After a Google search for estate lawyers, contacted the Weisinger Law Firm. They have been very professional from the beginning. Setting up free consultation for handling estate, gathering digital personal/financial/asset information prior to, & a firm date to meet. Lest I forget, the firm reminded me by phone, email and messenger before todays appointment. Arrived early. Greeted by receptionist who confirmed appointment and directed me into one of their consulting rooms to wait. She brought me a cup of coffee & a pack of Shortbread. At our final meeting me made a couple of corrections to our Trust and signed document. Later I found that my Executor had changed her middle name. All throughout the death of my father after setting up a plan for both of my parents, he continually provided advice and answered every question and concern I had throughout this whole process. Dealt with Mr Weisinger primarily and it was a very good experience. Only charged me when he needed to get directly involved in a particular situation. Weisinger Law Firm is extraordinary in every aspect of guiding preparation of a trust and funding the trust. Our first meeting was before the Covid-19 pandemic took effect. Charles Weisinger put us immediately at ease, listened carefully to our thoughts, discussed options in readily understandable English, detailed services the firm provides, worked out a schedule of future meetings, and charged a reasonable flat fee for completion of the work. Within two weeks, we had draft documents to review. We were amazed at how thoroughly he had listened to our desires and reflected them in the documents. Most fascinating was absence of difficult to understand legal terminology. Covid distancing struck and we shifted to email and Zoom exchanges to complete the trust. These exchanges were unhurried, genial, and productive. Everything was handled professionally with utmost care that we understood every nuance and obligation of the trust. Witnesses came to our home. Signatures and notarization was performed through Zoom. Final documents, including a step-by-step process for funding the trust were delivered to our home several weeks later. Weve been following the funding process as outlined and are close to completion. We couldnt recommend the Weisinger Firm more highly and have already done that for family members.

Let me preface this review that I am not in any way associated with this firm nor have I ever met any of the attorneys within this law firm, prior to this first visit: I have been working in the real estate industry since 1996 primarily as an investor (now as a recent licensed Realtor) and have come across many lawyers. Most I would not have lunch with nor allow to watch my grandmother. However, meeting Attorney Jeffrey W. Bryson was very different. He was very warm upon his greeting us and his demeanor was very pleasant. My consultation consisted of a potential review of our very specific Trust. He was very open and eager to share his knowledge in a way that broke down the pros & cons of what we were seeking and needing to do. He took pen to paper and wrote (upside down I may add) a visual of the process and options and even made copies of his notes for our records. When discussing our next step with Mr. Jeffrey, he was very understanding and very flexible. He even offered us to call, text, or Email him with any questions we may stumble upon in our process of our completing our objective. He laughed and smiled as well as learned we had a common interest in the old Murfs Better Burgers spot across from Lee High School. I have several irons in the real estate fire working simultaneously and the first impression he made upon us, earned him my future business. There are many Attorney jokes and negative connotations about who many are and how they act, but Attorney Jeffrey is a cut above the rest. Yet, with one caveat. When conducting business with this law firm, their price quoted turned out to be three times more than expected. Yes, they were professional, but you will be nickeled & dimed per second if you are not paying attention. If you are rich, no problem... However, if you are on a budget, then pay attention to any type of communication text, Email, phone call, etc.. . They restructured our trusts to make it easier for them to work after we are deceased. Our mentally ill daughter will not have to worry about trying to do all the paperwork, etc, which is a great relief. They are easy to work with & very understanding. I wanted to set up a trust for my family. The two previous attorneys I had only said I could do a will AND charged me to do a mediocre job at best (i.e. $1500 down the drain). Went to Weisinger for help and worked with Jeff Bryson. He set up a free appointment and walked me through the whole process. It took a few weeks to complete and he even helped us make some tweaks after the fact at no charge. He also answered every email I had in timely manner. Im currently looking for another law firm to go to. I was really hoping that Weisinger Law would be able to help me out. They have great reviews. I consulted with them right before the holidays. I told Christina that Id wait until after Christmas before getting everything officially started. But it seems impossible to get an appointment to come in with my payment to do so. I called. They said she was in court and that theyd have her call me back. Never heard back from them. I tried calling again and I was put on hold. After 10 minutes of being on hold, I finally just hung up.
