I need a birth certificated I didn t have much info because all my identification burnt up. They were very helpful and worked with me to get my birth certificate. They didn t have to do that but they did. I am so grateful for them. Everyone there is friendly and professional. I am very grateful for them. If you go just be polite and patient and they will go above and beyond to help you like they did me. They made my stressful day so much better

Terrible service. 3 clerks and not one acknowledged me. Just needed a birth certificate to get my grandchild ready for kindergarten. These people here are horrible!!!!

These folks have been great. We have called a couple times with questions and have dropped in twice, all regarding a marriage license. Every time, we were met with kindness and great service. It s a breath of fresh air!

The staff were absolutely wonderful, with a friendly yet professional demeanor. There was a short line, but we were able to take care of our business there in less than 10 min, which is great fo my mom who cant stand for very long.

1st thing, HOWDY, to Ms. Patsy Davis a clerk at this location I was greeted with such enthusiasm and her personality was like a glass of southern sweet tea she was very professional and courtesy. Thank you to all the city workers that do it like Ms Davis bc she is one in a million, my day is made & I hope hers will be too

My Fiancé and I went to get our license here, and not only were the officers kind and funny, we also obtained our license in a quick and timely manner in the middle of the day, 10/10 service.

Me and my fiancé came in to get a marriage license and had a really fast and easy experience. We parked around the back. The guy who helped us, Travis D., was really helpful with us and kind. The form was done on a computer and was really straightforward. It was all much faster than we thought. Not bad at all for us.

Well, their parking isnt free and I dont like how they stuff is computer controlled. They kind of dont like too help, but I just wanted my son birth certificate and thats it and I got it. Hopefully I never need to go back.

DEB WASKOW SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC IF SHE CANNOT THINK OF EVERYONE AS EQUAL!!!! Fly them back home but no need to land just open door and push them out WERE HER EXACT WORDS.

This is the worst country clerks office I have ever been. Needed a birth certificate and they are computer generated. The computers do not work. Staff sit around twiddling thumbs and do not help. One lady said she had been there over an hour and had not been able to get her certificate to add to the cart to check out. My computer would not allow me to add to cart When asked The staff could not even tell me another county clerks office that I could go to To get help. Ran into a kind officer and he told me Burleson county would be closest. These idiots at Brazoys county are being paid by us tax payers.
