsewhere I have gone to different smoothie kings in DFW area and this has to be the WORST place EDITING MY REVIEW Once again I ordered from here TWICE in a week and they messed up my order I HATE that I have to go here because it s passing through my commute to work or else I d go somewhere else I m gonna have to go to a different and make the drive because the employees here don t know how to read orders !!

I went to this location and the customer service is horrible. The location has gnats bad and the workers went yesterday was rude and not to mention it was 15 minutes to closing they had taken all of the canisters and had them sitting on the counter open and gnats hovering all over the ingredients and not even covered up.. just disgusting. Customer service was f so o bad And the gnats I left. Worker informed me they were taking cash only in shock so had cash, but if you know you got gnats and they landing all on the product your serving common sense should tell you be sure to cover it up I will never go to this location again in Mesquite on town East and it is right up the street

This location is absolutely terrible, I despise ordering from this location. I 98% order from their app and try to select a different location which doesnt work. Unfortunately it always shows pickup for my preferred location. I give up trying so yes, I ordered from this location . I wanted to take advantage of the $2 off promotion for the smoothie bowl that ends today 7/1/2024 and $3 cost for a refresher drink . The times I have gone in person to pickup an order is only because I happen to be in the area . My order is never ready on time . I have not received a pleasant warm interaction with my pickup. I can say after todays mishap from a online order through the app I am done with this location. Good customer service not excellent doesnt exist at this store . I honestly dont understand how they stay in business. When you are frustrated with your order they do not answer the phone . The outgoing message states that they are unable to answer the call and do not allow for voice messages to be left try your call later . Today received that dreaded message then tried again . I cant believe a male human being answered. I explained what happened with my order and asked if he could issue a credit refund / I used my debit card on my order . He acted like he didnt understand and wanted me to call someone else anyone other than there . I noticed after a short time I didnt hear him on the line . I looked at my mobile phone to see it was still timing the phone call. Prior to me disconnecting , I said not sure if you are speaking to your supervisor or just put the phone down but this isnt the end of this situation. I did try calling the Uber driver assigned to deliver my order. His name is Antony K. his name and contact number were given to me via text to contact with any issues . I called seconds after not finding my order at my front door . The estimated delivery time was 14:06 / 2:06 pm . The delivery notification text came through at 2:16pm on my phone ststing to grab my order at my front door. . After no contact received via phone , I also sent a text to the Uber driver which wasnt acknowledged or responded to either . I reached out to another store who actually answered their stores line . Camille listened with compassion . While I was on the line , she called the same location I ordered from a male employee answered when she asked for his name he went ghost saying he couldnt hear her and disconnected the line . She found a franchise number which she gave me as she couldnt tell if that store was a franchise or not . Next person I spoke with at the franchise number given to me by Camille was also compassionate . Terilee said she would finish the money request for me for this location . She advised that if I havent heard back from this store in 24-48 hours to feel free to contact her back . Having compassion and sympathizing with me was felt by Camille and Terilee bravo to these two young ladies . I pray that this ends with a good resolution for me .

Ordered a drink set for delivery on 6/14/24 and the ordered item was marked complete and delivered, however it never showed. I reached out to their corporate office for a response and refund not just once but twice. They never returned with any correspondence. I sent several screenshots of the order including the order number along with the amount charged as well as the texts received, from the delivery driver, stating the delivery driver was on their way then once again stating they had delivered the order. That was incorrect. They use a 3rd party delivery service (Uber) and Uber claims no responsibility for any missing orders and tells you that you need to reach out to the restaurant that you ordered from and if you call (during business hours) you get an automated voicemail stating no one is there to answer the phones and you are not able to leave a message. If you email their corporate office you will receive 0 response. The time before last, I had ordered, yet again, and while the delivery driver did show he proceeded to argue stating that I had only ordered 1 drink rather than 2. Shortly after realizing there were, in fact, missing items. The driver did return to the restaurant to retrieve the missing item(s) however the order was incorrect and missing at least 1/2 of the ingredients and additions. I decided to make the trip to attempt to correct the order as it wasn t cheap. I wasn t able to find a single place to park since their parking lot is quite awful and opted to find alternative parking elsewhere and was able to get ahold of a crew member (he was pleasant). I let them know what transpired and asked if they were able to remake the items. The order had to have been taken down mentally, rather than physically, as it was incorrect as well and missing most of the ingredients. They did return, once again, in attempt to correct the order back in the restaurant but unfortunately the order was still missing many things that were all of additional charge and the incorrect size was given. At that point, the escapade had taken roughly around an hour (overall) and I threw in the towel and decided to just leave with the latest ones given. I will not be returning to this location and I m not sure if I ll be going to any other location. This was just a bad experience overall. Parking: Parking lot is shared with other establishments and quite small so parking is pretty much next to none on most days. The bank that is situated beside will typically back up into the street especially on weekends and will make it incredibly difficult to get into the parking lot. The design of this parking lot is not great.

I placed an order in the SMOOTHIE KING APP. Only half of my order arrived and the driver refused to go back to get it. I called the store and the guy refused to refund my money saying I need to call uber eats...I ORDERED THROUGH THEIR APP AND NOT UBER EATS. I had to come back after a 12 hour hospital shift to get the order I placed at 1130 am. I get to the store NO APOLOGIES AND THEY ACTED LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT. The gag is this the ORIGINAL order was still in pickup area from 1130am at 730pm. WOW! It shows how much attention is being paid at this location. NEVER AGAIN!

I stopped by this place just because it had a wonderful Bogo deal. If you re like me and you prefer drinking smoothies over a overfilling shake, try their angel food. It is amazing strawberry banana flavor. There s also so many additives that you can include such as whey, protein, or extra fruit varieties, I always order on the app and get the best deals. Not to mention you avoid the long lines. This place was really nice and clean and the staff were amazingly. You will find long lines during peak hours so like I said, make sure you use the app when placing orders this will save you at least a good 15 minute wait.

Wow! Terrible experience here and will not be going back. My husband and I drove 30 minutes to go to this smoothie king tonight and arrived at 15 minutes prior to closing. When my husband walked up to the door there was a young girl with dark hair standing outside the door who appeared to be flirting with a guy. My husband walked up and asked if they were still open.. the young girl was so unprofessional and told him no we are not open anymore I decided to close early tonight because I had a lot to do/clean up. She then went inside and rudely slammed the door on my husband! I was in the car watching this unfold and I couldnt believe my eyes or how unprofessional she was acting. Employees should not be closing the business early at their own discretion. Clean up is not included in the hours that a business operates.. that is why they call it the closing shift. This Smoothie King location is a redneck hot mess. I get my hopes let down every time I visit this particular location. My drink is never made correctly I mean never because I have to back and correct my order. It could be they forgot to add a menu listed ingredient or my drink tastes more like ice than food. I ve had better service and smoothies with other locations. The employees look miserable like they re forced to work. I frequent Smoothie Kings across the DFW area my favorite locations being the one in Forney off Hwy 548 across the street from the Kroger and the one in Arlington off South Cooper those guys rock as you can see from their reviews. I was on this side of town today and I found this location which was BY FAR THE WORST SMOOTHIE KING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER WITNESSED !!!!! There where two individuals there (female) that did not say a word to you when you walked in the door and from the looks of it they are not trained correctly as it took them 10 plus minutes to make orders when it was by far the least not busy. One of the workers caught a attitude when asking me a question over a active blender that I could not at all hear what she was saying and when I asked her to repeat herself several times she caught a attitude saying You see me pointing to the cups and I asked do you want a plastic or foam cup which was very odd because no one ever asked me that before and it was the worst smoothie I ever had from a Smoothie King !!!! I honestly don t know how this Smoothie King is still in business and actively running. I have gone multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt because of the staff shortage. However, I cannot justify the terrible service I receive every single time. My most recent experience occurred just 5 minutes from this post. The gentleman preparing my drink did not even appear to actually work here. He did not have on any sort of uniform and was wearing SpongeBob shorts and a casual gray shirt. How could I address the person that provided such service, if they do not even have a uniform and much less a name tag. And not to even get started with my drink. I ordered a strawberry pineapple smoothie and it tasted like straight protein powder. I wish it would be possible to get in touch with a manager or supervisor of some sort because this is unacceptable and getting out of hand. Please do better, I understand I am at fault for giving this site so many opportunities, but there are way too many health code violations that I cannot keep my concerns to myself. In addition to warning the public with my review, I will also be contacting the Texas Department of State Health Services because it is clear that management does not listen to the previous complaints.

I have been to this store atleast 5 times. The floor is always sticky, chairs broken. The customer service is nonexistent. My most recent visit, I ordered an acai bowl. The two gentlemen working both had shoulder length locs/dreads. Their hair was not pulled back so as they looked down to prepare my bowl and others smoothies, hair draped over their faces and hung over the food. Strawberries on my bowl werent fresh, rotten and liquified.

Walked in around 1:30pm today. No hello as I walked through the door instead all 3 employees was having a very loud rambunctious conversation using curse words paying no attention to the customers. Didn t ask can I help you no nothing so I left this the second time this has happened. First time I stayed to get a the new bowls with bad fruit my bananas was brown blue berries mushy. Will not return. Get some employees who care about the product they putting out and cut out all the cursing where the entire store can hear you

This location is horrible. They always get my order wrong. If I order online its never ready for pick up or they are closed. Sometimes you can pay with your card. Days you can not pay with the card they tell u to order through the app in front of them. I rather drive to the Forney or Casa Linda locations. They care about their customers and get the orders correct.

The staffing has went down totally. While I was giving my order the lady saw her friends walk in and she yelled out HEY BITCHHHHHH!!! Like shrieking to where it startled me and the older woman waiting in line behind me. Then she asked them what they wanted to drink. The lady behind me was looking very confused. This is my 3rd time in this particular location. I had 1 great experience with a guy working alone and 2 bad experiences 1 with a girl working alone and today 2 girls working Girl working alone never greeted me or the gentleman who walked in behind me. After 3 minutes I left. Today your card reader isnt working. I left to go get cash, I looked in before opening the door and one of the girls was having a temper tantrum about something maybe because I came back. She walked to the back saying hello as she disappeared. 3 minutes passed before someone appeared and took my order. Ive read your reviews and your promises to fix it. The labor market is rough right now. You are probably just happy they show up for work each day. I hate this, Id almost rather have a ICEE than patronize this place again. First experience at a Smoothie King... first we were barely greeted by a rude girl with hair all in her face. Online orders only. Okay, Ive never been to this establishment before.. turned her back from us and continued making orders. Quick Google search showed us how to order. Floors were disgusting, multiple ppl came in after us and were greeted the same. One woman came in from the parking lot with her mid section showing and holes in her pajama bottoms, sat her purse down and immediately starting making orders. Thats okay, we didnt need you to wash your hands or anything. Lastly, the MUSIC was so loud and very vulgar language and explicit words. We will not be back. The owner needs to seriously clean this place up.... you dont spend all that money opening a franchise for it to go to trash.

The customer service here is always poor! The manager seriously need to get new employees with friendly faces and positive attitudes. I went in today at 2:06 to order smoothies for my sister and I. There is a sign on the door that says closed for a few minutes. I went to wait in my car, came back at 2:31 and the sign was still on the door. I went in anyway to see what was going on. The ladies told me that they were closed because they didn t have anything prepped due to short staff. Which is absurd being that there are four of them there. Today around 10am I went to smoothie king to pick up my online order. I observed that the staff person dropped my cup on the floor and still poured my smoothie in the cup and placed it in the to go slot. I did not appreciate that. This is not good practice. The smoothies are usually good, but the low rating is because of the service. Last night I gave them my receipt with the code on it for $1 off because of a survey I took for them. I didn t get a $1 off because it s Franchise owned so the owner decided to not take $1 off from the surveys. That means they got a free survey from me with no benefit to me. The time before this, my smoothie was finished being made and instead of them giving it to me, they let it sit there and melt while they made someone else s smoothie behind me. Then the boy poured it with his bare hands and put a lid on it with hands that had just been sweeping the floor. No gloves!! They also have a bad habit of not communicating with each other. When I order I always ask them to put it in a Styrofoam cup, but then the one who makes my drink puts it in a plastic cup... so I have to ask them to fix it.
