Horrible service, we wanted to play some games to celebrate but there was first problems with internet, and then my friend had a problem with automatic log in on Xbox. We tried talking with the guy at the front desk but he ignored us. Very disappointing!

I really liked it, I went about 4 times. The only bad thing was the first time I went, people shouted a lot and no one controlled them in that regard, but my other 3 experiences were 100% satisfactory, the price is good and if you are a regular customer it is convenient to get the membership since the hour will go from 7usd to 4usd. They also let me use my own mousepad without problems and the PCs have good capacity.

Good place to game! But, the last time we went, we spent 30 minutes at least setting up keyboards and headphones. Our group paid for those 30 minutes +. I only hope that next time the computers all have keyboards and working headphones. But the place is super clean! And has great computers and monitors.

Terrible experience. Couldn t download ANYTHING. Ordered for 2 hours and only could play overwatch and Roblox because I m guessing the previous customers downloaded that. No refunds given and I only stayed for 20 minutes mostly trying to download anything! 100% not happy at all! Would not recommend

Casual gaming don t recommend at all. Most of the computers looked off, keys were either missing or smudged. Not many games pre installed and the slow connection doesn t make it worth the wait to download another game. Nice guys at the front but that pretty much it. I usually play at other gaming cafes and they have most if not all the popular titles pre downloaded, and free drinks For the same price ($7/hour). Maybe if I had more time in my hands it would have been different but it was definitely a lacking experience.

I encountered some problems trying to play fortnite because the epic servers were not working great. (I would ve played other games but I m a console player so didn t/barely have any experience with the other games. the guy working there was kind enough to offer me a full refund when the problems persisted. That s not the only thing I think was great about the place however. Now I didn t really get to try everything out because of the problems but the PC looked incredible, the keyboards were very good and smooth, the only thing I would say they should improve is have a wider game selection because you have to download the game if they do not have it.

It take a great service to convince a costumer that they are welcome at their business keep up the good work. Fantastic establishment great upkeep and delicious food menu. Large variety of drinks and snacks, definitely recommend coming in with an empty stomach. Also I m no tech expert, but 240fps with 4-8 ping is a unicorn where I come from. Give them a visit and don t forget to bring your buddy with you

Where Fluid Gaming all started, well it was Java! Not a lot of free space between stations but the set is good and as always filled with gamers! Staff is helpful. Rank 1 hosts LANs for variety of games. I attended a Valorant local and it ran pretty smooth overall. Would have liked to see more matches streamed foe the few parents and other gamers spectating to wait their turn in the bracket.

they sell individual hours and they also sell bundles of time such as 5hrs. i ve always bought 5hrs at a time and split them with a friend. until yesterday they refused to perform this service and said that i can only split the time if i buy 5 individual hours. there s no difference between buying the individual hours and the bundles of time. don t know why there s an issue feels ghetto and scummy to make this a new rule. employee with the red hair looks like a phaggot too

Rank 1 Gaming Cafe is probably the best PC cafe you can go to in Dallas. Great atmosphere, good peripherals, and even better computers. Price rates are reasonable, although I do recommend becoming a member if you plan on revisiting. I would love to give this place a 5-star rating but they simply just don t deserve it. For starters, having to call for any information other than the location is a problem. There are no price rate images or much of any information that I can find. Claiming the business on google and creating a small website with information about the place would definitely help. Lastly, I will say that obnoxious and loud behavior almost ruined my experience. I don t expect a gaming cafe to be a library but there are customers there, regardless of what time of day you visit, who just don t know how to behave. From screaming insults directed towards other players in their online games, to clapping, yelling, banging on desks, and obnoxious over-exaggerated laughter i ve experienced it all on more than a few occasions. and once it starts it doesn t stop. It really bothers me that the business doesn t have some sort of code of conduct that s enforced by the employees. If you can get past all of that, then I don t think you d have a bad experience here.

Half the computers did not work and or were under maintenance, some mouses and headphones were unplugged on the working pcs, and the food was not available under 6pm. The only good thing was that the person at the front was nice and helped replace the headphones.

Very nice and super clean place Its dimly lit which I really like. The PCs have very solid hardware and can play basically anything you want. The gsync monitors make the experience even smoother. Peripherals are very nice. I like whatever Logitech mouse and keyboard they offer. Headset to me is subpar since it picks up so much background noise. Feel free to bring your own. Also the smoothies are pretty decent.

This place has excellent PC specs, really nice peripherals, and monitors with very high refresh rates. The chairs were comfy, and unlike what others say, I like the dim lighting and the atmosphere. They have VIP rooms that the owner says has a 25% increase in performance , they have better chairs, keyboards, and computers in those rooms. I came with some friends, and when we started setting up with our gear, we had some trouble getting the computers to recognize them. The employees were amiable and helpful, fixing the issue for us and giving us more time back than we spent setting things up. The owner, Sam, was a lovely guy who struck up a conversation with my friends and me and showed us around. He cares about his customers, and it shows. Overall it was a great experience, the prices were justifiable, the computers and gear were great, and we loved the atmosphere! We ll be back soon :)

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. I have a PC at home but their specs are so much better and don t forget to mention the smoothies are delicious. The dark atmosphere is great to game in so you can see all the RBG lights. They also offer VR which is new to gaming cafes. The staff is so nice and the owner is super considerate to his customers. Rank 1 Gaming offers a premium gaming experience to those looking for a good time. Rank 1s PCs are higher quality than its competitors(much higher in regards to its neighbor competitor AK Gaming). The PCs uses the newest graphics cards, light mouses, 280 hz monitors, and decent quality headphones. They also have plenty of game selections so im sure you will find whatever game of choice you d like to play. My only gripe is that they are in rows of four so if you come in with a party of 5 like most video games support then someone has to sit apart from the group. The prices are fair in my opinion, its non member prices are slightly higher than their competitors, but justified by the premium PCs. However if you choose to by the membership, the prices per hour in a bundle are incredibly reasonable and are about the same as the normal gaming cafe membership cost. The management and most of the employees are nice as well. The owner is around often(although I realize it could be because Rank 1 is relatively new) and is there to help or listen to criticism about the experience. The employees will clean and wipe down PCs after each customer leaves to encourage safety. The food is surprisingly pretty good id recommend the gimmari, it is deep fried seaweed served with soy sauce. The employees also usually serve you and clean up after you re done so you don t have to leave your chair. Over all Rank 1 Gaming does a good job at fulfilling the experience they hope to provide: a high-quality gaming-focused experience. They are also providing more gaming options such as VR and consoles, so I imagine the it can only go up from here for Rank 1.

The atmosphere is nice, feels good to know im surrounded by other gamers, people whom I share the same hobby with. They offer different types of foods that stands out from other pc cafes. The owner of the store is friendly and would game with you if he had time, also if youre almost out of time theyd give you a extra hour just so you can finish up your match or game. I read some reviews below and some are kind of funny, especially the ones that repeat themselves. BUTANYWAYS, regardless, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff is kind. Also the specs are probably better than most other pc cafes since its a new pc cafe. See u noobs there.

I came here when it had first opened to give it a try and it wasnt the best experience for me. For starters, i will say that their pc specs were pretty nice but that can be said because they are all new. I personally didnt feel that the atmosphere to be the best. It didnt feel welcoming compared to other gaming cafes ive been to. There used to be a different gaming cafe there called Java and this place just felt cramped compared to before. When i was playing with my friends i kept bumping into their hands because we were so close together. Inside, it was also very dark where all the pc were. The prices were also extremely high which made my friends and i just stay an hour to go back home to play. Overall, the experience was not great for me and probably will not be back.

I went to this cafe with some friends about a week ago. It was definitely a great experience. I was able to play fortnite and warzone on the computer, but a few days later I went back because the owner bought controllers for console players. The owner and the staff here is amazing and I m so glad I discovered this place, because it was a great time!
