I started a new media production and sales company with a partner, and this is a passion of ours, however we both lack experience in this industry and running a company. I did not want to stumble out of the gate, so I looked up several attorneys and read various articles about LLC formation and the different options in Texas. I decided against a series LLC after a free consultation with another attorney, who then shocked me with a huge flat fee that didn t include even everything I knew I would need to file. So, I looked again and found Copp Law due to a Google search sponsored ad. I reviewed him and his site and was surprised that he gave upfront pricing for services and that his flat fee was reasonable and included most of what my business needed. Any extra fee is reasonable as well and may or may not pertain to your business needs. He also stats in touch with you by email to help you avoid scams and ensure you are having no problems with the government and legal end of the startup. If you are looking to form a business in Texas, I highly recommend Copp Law.

A partner and I called Zach in 2013 for a business litigation matter. I m not sure if he still does that sort of work, however our problems were complex. We were young and in need of help. Zach handled the entire ordeal with respect, while guarding and defending our interest as if they were his own. We were the only group, out of many others, that walked away with anything from our ordeal. Without knowing it, what he did back then is still protecting our groups interest today. There is no other matter I would approach in Texas without consulting him first. My only regret regarding this review is that I can t give him 10 stars. Do yourself a favor, stop searching and give this man a call!

I reached to Copp Law Firm and then to Zachary from a Real Estate agent that referred me to him. I am a new investor, and i live out of Texas. Prior to this law firm I consulted with 2 other attorneys, they tried to charge me an arm and a leg for what I felt was not reasonable for what I was needing. I also did not feel comfortable using legal zoom or zen business after reading some disconcerting reviews. After hours of searching I came across this law firm . After searching online to locate a Law firm to start our LLC formation and reading hundred of reviews, we decided to contact Copp Law Firm in Dallas, Texas. Although Im in Pasadena,Texas I found Zac through an online research for setting up an Transfer of Deed in Texas. I entered my information on a Saturday morning and within an hour Zac was calling me. Mr. Copp is hands-down the most lightning-fast, responsive, thorough business attorney I have ever met. He is at the ready to meet your needs, whether it be filing a certificate of formation with the Secretary of State, helping you with your Deeds, or registering your DBA. I had been researching protective LLC formation for at least a couple of years, however, stumbled at the thought of using an out of town attorney. I highly recommend The Copp Law Firm for your LLC formation needs. I initially contacted Zac a few months ago after reviewing the services of other websites. I found that he provided timely responses and was impressed with his commitment to his clients. I submitted the questionnaire after hours and the very next morning I received a response indicating that he filed the paperwork electronically to the Secretary of State, and was advised that a response is typical of the state in 24-48 hours. In less than 24 hours, I received notification that the LLC had been approved along with the paperwork for our signatures. I did some research to choose what I thought would be the best law firm to help me organize my LLC. The Copp Law Firms website was very informative of the fees I would incur. I emailed him a question before choosing to use his firm, and he answered very quickly. I filled out the web forms on Sunday evening; on Monday he filed with the Secretary of State, and on Tuesday morning he notified me that my LLC was live and could conduct business! My husband and I were so confused about the proper steps to create our LLC. Zach Copp was so patient and very informative about the procedures necessary to take. My business partner and I have been working towards putting together an LLC. Were stressed since weve literally been doing everything from supplies to the website on our own. When it came time to file for our LLC, I took one look at the paperwork and effort involved and decided that if I wanted to keep whats left of my hair, I needed to have someone do it for me. I contacted Zachary Monday morning at 10:15 and in less than 2 hours, he emailed me confirming that he had sent my paperwork off to be filed. Today (Tuesday) at 4 pm he emailed saying that everything was set and my company is official. Im still amazed at how quickly this happened. Mr. Copps rates are amazingly fair (I looked at other companies to the the same thing and their fees were more than my filings costs alone).
