I stayed here for a weekend, and I walked into the room, rhe floor was wet & looked like it had been mopped with a dirty wet rag. I looked under the desk and literally found toe nail clippings. I went to take a shower and found mold on the shower curtain. I have pics of everything, I attempted to speak with the front desk, she informed me she would pass it along to the manager and he would call. I stayed over a month ago and still nothing. I should just dispute the charges because it was absolutely disgusting.

They will just steal your money. Sarah and Angel at the front desk are belligerent thieves. The power is out in Houstin, and it is 100 degrees. Rooms are filling up everywhere. I booked on travelocity for speed purposes, then called the hotel to confirm. They had no record of my reservation and they had no rooms available. Of course, I didnt go there. I was trying to get my 80 year old mother to someplace with air conditioning so driving around trying to find a place was not an option. I contacted travelocity the next day to make sure that they were processing the refund. Angel refused to give the refund and said that I was a no show. I called the hotel directly and the first question I asked before giving my name was if they had any rooms available. They said no. Then, we started to discuss why they wouldnt give me a refund if they didnt have any rooms anyway. Angel couldnt handle it and got Sarah on the phone. On the phone with me, she finally gave in because she realized that her story was just full of holes, but when travelocity called to confirm it, she refused again. These people are degenerate greedy scum who are taking advantage of people in a natural disaster. Shame on you! Fully booked but still trying to making money off others for no reason. Enjoy the few hundred dollars, especially since you know that Angel and Sarah arent the ones actually getting the money. They are allowing the owners to benefit from them acting like terrible human beings- they might want to rethink that.

Staff always treat us with great respect and smiles. Rooms are nice sized and comfortable. Clean rooms with clean bathrooms! Best price in town. Nice clear pool where other guests hang out and have fun. Love the BBQ grill to cook steaks. They have a Studio 6 here too where they have the kitchenettes but I love to grill. Walkability: Car wash across the street. Auto shops, nice antique store and nail salon for the wife. Dollar General just passed the BBQ place (one of the best in TX) a Mexican food place right in the parking lot!

The staff are rude , the rooms are disgusting. I stayed here a couple of years ago for a day or two , helping my daughter move in for college. VERY CLEAN , but now I dont know what has happened this time around . Rooms: The sheets and towels are extremely dirty, and covered in ladies hair The cleaning staff are extremely lazy And theres a nest of roaches living behind the headboard and side tables waiting for you to turn out the lights to come lay with you .

Rooms were clean, front staff is awesome and they helped us with everything that we needed. The manager (Nick) he is very helpful and really awesome! Housekeepers were very polite and helpful with anything I needed for my room. They do a good job. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. I was sceptical about booking this place because of reading the reviews but after staying here I was actually treated with respect and had no problems more importantly my room was clean. Keep up the good work!

Im so glad the first location we went to wasnt where our RSVP was made, even though the front desk guy was cute, helpful. A big shout out to Rm 109 and our other guest. This place is extremely nasty I highly don t recommend nothing at all not even a little bit good. I m surprised Motel 6 even puts their name on this place. People even using drugs and drinking in the parking lot all hours of the night. One of the ugliest and lipstick on a pig properties I have ever stayed at. It smelled like someone had just been in there smoking weed. I mean JUST in there. Here are the things missing that are usually included in hotel rooms: - Shampoo/Conditioner - Lotion - Hairdryer Repairs in the room needed: - Towel racks ripped off the wall - Peeling laminate flooring - Very Thin Walls, you can hear everything in the neighboring rooms. Place looks okay. Customer service, especially over the phone is the worst. The guy that answers, sounds Middle Eastern, is horrible at every thing. He hates his job, and he hates helping people. You can barely hear him over the phone and therefore cant even understand what hes saying. But either way, he refuses to help in any way or even do anything. Im not sure why hes even there. It is very frustrating to even talk to him. NEVER, ever, returning to that location.

1st room had roaches semi clean. 2nd room was absolutely filthy. The floor hadnt been swept or mopped in awhile. I asked them to please mop it with an attitude front desk sent a lady with a broom with a towel wrapped around it, and a spray bottle to spot mop. No maam. Then front desk decided to then come to us harshly and wanted to know what else are we going to complain about. Wow. We had booked 2 weeks there. After 3 days we had enough of parking lot parties and fights. Horrible I advise you not to stay there. Safety: A bunch of sketchy men roaming the walkways and hanging out just watching every move we made Food and drinks: They say they have a snack bar, negative nothing of the sorts. Used to be great. We made it a family tradition to stop at this place because the rooms were well maintained and clean. Sadly, that is not the case anymore. I will never ever stay at a motel six again! My husbands semi broke down so we needed a hotel.. his company booked the room. Said one room and dogs was ok to have.. we get to the hotel they wont let him check in because we have four dog. Now none of these dogs are over 10 pounds.. ok whatever we will get a second room. We was waiting in the lobby while the company booked a second room. Was in the lobby about an hour then the guy at the desk said oo u need crates for ur dogs and they must stay in them the hole time. Ok we dont carry dog crates around in the semi! So we are still in the lobby i made a few calls. Then the lady came out said we had to leave the lobby.. now remind u this is texas mid day its 100 degrees outside in the shade.. now i asked the lady two questions 1. Why wasnt any of this told to the company? She said it was told to them! (Lie) 2. Why isnt any of this on the web site? No answer and i left. Went and sat in the shade for three hours. Till my husband could get a taxi to a pet store. Finally got to check in we was ten rooms apart.. next day still needed rooms. He kept his room and they made me leave mine till 1 pm. Then i can have a room. So first day my room had dirty sheets. No pillow cases. They never came and changed them. The smoke alarm was chirping was told to take the battery out and they would Call someone to put a new battery in it.. nope never happened! Both night was people yelling slamming doors smoking weed (could smell it) Went and checked my husbands room.. bathroom door was split in two. Mold on the wall they painted over and it was all chipping off. Floors looked like they never been mopped.. the beds are so old when u lay in them u sink down in and then have bed up on ur arms on both sides. The only good thing about the room was the ac worked good! We will never ever stay at a motel six again or recommend it to anyone! The curtains have yellow stains all over them. The shower wall are nasty and need cleaned. They have mold on them and yellowing dead bugs along the walls spider webs under the tables.. pay a few bucks more and get rooms at the hotel next door!

At first glance the outside of the hotel seem to be in much need of repair. After entering a room it was very nice it was clean except the bathroom had an order of sewage, the ice machine took 10 minutes to get three cubes of ice the one downstairs didnt work. This place seems to have permanent residents leaving there the room the next door had an oxygen tank that continued to beep all night long

Rooms: The Motel needs some updating work. Safety: Not in the best part ot town but its not the worst part. Had several domestic disturbances occur around us while we were there. Loud drinking on the weekends and couldnt walk to the ice machine without smelling people smoking marijuana in their rooms. Walkability: Close to Dairy Queen and McDonalds and the Food Exchange store has really good breakfast burritos.

All we needed was a decent place to sleep but barely got that for $220. We know price was inflated because of football but I expected the room to at least be clean. The floor was dirty, the shower curtain was either stained or moldy, things were dusty. But the worse was the dirty bed and the PAW print on the sheet. At least change the sheets between guests. This was the most dirty and disgusting hotel I have ever been to. I was not expecting anything fancy, but the hotel photos must be several years old because it looks nothing like the advertised photos. Worn down. I just wanted a clean place to stay before graduation and this place was awful. The first room had literal feces on the wall, the shower light was broken and no fire alarm. We requested a refund and they refused. The manager was called and she would only switch us rooms and we had paid over $130 for 1 night. The next room had mold. The rooms were all dirty and like I said they refused us a refund to go somewhere else. The owners/managers should be ashamed of their hotel. Even people of modest means deserve at minimum a clean room. Shameful.

10/21. Was there to visit my daughter and to attend the A&M vs. S. Carolina football game with 3 other family members. Room had a musty aroma. No soaps. No backup bathroom paper. Carpet had not been vacuumed in quite a while. Ok Its just for 1 night. Woke up when a family member in the room next to me asked if I had any running water. NOPE. Called the office. They said the manager was working on the problem. 1 hour later. Still NO RUNNING WATER. Went into to office. Asked for a refund. They said they couldnt refund me the $120. Here in San Antonio. Would not recommend. There was blood splattered on the bathroom floor. The towel bar in the bathroom was broken and mostly missing. The door frame of the entrance of the room was broken in multiple places and repaired just enough so that the door shut and locked. The dresser was broken and unusable. I came back one afternoon to find a mouse in my room, it had chewed multiple holes in my suitcase. (I did not have any food items in my suitcase and the food items I can were in sealed containers on the table or in the fridge.) When I reported this to the front desk, they asked what I wanted them to do about it. I told them that I felt I should receive some sort of discount or reimbursement, since their rodent-infested motel destroyed my suitcase. I was told they would contact me within a few days, but I never heard from them. I tried repeatedly to contact them and address the issue, but no one ever contacted me. 10/10 would not recommend.

Price is decent for what it is, internet is amazing. Not much to speak about in the rooms. No coffee maker, and I may have to start smoking after one night in a smoking room. The smell was absolutely disgusting. The area is pretty rough cops were there my first night.

I am disabled and in a wheelchair. The rooms were good for wheelchairs but the motel itself is NOT for wheelchairs. They have ramps going to the rooms but trying to get the wheelchair across the threshold can be trying. If you have an electric wheelchair, you need to be careful coming out of rooms because there are no rails to stop wheelchair if accidently moving to fast and you could go off a 3 foot dropoff.. trying to get in main office can be trying. It is not wheelchair friendly at all. Also I waited for an important call with a judge on the phone. I told the clerk whom I found out was one of the night managers to wake me at 7:30 a.m. he kept repeating 10::30 and I told him 3 times 7:30. He did not leave a wakeup call at all and I am in big trouble, DO NOT rely on these people to wake you. I may have to deal with this problem legally in the future if need be for missing the call. As for the rest of the staff, they were fantastic., especially when I went to get morning coffee. Thank God for tha wonderful lady helping me across the threshold each morning. The staff was very good about keeping the rooms clean and they were also were a big help to me when I was stuck in doorway not able to get over threshold into my room. I would of given them 5 stars if it were made for people with disabilities. And also if the manager on the nightshift wasnt sleeping on the job and causing me to lose a very important zoom call with a Judge.

The pool is nasty and not cleaned ! Water is dirty and full of bugs and dirt! No one has cleaned the pool in months ! Scared to caught a nasty disease jus putting my feet in it! Room was dirty an sheets were not changed from last guess ! Only know this from pubic hair and stains ! Bathroom had mold in it & floors were dirty ! Why can t people do there jobs ! What a disgusting place ! No wonder why it was so cheap !

I love the maids that do care about guests staying longer time and courteous knocking on your door to see if you need cleanliness in your room. That is why I give 5 stars. Also the cleaning maids are quick and professional at their job. Management in the office was great experience too.

we stayed here for a full week and only 1 time did we have housekeeping come by, no one came by at all the rest of the 6 days so we had to sleep on dirty sheets, took out as much trash as we could, had to reuse our dirty towels, could barely get internet and be careful using the toilet paper. They need to hire more help. This was the worst experience we have ever had at this motel 6 or any motel 6 for that matter

Terrible service, you CANNOT call yourself a Motel for a week without cleaning the room without changing the towels and sheets. I complained twice for pleasure and secondly they charge you money above the price they publish. I do not recommend to anybody

This was the worst experience that my husband and i have had at a motel. Couldnt hear the tv. When we complained about it we were told too bad. No other rooms available. There were 4 rooms right next to us available. Rude customer service as well.

DO NOT BOOK THIS LOCATION! I booked my room thru Expedia for $61 for which I paid at the check in. 24 hours later, I did get on my card an new unauthorized charge for close to $119. This was on top of what I have paid thru Expedia... the room ending up havim an astronomical price of $180! I called the motel a very unprofessional receptionist treated me with the most disrespect I ever had in my entire life saying that I need to talk with her manager. Then she hung up on me. 2 hours into and I cannot get a hold of the manager... they are ripping you OFF !!!!!! Update: On Monday I talked with the manager, she did reimburse my $119... She was way better than her employee from Saturday.

The floor in the room was so nasty. After my shower, I walked from the bathroom to the main area for my clothes and the bottoms of my feet has been blackened by the dirty floor. There were oil based mud stains all over the shower. Everything just felt gross.
