I tried to book a kids birthday party room 28 hours ahead of time, it wasnt the 48 hours required notice. I was told you guys couldnt do anything about it at all. Told a friend to go see what rooms were booked, all completely empty. I went ahead and took my 500$ to Urban air. I also asked to book the party with just the room and she told me no.

Soda tastes terrible every single time weve ever been for a party. Also weve been turned away because apparently you can rent out the entire place and close it off for customers. Ended up having to drive to league city for our son. But Ive been here 3 times and its meh.

So this my first time being here at AR entertainment I came in for a party and was able to play a few games. The staff was very welcoming and they were available when we had issues with the games. When it came to cash out our tickets, Aimee and Moriah were the sweetest and most helpful staff members. When it came to mathing the tickets lol they were so patient with me and provided great suggestions with the awesome prizes that had here. I m planning on coming back here some time soon!

My experience in this place was wonderful, both the staff was very friendly, they clarified my doubts, friendly treatment. Clean. And it is a very entertaining place for both parents and children of all ages. Personally, I recommend if you have small children. Buy the package for 29.99. Your children will be super delighted for 5 hours and if you are a fan of drinks. While they enjoy. You go get a drink in the pool area. They prepare them super delicious. I highly recommend this place. I wish there were more places like this. . The only observation. They should put more chairs to wait for our small children in the playground. Because the ones they have there say reserved for parties. Just that observation.

This was our first time going here and it was not a good experience. We ordered 2 chili cheese fries and was given an order number. We was told that we was going to be called on the speaker to come get our food and it never happened. We was wondering why it was taking so long. So when I got there the fries was sitting on the stand getting cold meanwhile too employees decided to stand and chit chat instead of calling us to come get our food. So when me and my mother started eating she realized that there was two different size containers of fries. One was a big portion and one small. We ordered two even amounts of fries and didnt recieve it. We went back and told them what happened and they was going against what we were saying and we told them to give us a refund. We wont be ordering anything else from this place. But the environment is nice but the employees over the food was not professional.

This establishment is truly amazing for all ages, and we are regular visitors here. My family and I thoroughly enjoy the experience. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the drinks are great. The bartenders are friendly, and the staff is fantastic. The Assistant Manager, JEEELE, is exceptional. He goes above and beyond in his role, always ensuring the place is clean, taking out the trash, and assisting customers. ARS, you have a valuable employee in JEEELE. He has the potential to lead a store on his own, so make sure to retain him.

I have been to ARs on multiple occasions and have always had a great time, but what I had seen today shocked me. As a parent to see a manager grab a young child by the hand and forcibly pull them across the front of the building appalled me. The manager looked pissed off and the child looked upset.

My family love coming here. When not wanting to drive to David & Busters. The customer service is good. The food is ok. The games are good for the adults. There needs to be more playground & games for smaller kids as well. The point system & prizes are superb! Roller skates are hard not comfortable. The bathrooms are always clean. Now, the games should be wiped down for germs frequently. We just bought our own sanitizer. Overall I give a 4.0 score.

The holiday give back of free Santa clause pictures to the community was so amazing and so special as times are hard for everyone! The local jake of all trades Mysta took the perfect picture for me! We were celebrating my daughters 21st birthday. We booked our private room 30 days in advance to accommodate 40 people. We were there from 5pm to about 11:45pm on a Saturday night. The facility was clean, the food was OK ( fast foodish ), and the staff were very polite, helpful, kind and professional to myself and all of my guests. They have alot of attractions, games and activities for all ages. They have a three tier playground, a bounce house, mini golf, laser tag, Skating rink, bowling alley, Ninja Warrior course, Pool tables, Arcade games, Carnival games and a full bar. We ALL enjoyed ourselves, from the 7 yr old all the way to the 60 yr old grandmother. The only negative thing I can say is that I wish that there activity packages had move flexibly to customize them.

A good friend of mine wanted to celebrate his birthday here. We had a group of 8. It was a good time. Normally, I can drink 1 margarita and get a nice buzz, as I dont drink that often. I had 3 margaritas and barely had a buzz, so these were the weakest drinks Ive had since that comedy club in Atlantic City back in 1999. Yeah, I still remember that and will likely remember this for another twenty years, if I live that long. But they were $5 on Wednesdays, so I guess you get what you pay for. The staff were friendly and helpful. They played great music and in the bar lounge had great juke box music. Decent bar and also free pool tables on Wednesdays. The putt putt is only 9 holes, but brightly lit and a lot of fun. Good sized roller rink and 6 lanes of bowling. Tons of seating and a few party rooms that were not well decorated and only had harsh seats and tables, no couches or such, which would really make party rooms nice. Left a tab open, which meant leaving my card at the bar, meaning when I went to pay for other events, I couldnt use that card without walking back to the bar, closing my tab, then walking back to the front desk. And when ordering food, the same thing. My credit card was at the bar. I was told I could order food from the bar, but while my friends ordered food at the food bar and I ordered at the bar, their food was ready and they had eaten by the time mine arrived, luke warm. So that was a no win. So bring cash or more than one credit card or be prepared to do a lot of walking. Im glad we went on Wed, when things are half priced. I had a great time and in all spent just over $30 for 4 hours. I would not have been happy paying $50. Some games are also half priced, but the food it not, which is a shame as I thought much of it was of poor value. Decent food, but high prices. We had a good time and Im glad I went. Had the margs been a little less sweet and a bit more tequila, and perhaps a system where you leave your card and can rack up expenses on one of their cards and pay at the end, that would have gained more stars from me.

I had came up here with my family and to say I were surprised by how much there was to do is an understatement. The little one had a blast in the playground and kid themed bounce houses while my parents had fun joining us for laser tag and skating. All the staff we had interacted with always greeted us with smiles and even interacted with the kids in fun ways. I suggest that if you have an afternoon available that you go here. For the price and the amount of entertainment, it s worth it.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My wife is a breastfeeding diabetic and they would not allow her to have her bottle of water. This company is money hungry. I of course have no problem buying her water because I can afford that. I imagine a single mom taking her kids here for fun with what little she has and immediately at the door getting greeted with a you can t have that drink in here before a Welcome to AR! Everything was good until we got to the games. I used the kiosk to purchase 3 $40 cards. With this, comes 70 extra points on top of the 240 that comes in the $40 purchase. Once I purchased the cards, the machine froze when I selected yes to wanting a receipt. It only gave me one card, so I let the attendant know. She constantly questioned if the payment went through. Even after showing her proof, she still questioned me. I was charged $120 and didn t get my cards. I had to ask her to manually put the points on the card or give me a refund. She seemed as though she didn t want to do either. Finally, she agreed and gave me the cards. I thought everything was good, but realized that she left off the extra 70 points from each card. So disappointed. Then, we get to the prize section and was given the wrong total for our cards. She was off by 1500 points.

The kids love it. The place has continued to improve despite it being located in Baytown and the plaza around it getting more and more sketchy. Glad they got rid of the bumper cars and replaced that mess with a bouncy house. The special on Wednesdays is the day to go, otherwise it is very expensive. Be sure to have the kids wear sneakers if they want to do the new Ninja course because sandals and crocks are not allowed. The staff are pleasant. The games were all in working order and the floor was clean. Oh! And no bad odors either. The food and drinks are overpriced but not surprising considering the venue. All in all it is a nice place to have close by.

We celebrated our sons 7th birthday here and it was soo much fun!! Great prices, very clean and lots to do for the kids as well as adults! My husband and I will definitely be coming back for a date night we loved it!

We had an awesome time. We celebrated our daughters 11th birthday here. She enjoyed the arcade games, laser tag, VR games and was able to win two prizes from all the tickets she collected. She cannot wait to come back and try bowling and skating.

Came for a kids party and stayed for all night! What a fun experience! The staff was super courteous and attentive! Such a clean and safe facility. Super mindful of everything - we can t wait to come back again! My family is super grateful to Sydney and Christina in particular who went out of their way to help us! Thank you all! Best place in town - not just for kids but adults too!

Got a lot of tickets and won the Bonus twice I got multiple plushies and prizes all around the games were fun and id go again P.S. There was a wonderful employee he was really nice and an all around handsome man just saying when I was struggling on the bumper cars (because I didnt know how to use the buckle correctly it was a wierd one) so he chuckled and buckled me in whilst telling me about how they used these buckles for planes a while back I think Im in love His name is Seamus

I recently attended a party and was impressed with this place. A young lady by the name of Cassandra was who I had the pleasure of engaging with. She was very professional, helpful, and enthusiastic. I enjoyed my time at ARs and Ill definitely be back soon!

The place is huge. We went the first week of opening and bowling area was closed. The restaurant food is good. I do feel like they have a lot of wasted space. Great space for a party. Weve hosted 2 parties here. Love the convenience.

I had high hopes for this place. They advertise a sports bar. However, your kids must stay outside the sports bar gates. Weird as I can take my kids to any sports bar in the state of Texas. So kids eat WAY over there. Then, I order a bucket of beer. They bring you 5 beers. Who gives you 5 beers in a bucket. Thats the most stupid thing I have ever seen. Our last time here. This place sucks for FAMILY, good for kids. Good luck. We wont be back.

Had my daughters birthday party this Saturday there. Everything was going well until it came time to sing Happy Birthday. Long story short the party event coordinator was rude and made a comment saying, I dont have time for these people I have other things to do when brought to her attention that we heard she vaguely apologized. It was very rude especially for the amount of money we paid.
