It seems that recently this location has been skimping on the dressing for the kale salad which usually balances out the bitterness of the kale. Last week I went to this location and asked for extra of the dressing after noticing this the past few weeks and was gifted a small bowl. However this week they are saying they won t allow this. The inconsistency of the food itself, and then the customer service provided is just a bit irritating. Love this location and all the kind workers, but as a frequent guest it s hard to not notice these type of things. EDIT: Thank you for taking the time to reply to this message, and the salad I got today was PERFECT!

Although not my favorite, I am personally more into red meats, the chicken here is really good. The service provided is one of the best in fast food chains and the atmosphere is overall good (understand that if you sit near the playground, youll be listening to some kids crying or screaming). I give 5/5 stars to this place. If youre in a hurry these guys will put good quality food in front of you in no time. Kid-friendliness: A small playground for the kids, kids meal comes with coloring books, graphic novels, memory cards game, its just great. Wheelchair accessibility: The main entrance has a ramp.

While the normal drive thru line is typically long, Chick Fil A now has a Mobile-Thru option where you place the order on the app then go through this designated, special drive-thru line and they bring your food out to you. Makes pickup super easy! Food is never undercooked and is fresh. If there happens to be an error with your order (which there rarely is), the staff does what they can to correct the error and make sure the order is correct. Atmosphere is good and the layout of the tables does not feel crowded like other Chick Fil A locations Ive gone to. Overall enjoy eating at this branch. Vegetarian options: Can get a salad with no meat, or get the Chicken Minis bread without the chicken as a few examples. I regularly only get fries to eat as my meal.

I stopped for lunch after my jury service. As the drive thru line as long, I parked and went inside to eat. I did not have to wait long for my meal. The atmosphere was pleasant. I appreciated the efforts by the customer service staff to wipe down each table with clean individual wipes as soon as the customers finished and left a table. As a result, I was confident that the table I chose to eat my meal was clean.

We ordered via the app for dine in. Once our food was delivered to our table, we noticed the kid s meal was missing the French fry. I waiting at the side counter, making eye contact with several employees to attempt to get their attention. After five minutes of waiting and no attempt made by an employee and two managers behind the counter, I got in the order line. The young man working the register was the only helpful person working and I finally got my child s fries. Before leaving, we wanted a refill of our drink. Again, i waited at the side counter with many passes made by employees and no acknowledgment that I was wanting something. I got back into the order line and was taken care of. I try my best to be a positive reviewer. But knowing Chick-fil-A and what they are, I m disappointed in this visit.

I don t like the new drive through. They give preferential treatment to mobile orders. If you don t use your phone you have to sit in a massively backed up queue. All of the customers should be treated equally.

Horrible everytime I come through via drive-thru they get my order wrong. I repeat myself 2 or 3 times yet they get everything wrong. To not correctly putting in my order to forgetting a food item. I go here every lunch break with my bf during his work. Nothing but bad experiences every time I go. Yet they do NOTHING about correcting or even offering recompensation when it was not even my fault. This is a top notch chicfila. Staff was very friendly, had multiple employees come and ask us if we needed anything. Food was ready before I could sit down. Also this location has these cool little robots delivering the food to your table ha! Its pretty neat. As well the garbage can doors are automatic which was cool to see. I hope this message gets to Blake Wilson. He was such a blessing to my family. We had stopped by Chick-fil-a to grab a bite to eat. We were on our way to buy some clothes for my grandmother as her son (my uncle) had just passed away a few days before. (These clothes were for the viewing.) This has been an extremely challenging time for us as a family. We were greeted by friendly faces at Chick-fil-a, and Blake stopped and chatted with us about the food delivery robots among other things. He saw that my grandmother accidentally dropped our cookie in the trashcan and quickly got us a replacement. I bought 3 bags of ice last week, because Wal-mart was out of it. I paid $5 and something. I do like Chick-fil-A ice! I stopped this evening and got 3 more bags, but it will be the last time! It was $8.70 for 3 bags of ice! Did water or bags go up this week. I just can not understand how greedy businesses are any more. I guess they want to make all there money now so when the middle class are all broke and cant afford to do anything but survive in this life! Great management and very clean restaurant. Hard to say one Chick-fil-A is more efficient than any other because they really set the bar here- but I ve never had issues even with large orders coming out more quickly than I expect every time.
