Came in today with my husband at almost lunch time we both got a bowl and wanted fried rice but there wasn t enough for even one bowl so I got the noodles and I also got the orange chicken I have had it several times at other locations and it s always good but today it taste like vinegar I only took a few bites his food was fine but mine was horrible we also got the cream cheese puff they were so greasy it was crazy they literally dripped grease we will never come back to this location I paid $25 for food I didn t even eat

Just placed an online order, went by drive through to pick up my order. Gave them my name. As I pull up to the window they tell me that my order was already picked up. I asked the person if they will be remaking my order? She said let me go ask. Spoke the her Manager Agustin, they said No we will not be making your order again. I said i didn t pick up my order Gave them my name again. Came back laughing that they got my name mixed up. I didn t find the situation funny, not even an apology. Manager extremely rude, jumping to conclusions. Would ve left me and my family without my meal.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and unprofessionalism I experienced at your establishment. Upon arriving at your location, I urgently needed to use the restroom after driving for nearly an hour. However, the janitor girl denied my request, despite my explanation that I intended to make a purchase before ordering food. It is disheartening that basic human needs were not taken into consideration, especially since the staff themselves are subject to the same bodily functions. Furthermore, I was informed that the restrooms were closed at a specific time, which prevented me from using them. This policy seems unreasonable and inconvenient for customers who may have legitimate needs. As a result of this unpleasant experience, I will no longer be visiting your location and will instead frequent the Atascocita branch, where I have consistently received excellent service from courteous and professional staff. I hope that you will take appropriate measures to address the issues I have highlighted and ensure that future customers are treated with greater respect and understanding. Went in at 638 pm to order for myself and the kid. Got home..(I live less than 2 miles away) the person taking my order act like i was annoying and rushed me with my order it was not crowded either, noone was waiting behind me and on top of that the rice was not cooked all the way it was hard and the chicken taste burned. I was 23 dollars. This is not the Panda Express I remember.

My experience was horrible. Similar to the other lady s experience they were out of food and were very annoyed with us ordering food. The supervisor was extremely rude and impatient. He tried to deter us from waiting on food. It seemed rather racist how he treated us compared to the patience and respect he gave the other customers who were Hispanic. I didn t react I had children with me but I am very unsatisfied and it shouldn t be this way in nearly 21st century. PS I could report as the supervisor is the one leading the disrespect

This Panda Express sucks. Id rate the food but theyre always out of everything. I dont know if they dont feel like making more or what, but I dont think 2 hours before closing is too early to show up. The employees always seem bothered and annoyed, too. As long as you come in during the lunch or dinner rush, they keep things fairly fresh and turned over. I have come in on more than one occasion and they have run out of white rice. Thats pretty hard for an Asian restaurant. HVAC system in the building is miserable and dropped the review from 4 to 3 stars. It feels like youre in a wind tunnel and if you dine in, expect your food to be cold before you have finished half of it.

Paola, is the worst person to have in the drive thru . She is incompetent to do a simple job. I placed an order in the drive thru and was missing a bowl . She asked what type of sauces I wanted and how many and when I received my order I had nothing of what I requested. When I informed the lady that brought out the food she said I had to go back in line and place the order again. Worst place ever !! I dont know why I even bother trying to go to this location. They are constantly out of either rice, noodles, and most of the main entrees. Usually a significant wait (10-20 min) if you want any kind of choice. The food is good when they have it, but never worth the wait or effort of going anymore given the many other choices in town.

Horrible customer service tonight the females in there had attitudes. I went in about 8pm and they didn t have the meat that I wanted so she asked the cook to cook more and he did. Food was mushy and had grissl, not to mention the soda fountain inoperable, (Dr. Pepper all carbonation and no syrup) To top it off, theres a Sanitation bucket with swamp water with a rag floating in it situated in the middle of the utensil counter and drink station. The combination of the second bad bite of food and seeing that as well as seeing employees cross contaminate the handling of things made me sick. The manager had attitude when a refund was requested. No apology or asking of why we wanted a refund ever was approached. Just a bad attitude. Yuk!

Only worth 2 stars because of what the food is supposed to be. If you actually get it hot and fresh its great Unfortunately this location seems to have a problem, With extremely slow and lazy employees. I work just down the street so I come here fairly frequently. It seems like especially over the last 3 months the service time has gotten longer and longer and longer and longer. Today finally tipped me over my boiling point. All I ordered was a 3 entree plate and some Spring rolls. They took my order at 6:40 PM. I had to go in there and complain and still did not get my order until 7:10 PM. It should not take 30 minutes for a single combo In the drive-through. Also when I demanded a refund because it was taking so long they told me that they dont do refunds Ando refunds and that I would have to call some number is spur to get my refund... No thats not how businesses work you give me my refund now. Youre not going to make me wait 30 minutes for food and then not give me my money when I ask for a refund.

In the last two weeks, we have tried to eat at this restaurant three times. Trip 1, they were out of fried rice and about half of the entrees. Trip 2, their credit card machine was down and they were only taking cash. Trip 3, over a week after Trip 2, their credit card machine is still down. Im giving up on this restaurant.

When you pay $50 everytime, you expect your order to be correct. Youd think they would double check to make sure that they have it right! I guess Im expecting too much. Two separate occasions. My husband picked up dinner through the drive through which took quite some time, though the wait at this location seems to typically take a while. The store was completely out of sweet and sour sauce which was a total bummer being that my pregnancy cravings were strong for some good sauce. Luckily I had some McDonalds s/s at home. I also got the beef and broccoli and MAYBE got an ounce of actual meat and the rest was broccoli and sauce which is totally ridiculous considering the cost. The real reason, however, that I am upset and horrified, is the GIANT chunk of melted plastic I found amongst my chow mein. It appeared to be cabbage at first but when I looked closer I realized what it actually was. It terrifies me to think that had I not caught it, I couldve choked on it! I realize mistakes happen, but had this meal been for a child this story couldve ended very differently. Clearly that batch of food was not being checked on or I feel like someone wouldve surely caught it. I realize mistakes happen, but it makes me wonder why there was any plastic near where it mightve gotten melted to begin with, not to mention the amount of toxins that mightve been melted into that entire batch of food. I normally enjoy PE but especially being pregnant, this incident certainly doesnt make me want to jump back in line to return any time soon. I wrote a complaint to the company describing this experience exactly as I have here and I got a very generic, blasé response which I was obviously not impressed with. Clearly, they do not mind their customers choking on chunks of plastic. So I guess I dont care about them not having my business and blasting this story through a bad review.

Just went here through the drive through and I got orange chicken and broccoli beef with fried rice. I also got soy sauce. However, when I got home to sit down and eat my dinner there was not a single piece of beef and barely any orange chicken. Also one of the soy sauce packets had exploded all over everything. I have never given a Panda restaurant below 5 star rating but this one was on the 2 to 3 star range. It was 39 degrees outside and the A/C was on. I was told it was hot behind the counter and that the manager was not there to turn a/c off. All tables were dingy dirty! No food or plates on them but hadnt been cleaned or wiped down. The food was cooked good like all panda restaurants.

This is the absolute worst panda Ive ever been to. I go through the drive thru and place my order. I order broccoli beef and the kid tells me to hold on. Comes back on and says man you got the last of it. I pay and leave. Get back to my place and this food is inedible and is going in the trash can. They put 3 pieces of broccoli and 1 scrap of beef along with 4 pieces of orange chicken for my other dish. Rice is still rock hard and not cooked at all. So thats what you serve your customers? I called 3 times to be hung up on twice and never answered the last time. This is just ridiculous and is an awful representation of panda express. **My husband picked up supper two nights ago and we have both agreed, it will be the last time we buy from this Panda Express. He brought Honey Sesame Chicken, Kung Pao Cbicken and Vegetables for me. The Honey Sesame Chicken was dry and tasteless, and the Kung Pao had only 2 small pieces of chicken. He had Orange Chicken, Sweet Fire Chicken & Lo Mein. These are all dishes we used to enjoy. They prioritize drive thru instead of serving the ppl who weren t lazy and chose to come in. 3/4 of the staff is designated for drive thru meanwhile you re waiting 5 minutes before they acknowledge you. Louis got my order wrong when i came in for lunch. Didnt have to time so called in and Isabella told me to just bring my receipt. After i got off came in to picked my correct order. Louis & Zach was standing talking about tge other customer never greeted me standing in front of them. Isabella came from the back and started to help. Trying get them to work. She had trouble with getting them to do they job while they are just standing there. Then tried to give me 5 pieces of meat and a bowl of rice. I explained that i didnt want it. I was told my bowl would be replaced. Isabella had to fuss at them and the cook to do they job while they just standing around. I will never return to this location. This is one of the worst locations. No gloves & mask hanging off they face. Isabella explained she could give my money back is the only reason i took the food and she made it fresh.. She need a new crew with her or manager to work at night.

Lobby closed till 4 pm on door. 8/8/21. Not understanding why. There was at least 9 people in building working. Some eating. The drive thru was 10 cars deep. What is going on with this place?

Always understaffed and out of everything. The staff member told me it be 6 minutes for the Kung pao chicken and it was over 20 minutes. She left my plate there with other items and continued to serve other customers until that came out by the time she was done the rest of my food was cold. The white rice was bland and over cooked.

Arrived at 6:15pm, began to order food when I was told the Beijing beef and walnut shrimp were out. I then proceeded to ask if they were done cooking for the night. I was they told they believe so. At that moment I was confused, because I was under the impression they closed later on. I then proceeded to google it just to see that they close at 9 pm which is almost 3 hours away. I then ask, do you not close at 9? I was then told yes. -_- Then I advised them I would wait, they then proceeded to take my order. Not sure if the managers at this location are aware that they stop making food at this location at 6pm.

This place was doing well momentarily with the new management. Now you have young guys attempting to serve plates and are dishonest about portion size, each person there serves a different amount. So dont say its measured when theres not a measuring cup or spoon in sight when the plates are being prepared. Its as if they are hoarding food to take home, yet those who are paying for a meal get shorted. Not to mention food is burned often and they will still try to serve you crumbs. Watch the sanitation as well, they reach all across one another and over your food to get to other items, gross. I can see this place closing like some of its neighboring restaurants if things dont improve.

Food is good. Service is good inside but the drive-through is horrible. It take them 7-10 minutes to take one order and it s always backed-up. There were only four cars in front of me and it felt like it was forever. They would have more business if the drive-through was faster. I see cars driving off to go elsewhere due to the long slow line. Once again waited in line for 30 minutes to get home to open the bag and to have no sauce that I asked for several times.

Long wait . Very small portions but the flavor is not Panda. Fried rice looked and tasted as was white rice mixed with veggies. Not recommended. Also They did not have have many of the items on menu . This was lunch time on Saturday. I would not give any star but in order to post i had to assigned one star .

Sadly stood in line for 10 minutes to find out they are out of their main side chow mein how do you run out of you main side if I were to purchase two small sides of the protein it cost more than the plate with two meats. Would t be so bad if there was signage of a warning or maybe at the door or as people line let them know hi everyone unfortunately we are out of chow mien for the night.
