The fried pork ribs, crispy chive cake are fantastic. Ive been here a few times now and all of the main dishes Ive tried are on point as well. Can be a bit spicier than youd expect out of a regular Italian place, but for Thai-italian it hits the right spice level!

You can t go wrong with anything here either. The crying tiger and the wing basket are my favorites, but everything we ve tried is amazing. These guys also know how to keep you happy and laughing. Great atmosphere!

What a delightful addition to downtown Buda! My daughter (8) & I finally had a chance to try it & shes already asking when we can go back! I tried a couple of their crab dishes & the flavors were excellent. She had the fried shrimp basket which got 2 thumbs up (the hushpuppies were apparently awesome, although I cant speak to them myself bc she wolfed those down quickly before I could try a taste!) The food is freshly prepared with wonderful flavors & the guys running it were super nice as well. Im very excited to have this new truck in our town! Parking: Gravel lot behind food truck area plus other close by parking.

Incredible food and Incredible owners! I recommend ordering two of the coconut shrimp as you are going to want another after the first. Yes, they are that good!

My kid and I were going to lunch. He wanted wings. We had a small chat with the owner who also told us he owned the Thai restaurant right next door. We had eaten at that food truck and his food was amazing. We decided to pull the trigger and order wings and the fried ribs. The service was quick. Everyone working was a delight to interact with. The food is amazing. It is very fresh and flavorful. It is not too spicy. I am sure you can get it spicy if you requested. I love the mixture of pasta and Thai cuisine. The owner was a pleasure to talk with while I waited for out food to be prepared. This is definitely worth a stop if you are looking for something that is off the beaten path and out of the norm. You will not be disappointed.

This place is better than it has any right to be as a food truck in Buda. Incredible pasta that tastes fresh and flavorful. No photos because I ate it too fast. Also the people who run this place are delightful! It s the same place as the thai food truck (also incredible), just on specific days, so plan accordingly!

Dibdee is a Thai take on pasta and it is delicious! Its the same food trailer as Gotjis but offered the first part of the week. The second half of the week youll find delicious authentic Thai from Gotjis!
