The venue is very hot and a lot of bugs. The venue changed from open mic night to bands only and used to be a great place for people without bands to come out. Was great until true colors started coming out. Now they can just enjoy the heat cause I d rather go to an inside venue like Murphys law or there are better venues. Not to mention the drink prices are insanely pricey.

To call it an awesome venue would be an understatement. 1999 The Legacy of Prince plays these kinds of places all over the country. But none have been like this. They made some darn good lemonade from lemons. The stage/performance area is comprised of remnants of the original theater that collapsed. They truly preserved an amazing piece of Texas History. The rest of the theater is open air with a giant sun shade and BIG A$$ FAN to keep the circulation going. The seating is made up of high end and comfortable outdoor furniture. The service and staff is top notch the bar is great and the drinks are priced well. We definitely look forward to playing there or even just visiting.

Love everything about this Iconic place! The atmosphere, drinks and bites, clean facilities, the staff really cares, the location, what they provide to the community. I set up my Photo Booth a few days ago for a Sublime Tribute concert and I really had a great experience working with the staff, and I got to say I also enjoyed the concert greatly while I operated my booth. If you have not been here! You really should put in your Fun Night To-Do List!

We paid a lot of money for a table and 6 chairs and we get charged for a pitcher of water for our kids. The first margaritas were in reg size cups then the next were in small water cups. Seriously the best margs in town, but their service needs major improvement.

Seating is limited so its not quite so easy to plop down and enjoy a show when attending. The proximity to all the train tracks in the area also plays havoc while watching a show as they blow their horns constantly as they pass thru the city center, and since you are outdoors its pretty loud and more than a little distracting.

My fiancé played at the Palace Theater recently, and I have to say the people who run the place are REALLY nice. The venue is great for audiences, of course, but its also great for acts who perform there. Theyve recently changed the seating a little, and its so much more comfortable!! Theres table service via QR code and its so easy to just order whatever you want and it comes right to where you are. Great recent upgrades, great place to play. Over all, just a great place!!

Its ok if youre into nostalgia and want to know where your grandparents went to see movies. Air conditioning works and the seats are not fancy at all. I have only been there twice, my daughter got free tickets online and I took my grandsons. They have small bags of popcorn and drinks you can purchase. Movies we saw were old movies like Madagascar and The Jungle Book.

It was a nice outside venue. Chairs are hard plastic and theres a bathroom. Its covered by a tent and has a huge fan so it was pretty nice even though it was a hot day.

That is a small theater, with a small stage in the small city of Bryan. It is however big sympathetic. The first friday in every month there are arts and presentations in the streets of downtown Bryan and we watched some bands playing in this stage, all for free.
