We occasionally eat at the Brunch House and every time we do the meals are tasty. Large in quantity and delicious! The service is usually top notch, but on this rare occasion there were two young ladies with beautiful long hair in ponytail that didn t come across as being interested in being there. One was our server who had no personality, overfilled coffee cups to the point it was unable to pick up, putting ticket on coffee cup plate which was wet . The other lady (not our server) spent a lot of time next to us talking about her personal life with two young men at the table next to ours, the manager or supervisor came up to her twice to gently nudge her to serve other tables. Each time she had something snarky to say about her .

Went for the first time. Enjoyed the food but the events that follow make me concerned to visit and if you have children I d be cautions. My 9 year old daughter went to use the bathroom and while waiting a woman who walked in after my daughter said that there is a man in the restroom just sitting on the toilet. After investigating it was indeed a man. It was a worker that was just sitting in the women s restroom. When confronted he just ignored and walked to the back of the restaurant and a manger was sent out. She told me sorry and proceeded to make excuses as to why he was in there. No cleaning sign was put up to let customers know a cleaning person was inside, as that was one of the excuses, the males restroom was empty, as one of the excuses was maybe he was having an emergency and needed to use the bathroom. Neither were excuses that were valid. My name was taken down with a promise to talk to the owners and 4 days later I have not heard anything. I will never come here again because how poorly this situation was handled

Great little place just outside the busy shopping area of Burleson. The crepes were great and huge! I would have liked the hashbrowns just a little crispier, but thats just my preference. The salad was huge, loaded and fresh as well. Waitress was super friendly and full of smiles and very polite!

This place is a true hidden gem. My most recent visit, I decided to go outside my comfort zone and try their Croque Madame eggs benedict. What surprised me was the level of finesse exercised in this dish. They give you a whole little sandwich as the vessel for the eggs. Surprisingly, it didnt feel too heavy, and that was because the veggies on top were more than a garnish. They were lightly pickled, and tossed with some fresh basil, which gave them an herbiness that counter balanced the heavier elements. Its that attention to detail that helps them stand out. There are places uptown, in Fort Worth proper, that cant execute food to a quality that Burleson Brunch House can. Thats why I think theyre the best brunch restaurant in Burleson, and probably the Metroplex. PS their pancakes are also super good.

We went on Father s Day weight wasn t too bad. Got seated drink order wasn t taken for 15 minutes. Kids drinks were flat waiter. Didn t return until food was delivered. Waiter didn t bring drinks until kids were finished with meal. Noticed my coffee was empty multiple times. Forgot to fill it up. Food was mid. Don t know why they re such a long wait. Management needs to learn that separating waiters tables across the entire restaurant does not equal effective service sections, equal efficiency

The food is always delicious and fresh. The only problem I ve ever experienced here is the wait staff. The last visit we had a waitress that was more concerned with a larger table she was attending. She took our order, brought us drinks and our food and that was it. Didn t refill drinks or check on us at all. We had to walk up to the cashier to get out ticket. The food is excellent here but the service is an issue.

I never post a bad review but Unfortunately the 1st time there was not even a decent experience. Salmon was raw. French fries were extremely cold and ordered chicken fried steak and received chicken fried chicken. 3 wrongs on just 3 orders. Not 1 drink refill. I went today the only disappointment was in myself that I waited so long to try this place. Food was great, I have no complaints. My wife and I loved it. The service was outstanding, I believe her name was Payton . I m a sucker for good service she nailed it probably some of the best service I received at a restaurant. One of the best dining experiences I ve ever had! Great service and amazing food the side salad was so good with their fresh crisp veggies and homemade ranch it didn t last long enough for a photo. My 4 year old daughter and I just moved here to Burleson. After a 1700 mile drive, this was our first meal when we woke up. She had the Mickey mouse pancakes and I had the Burleson skillet. Both were amazing. The potatoes were absolute perfection on a plate along with the chorizo which tasted amazing! Everyone that worked there were super friendly.... The manager even stood guard by the bathroom while I brought my daughter to go potty. At the end, our waitress told us that a regular patron had bought our meal for us and had already left. What an incredible gesture of generosity and an amazing welcome to this great state! I think this may be a regular Sunday outing for my daughter and I after church on Sundays! P. S. - they also serve up a pretty amazing cup of coffee too!

When I first moved to Burleson I was glad to see this place would be near our neighborhood . Well we tried it once and never again. I don t really get the reviews. The food is not good. It s possibly in the top 5 worst breakfast restaurants I ve been to in DFW. The food is chewy like rubber, no flavor, some of it tastes not fully cooked. We left most of the food. Wish I would have gotten our servers name but she was phenomenal! We were originally sat in a section that was not hers but she noticed that the server was extra busy and we had been waiting for a minute (it seriously couldnt have been more than 3 minutes). Her service was great, the food was fantastic, it was very busy but you could not tell! Sunday mid morning even with a church crowd- we waited less than 10 minutes to be sat, less than 3 minutes to have our drink order taken, probably less than 15 minutes for our food. It was packed but not loud, we didnt feel rushed. The menu options were plentiful and everything was delicious.

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place today. I was excited due to hearing good things about it but when we got there and got seated that s when things just went down hill. We waited 15 minutes before I had to go back to the host and tell them no one has helped us . After doing that someone finally came took our drink and food order. We didn t see much of our waitress while the other people around us had seem to be helped more and their servers being more attentive. I am a waitress myself so I understand with it being busy but communication is what helps. We had no refills on our drinks and waited a good amount of time after we ate to even get the ticket. The waitress seen our stacked plates and stacked cups and finally brought our ticket over. I don t know if the waitress who took us if we were in her section or if she just helped out and took us. Regardless you should always be attentive to any table you have. We still left a tip of $7 when I should ve left nothing. I m used to tipping way more then that but what we experienced was very upsetting today.

Came here for the first time today and will be the last time. The hostess greeted us nicely and even helped us with getting the baby into the high chair. That was the last nice gesture. We sat at the table for almost 20 minutes and no one bothered to say anything to us. The tables on each side of us were literally being served by two different waitresses and neither still acknowledged us. Eventually we seen 5 waitresses (yes we counted) talking and laughing up at the front desk area while we still had not been served. After 20 minutes we packed up and left and the staff that was at the front chilling still did not acknowledge us leaving out. I went back inside and the manager just so happen to be the waitress for the table behind us. She blamed it all on the hostess stating that she didn t tell a waitress it was a table ready. I informed her the hostess was the only one that did her job and that we will not be returning.

Went for Sunday brunch with the family, 7+ people. Only had to wait 20 minutes even though it was extremely busy. Wonderful service and the best rolled omelettes, I loved the Athenian. That said, the tables and seating can feel a little close or squished, depending on where you get seated in the restaurant. It is with a heavy heart that I have to give this restaurant such a poor rating. When they first opened I had several great dishes and thought it would be a place that I could go to on a regular basis. Unfortunately the last two times that I went the food was either undercooked or dry and rubbery. Having to ask staff for silverware multiple times, not getting regular refills and overall poor service have been recent hallmarks of my visit to the Burleson Brunch House. After the waitress finally checked on our table 3/4 of the way through our meal I had a plate left in front of me that was pretty much unedible. This is certainly NOT THE ONLY ISSUE. We were sat at a table in the back left corner of the restaurant that had a burnt out light. My father, senior citizen could barely read the menu in this poorly lit corner of the restaurant. In addition to the poorly lit location. We were directly adjacent to an electrical panel which had a clearly marked sign stating that the location of the table we were sitting at was in violation of the state electrical code. When the waitress asked about my meal, The patty melt, I told her that it was so dry it was impossible to eat without taking a drink simultaneously. This information would definitely have been a clue that if the only way I was going to choke this down was that I would need to have my drink available. Unfortunately not a single time during the 40 minutes that I sat at the table was my drink refilled. The service was appalling and while the flavor of the food was adequate, the preparation was not what I would expect from a restaurant. This time was was not the first time that the food was unedible. On a previous visit I ordered a brunch house burger that was so raw that almost threw up when I bit into it. Well I have had several meals in my first few experiences with the Burleson Brunch House that were truly delightful, I can tell you that the food quality has gone down drastically and when its busy the service is lacking. Two stars is very generous for my last two experiences but I am considering the fact that I did have several positive experiences before the recent downturn of this restaurant.

My friend and I just love this quaint cafe. Ive never had a bad meal here, ever. We are both fans of the perfect poached egg and the Brunch House nails them perfectly every single time.

Great food at a fair price considering food costs these days. We were a party of 3 and everybody had breakfast, which was all delicious including their Eggs Benedict, & the omelettes was terrific? Did I mention how attentive and friendly all the staff were Parking: Has ample parking & even a few sp ots over there on the grass. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and wheelchair accessible as my wife had no problem getting in the restaurant.

This Jewel of a place is absolutely delightful. I have been here several times and it never disappoints. I had the Brunch Burger. It was hot, fresh and the egg atop the burger sold it for me. The French onion soup was served fresh, and lots of flavor. Take notice of the branded bun, BBH, and this will tell you that EVERYTHING is theyre own, and is made from scratch. My friend had Biscuits and sausage gravy, with Brunch House breakfast potatoes. This hidden jewel in Burleson is worth visiting. The menus is packed with a HUGE variety of food including options for those who prefer to eat light and healthy.

I tried Burleson Brunch House. I got the Steak House Eggs Benedict. I substituted the English muffin with a biscuit. That was a very good choice. I got my steak medium rare. It was so tender. I was able to cut it with a butter knife. It melted in my mouth. So delicious. I got fresh fruit. It was truly fresh and delicious. My server was Chloe. She was so sweet and checked on me at just the right times. She made me felt as if I was a regular even though it was my first time there. There are beautiful fresh flowers on each table. I will be returning!

Edited 4/14/23 Crepes and pancakes are still great. Wait staff is awesome! However, in the recent few visits the meat has been mediocre. Ive had the gyro meat and steak. The steak this last time was overdone first steak served, reordered and then gray the second steak - supposed to be medium cook and it had a purplish grey inside with grey outside and a very iron taste, the one bite I took. They were very good at a replacing the meal. Not sure if its the cook or they have a new meat supplier - but definitely not as expected from previous experiences.

Great food and a lot to choose from. The atmosphere is friendly with a friendly Servers. If you do not eat much then share with someone or be ready to take home a goody bag. Manger is so sweet & nice. You wont go wrong in dining there. Love this place. I gave a 4 for there is always room for improvement but not sure how at this place.

We had a group of 16 people that went to breakfast at Burleson Brunch House. I was truly impressed with everything about our outing. The tables were ready for us when we arrived. The server took our order promptly. The delicious food was quickly prepared and served. Our orders were accurate and we were able to get back to work on time. And best of all, the employees were all super friendly. What a great experience.

We love this place and always make a point to stop here when we re in the area! The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable and the service is great. My kids love the French toast and we love the Bacado omelette, club and burgers, but the potatoes might be my favorite :) If we lived here, we d be regulars!

We used to love this place. On a Saturday our family went for breakfast. We walk in and we were taken to our table. We wait for our server, no luck. People came after us got service but we don t. My wife asked the lady at the register if we could get service, she said she would get someone right away. Nothing. Another elderly man walks by and asked her about our server. We wait for a few more minutes and decided to leave. When we were leaving they didn t bother to say anything. They are just looking at us. Maybe they didn t want our business. I am an immigrant from India subcontinent and my wife is black. I don t know if that s the reason. We felt that way.

This place became my weekend favorite with their brunch. I get the Texas Benedict with Chicken instead of the sausage patty. Is not even a option but they make it work and it always hit the spot. We love this place, our first visit. Our waiter was extremely helpful and if we go back and dont get her we may walk away. She kept the coffee coming and hot. She made valid menu suggestions according to my husbands medical restrictions. She was so pleasant that when my taxes come Im taking my whole family and tipping her very well!!
