Not only were they constantly in contact with me they took care of my medical needs and I went to the right doctor that was able to heal me unlike Memorial Herman hospital. Best law firm I ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! They treated me with respect, treated me fair, were honest & transparent from day one even if it wasn t something I wanted to hear. The only complaint I think I could make is that I wish they were a bit more in touch through out the process I mean, they were in touch, but if they said we ll call in 2 weeks well sometimes I had to call them after not hearing from them in 3. I know they re very busy & sometimes forget to call or didn t call because they hadn t heard anything. I m the kind of person that still would like to have that call even if it s just to say, Hi! Sorry we haven t heard anything yet. . That being said, I realize they have more than one client & do serve the needs of many.
