Love love love this place!!! Always friendly and my 18 month old enjoys all the different play areas. Keeps her busy for hours. Diana and Madi are usually the staff and they have the best attitude! Definitely worth the membership!

This was a great place when it was newer. About 30% of it is held together with duct tape and a lot of the fun things are just broken . The ball pit had a cool machine that shoots balls and cranks them back up to the loading pit. All of this is just standing there partially disassembled. For 18 bucks a kid I can only give it a 2 or 3. The kids did have a fun time but there are better places. I should add that in the ball pit was a video game where should throw balls at dinosaurs and cows and they really loved that. I am adding a star because they did have a good time.

Spending a few hours here out of the sun is great! Good stuff to keep kids busy. I even enjoyed the ball pit and the virtual throwing game they have on the wall. They also have snacks and drinks for sale.

Ever since I ve taken my 5 year old here(bday is today), she ALWAYS has a blast! And I know the people that own this place, they re truly amazing people! Any parents that have little ones that want to be able to let the kiddies run around and have fun while knowing that they re okay because they won t get trampled over or you worrying that the place is too big and you can t see them (no shade to J.World) this is the place to take them , from itty bitty babies, all the way to 10 I believe but anyways 10/10!

I believe that the dollar value is totally worth how much playtime my son gets here. Also the camaraderie is great with the other families who visit frequently. Weve both made many friends here. New edit: I would like to share some info about the teenagers/young adults that are working at our beloved Smarty over the summer. They are part of a program Summer Earn & Learn (SEAL) program through the Workforce Solutions. SEAL is a statewide initiative to offer students with disabilities, aged 14-22, work readiness training and paid work experience. I appreciate this program for not only what they do for these young people. Also, it gives my son an opportunity to gain understanding that there are a variety of people in this world that are kind hearted and worth having an opportunity to work and make an honest living. Kuddos to Smarty for being one of the few employers in the Brazos Valley for giving them this opportunity.

We had our sons birthday party here and we had an amazing experience. All the kids had fun and ran there energy out. Thank you to the smarty sprouts ladies who helped us set out the decorations. We visit regularly and had my little sisters birthday party here. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, and the facilities are always clean. Great activity for the youngsters. I definitely recommend visiting if youre ever passing by. There are options for a monthly membership, multiple playpasses, and single day passes available.

During my recent visit to Smarty Sprouts, I was disappointed to encounter a situation that brought attention to significant concerns in their customer service and safety protocols. Within a few minutes of our arrival, the child with me suffered an injury that required assistance. However, I was surprised and disappointed to find out that the store lacked basic first aid supplies like ice packs. Despite seeking help, we had to wait for an employee to finish a phone call before being told they couldnt offer any immediate aid. While accidents can happen anywhere, its concerning that Smarty Sprouts doesnt seem to have a clear protocol in place for handling injuries. I have spoke with someone via email, and they have indicated that they were indeed out of ice packs and would order more. I hope Smarty Sprouts takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes to ensure a more supportive and safe environment for all patrons, especially children. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I hope to see improvements in the future because while risk is assumed and accidents happen, we paid $18 to be there for 5 minutes. Luckily, the injury wasnt an emergency, but I would definitely be concerned if something major had happened and further assistance was needed.

My children and I liked this place. Great price which is always a win. So many different activities and areas for children to play. A lot of hands on activities too like building legos, magnets, and more. They have slides, jungle gym, a swing, and a ball pit. They even have a room for children under 2. My only thing that was disappointing was how many people were there. I went on a Tuesday morning and after an hour there was a ton of kids. Might have just been an off chance. I will go again but hope there will be less people.

Stopped here for our kids to run and play on our way to Houston, not only did we have to choose a time to go but no rules were given after we checked in other than socks on and no shoes. Our two year old was climbing on the large playset with my husband following her like most places we have been to. They loudly announced to the entire building their rules when they saw him in there making sure she was safe and having fun. Which in my opinion was rude and they could have nicely come to one of us and said their rules. Next issue was the ball pit air tubes didn t work and were pretty clogged up with balls. So all in all 100% not worth the $30 something dollars we had to pay to go in there. It turned into a fight to keep the little one off the large playset. Definitely will not return if we come back this way.

Staff members were even cleaning and tidying toys during our time there to make it fresh and organized for the kiddos. We will certainly be back. Helpful tip, purchase your ticket online to avoid full capacity cap when you get there. It might save you a trip. It was a nice place for our toddlers to play. They were out of the heat and doing something new. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and nice. It was hard to know who else worked there, I assume the ones who had a company T-shirt but there were younger people there with shirts too that were playing with toys. At one point some guys who worked there started putting toys away and it was at least 2 hours before they closed. They were stacking things away and it was kind of odd. At one point there was a little girl who crawled under the jumping part and was going to get hurt. I went to someone who worked there and they said what do you want me to do? I said well get this kid out of there or she will get hurt, shes not my kid. It looked like no one was watching her. IDK I liked it for my boys they had fun but it had an off feeling. We will try it again and hope for a better experience next time.

I have three kiddos. Age 5,4,&10 months. This location allows for all my kiddos to play and enjoy a day out of the hot sun. The prices are reasonable but my favorite part is that the all day pass allows for us to leave and grab lunch and still come back to play. The location also has a seating area where the kids can enjoy their packed lunch or snacks and then continue to play. We love this place, we have even hosted a party here. It was very easy and I love that we can rent out the location for just us. We haven t tried out the memberships but next summer we will be getting the kiddos the summer membership!

We have visited Smarty Sprouts two times now and our experience has been amazing both times. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the atmosphere is fun. My three kids (all 5 and under) played on the multi-level park and in the ball pit for 3 hours at our last visit and they still didn t want to leave. Great indoor place to escape the heat of Texas! We love Smarty Sprouts, my son always has a great time there. The place is big, lots of different toys and clean restrooms. Lacks safe guards to keep children safe from the parking lots and cars. While here today I witnessed a child bolt right passed the front desk and into the parking lot making it all the way to parking lot of Jumpy World before the caregiver could catch up with him. When asked for the owners number to tell her or him how dangerous not having a proper gate here is and was told they can t give it out. Someone s child could get killed because of this. If you have multiple children or look away for one minute your child can just run right out. The front desk clerks were sitting at their desk which is so high they can t actually see children over it and on the phone booking a birthday party so they can t help during an emergency. Be aware of this while visiting because although an awesome play place having the off set chance that a child is badly injured is it worth it? Of course not. I will be calling to see if a gate is placed before booking our next trip here because this place is great and we would like to continue coming. This is a serious thing being overlooked by owners and management.

Called beforehand to see if they were open and not closed for a private party. Drove over about 10 minutes after the call and was at full capacity. Would of been nice to have been told hey we re almost full or we have x amount of spots left that way I could have purchased an online pass to reserve the spot. After being told it was full once there, it still let me book a spot online which is misleading. Overall a little heads up would of been nice when I called before driving across town to be told they are at full capacity.

We live out of town and needed a place to host my sons 2nd birthday, last minute, to gather our friends/family in the BCS area. Smarty Sprouts was able to squeeze us into their schedule and had a lovely party room set up for us upon arrival. We were VERY impressed with the facility- it was clean, fun for all of the kids 6months to15 years old who attended, and perfect for what we needed. Our party reservation was for 2 hours (10am-12pm) and everyone stayed the entire time because we all had SO MUCH FUN. The staff helped with set up/clean up and were all very nice. I 100% recommend this place! I felt comfortable with all of the ages free roaming and the ball pit was one of our favorite activities. Thanks Smarty Sprouts for hosting us, we had the best time!

We love this place!!! It s so fun to run around with your kiddo and have a safe place to play. Very clean, lots of fun activities. And it s always nice to be able to let your kid run around without having to worry about them getting into a bunch of trouble lol. Definitely feels nice vacation for any parent wanting to just allow your kid to be a kid without having to say no every 5 minutes. Definitely will be back often!

I had never been inside just drove past. I finally went and it was amazing. It looks small on the outside but inside my kiddo could ve and wanted to stay all day. There are so many areas for kids of most ages to play and I can t wait to bring my son again. And maybe a few of his friends.

Smarty Sprouts is an incredible place to take your kids to play when you don t want to worry about the weather at the park. Their facilities entertain my kids for hours! We go to the Bryan location and the way they space out the arrival times, I ve never dealt with it being too busy (we usually go in the mornings). I highly recommend!

This place was perfect for our daughters third birthday party. She loved playing here with her friends from daycare. Half of the play things along the ball pit do not work because they are broken or clogged with ball pit balls, but the kids did not seem to care. We were still able to have fun.

We had our daughter s 6th birthday here. It was a great venue, clean, organized and the decor was top notch for the mermaid theme. The kids loved it and the parents love that they are being active and not doing screen activities! The slides are great and the ball pit is the largest I ve ever seen in my life. My only complaint would be they regularly close for private events on Saturday which is basically what working parents are limited to, and don t publish the schedule until the day before. I don t mind working around a schedule, say being open to the public morning or afternoon only, but only getting one days notice makes it impossible to coordinate with other activities so unless I want to leave the whole day open we often have to forgo smarty sprouts. It s a shame my kids love it!

We had to reschedule our party due to family sickness & it was super easy with no added stress on the location end! The day of the party Peyton helped me with party set & was more then helpful though out the whole party! We loved her Both my girls ages 12 & 2 had a blast and all the ages in between! We had a fantastic birthday party for my child. The staff was helpful in person. The only problem was email correspondence prior to party. They did contact me a few days before but I m a planner and was trying to get information weeks before. If you don t get a response just wait they will contact you. In the package we choose, they provide utensils and paper products. We brought all decor.

The only bad review I have has nothing to do with the space, but more for a staff member. The staff member had brought her son to work. I have no problem with, I mean why not! The problem is that the son was not well behaved. He kept pushing kiddos/running into them on purpose, pushing the push car with kids in it asking him to stop and he wouldn t, as well as pushing the cat into smaller kiddos. Bring your son! But also WATCH him while he plays.

Love that parents can sit in anywhere and see the entire playing facility and not have to run around to look for the kiddos. Smarty Sprouts has numerous great toys and equipment to play on. My kids would stay all day. I have personally put in an ear bud and listened in on a teleconference while the kids play. Many parents bring computers or books while kids play.

It was quite dirty and then another child pee d or something spilt in the ball pit and it had to be closed for the remainder of our visit. 10/10 wouldn t recommend; only reason i may possibly return is to give a second chance and hope that everything is functioning as advertised.

I wanted to love smarty sprouts but unfortunately, didn t. I saw online and heard from friends that a baby room was available for play, so we decided to go. (I have a 1 year old who likes to roam and explore, peacefully) Upon arriving, this play space is definitely geared to older kids (6+). Not only was the baby room open to all ages but the older children who were coming in and out, taking things from and knocking over babies and throwing toys everywhere, were NOT supervised. Other adults were nonchalant and rude. Besides the baby room, there is a common area with building toys, a couple of bouncy balls and a Lego room to the side. Lastly, there is the climbing structure and ball pit complete with loud, air powered ball guns. None of which is baby friendly. For what we payed, not worth it. We visit another play space in town that is geared towards younger kids and is more structured and safe. We will stick with them.

Its fun for the kids. I attended a birthday party with some.of my sons friends. The facilities are really creative and fun for the kids. There are one or two unsafe features, like the only place where the floor is not padded is about a 4.5 drop from the top of a divider wall that I saw multiple children climbing on. A large amount of the ball pit machines are out of commission. The interactive animated wall wasnt working and the staff refused to try to fix it at the request of the host of the party. Considering its $450 for 2 hrs of party time, Im hesitant to call it a deal. Overall, it was fun for the kids, but there were a lot of features not working. Also, I dont think they know how litigious Disney corp is having named their play place Star wars lol

My toddler had so much fun here! I do think that the pricing needs to be changed though. It doesn t make sense to start charging $15 instead of $10 at age 2 when there are signs visible indicating that the baby room is for age 2 and under and the upper levels of the playground area is designated for age 3 and up. The receptionists did say that all children are allowed to be anywhere they and their parents are comfortable, but my 2 year old wasn t comfortable at the highest level anyway, and I do not believe 2 year olds should be charged $15. It makes more sense to me for the pricing to match the signs $10 for 2 and under, and $15 for 3 and up :)

This place is great especially when it is raining or too hot to play outdoors. I do have one complaint however, when a private party has taken over the facilities it should be posted on the website. People check the website for hours of operation and show up with their children when it says it is OPEN only to find out they are CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC because of a private party. It is very difficult to explain why there are kids inside playing but your kids aren t able to go in. Otherwise, great place so far.

Took my Pre-K class here at the end of the year. Such a fun place. The kids loved it and got plenty of exercise in a temperature controlled environment and not having to worry about rainy weather. This place is very cool! My kids loved it and so did I. There is no other play place like it in BCS which makes it refreshing and unique for all. I would love to give it 5 stars for quality and cleanliness but I was disappointed by a couple of things. I wish there were a membership option for larger families. I have 4 kids. So we won t be able to go very often. Maybe once every 3 months. So disappointing! My kids loved it and I wish we could come once a month. But the membership rates reflect that owners only consider families with 1-2 kids. Not realistic for many families in this town. Lastly, I was so frustrated that the staff member working the day we went decided to bring her son with her who had very obviously had a cold. He was coughing, sneezing and sniffling. All great symptoms for spreading it to every kid who walked in the door. And as he was not just sitting with his mom but playing on the equipment and with my girls and other kids, my girls DID all pick up his cold. I wanted to walk right back out but we had reservations which are non refundable and my kids had been looking forward to going all week. I understand sometimes you can t find childcare and maybe this parent was in that situation. Super awesome her employer is willing to work with her. But as a parent who knows her employer values a clean, sterile play environment, she should have made other arrangements for her child that day. Practically negated that they close to clean midday. His germs would be right back on it all when they reopened for the afternoon.

After a year of quarantine, we chose Smarty Sprouts to host our daughters 7th birthday. Although it was very expensive, I felt we owed her a special experience. Also as advertised, all was done for us, we just had to select our room and show up with our cake. First off, I booked online and was pleased with the online communication at first. When we showed up to the party, my first observation was the venue was awesome. Looked like fun and my daughter was very excited. I will say the two ladies there were very unhelpful and unwelcoming from the first second we walked in. I literally had to ask for a tour for starters. I was also put in the wrong room (the space room as opposed to the whale (girls) room). When I asked they told me the other room was being used for storage and not an option and someone should have called me and told me. Noone did. The bathrooms were very dirty, smelled like urine and the mirrors were so dirty you could not see clearly in them. The girls were extremely rude, sat on their phones behind the front desk and in the storage are behind the front desk for the entire two hours. They also did not greet any of my guests, nor offered them socks. I had to ask each time for socks and greet my own guests upon arrival They even watched some guests walk past the door looking in the window to see where to come in and they just sat and watched; very unhelpful and disappointing. I actually stayed up front until all my guests were there after observing the subpar service, taking away about 30 minutes of my daughters party to do what in my opinion was part of their job. The only thing they were good at was reminding me when I had one hour left, 30 mins left and 15 mins left. They began cleaning up during my part in the play area WHILE MY GUESTS were playing and making my guests uncomfortable over20 mins before our party was officially over. Although I loved the venue, the staff was awful and I asked for the owners name and contact info and they refused to give it to me. I will most likely never come back. I spent close to $400 for two hours and it was not a good experience.

My daughter had a great time and stayed engaged the entire time, unlike our experiences at other indoor playgrounds. The only downside was there was no music playing when we went, and I would have liked to have something to listen to while supervising play (even if it was the dreaded Baby Shark, it would have been better than silence!) This was the perfect place to take my grandson on his visit during spring break. The facility was clean, open and inviting as was the staff. It was not over crowded so he was able to enjoy all the areas without competing or waiting too long for his turn. I would have given a 5 star as he had so much fun, but there were a couple of the ball elevator type activities that did not function correctly and the balls would get stuck. A very nice tall dad was very helpful in getting them unstuck but that should not have been necessary. We will be back.
