This whataburger sucks, they messed up your food and dont make it right. I order a number 1, and ended up just getting a plain burger with nothing on it and the patty was cold asf. Tried calling to talk to a manager and they never came to the phone. Had me waiting for 18 minutes before I ended up hanging up. I would never eat here and I wouldnt refer anyone to eat here.

breakfast was amazing, super hot and fast. actually exceeded my expectations. I ve had whataburger breakfast before but this morning they were on point. My partner and I also loved their new coffee. Staff was also super nice as usual. Keep it up guys!! :)

This is a nice spacious Whataburger. You can use the drive through or eat inside. There is even a small area outside to eat if you want to as well. Use the Whataburger app for rewards and special offers.

I love whataburger and 9/10 times they are good with preparing their food the right way. However, this particular location ALWAYS messes up my order or doesn t provide the best service. I asked to sub for mayonnaise.. THIS IS ALWAYS THE AMOUNT OF MAYO THEY PUT ON MY SANDWICH!!!! I could add my own but I love the Whataburger mayo!! It s like the employees are just trying to pump out orders and neglect the littlest things like this!! Which makes no sense because even with only 5 cars in line, somehow it always takes 20+ minutes to get my food! Please make changes!!

I ordered a burger and asked them to add jalepeno ranch. I ve lived in Texas my whole life, been to wataburger a few hundred times and always order my burger the same way. They told me I would have to put it in the side. I told them that I d always had it put on the burger and she said let me see if I can do that. She tapped a few buttons and and added it to the burger. When the burger came out there was no jalapeño ranch. They also gave me a medium fry when I ordered a large and messed up my wife s order as well. When she went to bring it to their attention, they explained that they had to charge for jalapeño ranch and it MUST come on the side now. I said I didn t understand why they didn t just tell us that from the beginning and she just shrugged and said well I have to charge 80 cents if you want jalapeño ranch. I told her to just return the meal and give me a refund. I asked for a corporate number and she just rudely said you ll have to look it up on our website . I asked if she was one of the managers and she was. I asked if there was another manager there and she just rudely said there is but she s just going to tell you the same thing. I said ok I d like to speak with her. When the other manager came out she asked if I was the one who wanted the corporate number, I said yes, she handed it to me and said nothing else. I told her what happened, told her about the rude manager, told her I didn t understand why they didn t explain the policy at the beginning and she said literally nothing. She just stared at me. I said I just thought you would want to know the bad experience I had and she just stared at me. It just proved that they do not care at all at wataburger anymore. Ever since they sold the company the service has gone wayyy down.

Im not sure how they can take peoples hard-earned money and serve food that was knowingly unacceptable. I paid for two burgers and two medium fries and made a five-minute drive to the house only to discover the fries were stale and the burgers were cold. So cold, that the cheese on both burgers looked like I pulled them out of my refrigerator and threw them in between two buns. Completely unacceptable and disappointing. I wont ever eat there ever again!

The Buda WhataBurger is usually pretty consistent with quick service and hot food. Restaurant Dining area and Restrooms are usually clean. However they fell a little short today. Table I sat at needed a wipe down and the breakfast bowl biscuit was dry and overdone. Eggs, hash brown and bacon in the bowl was fine. I mentioned to a gal who appeared to be a Mgr, kind of an apology saying biscuits were frozen today? but no offer to replace it or do anything about it. WhataBurger need to a bit better don t you think. Also have been here previously and not been able to get WiFi or hot spot on my phone to work? Not sure why. Hot Spot has worked on previous visit. Did not try this time. Their app is pretty good.

If you want to go somewhere to be miserable, this is the place. Even if there is nobody in the restaurant, expect even simple orders to take 30-40 minutes. Also expect the order to be wrong and have to send it back, waiting another 15-20. The staff doesnt care if youre there or not, they just sit in the back and talk. Be sure to pay careful attention because they wont even try to find you when your order is done, they stand at the counter most of the time and barely talk loud enough. If you miss it, theyll just throw it back on a shelf to get cold and soggy. And this isnt a one time thing, this is consistent terrible service. Go to the one in Kyle instead. These clowns arent worth the time of day.
