Shame on us, for giving this place a second chance. Both times, we called ahead for a large party, were told if we came in right away, there would be no wait. Both times, we arrived 10 min later, and were told they didn t have enough tables available. The first time, we waited 30 - 45 minutes to be seated. The second time, we weren t even given an option to wait, just told the person on the phone didn t know what they were talking about , and they couldn t serve us.

I m solely basing my review on the new people who work at the to go/boba take out. I miss the old staff to be honest. There s a short girl (probably Indian) who stares at you while you select the tip options which has never been an issue before she started working here. It makes everyone super uncomfortable because your drink will be partially empty if you don t give her a tip vs a full drink if you do tip. I m not sure how this is acceptable because we are being pressured to give a tip which shouldn t be the case. They could either look away or walk away to prepare the beverage. This was never an issue with the previous staff. I m more willing to tip if I m not being stared down. Lastly, the drinks are A LOT sweeter than they used to be. Also every time I ask for extra crispy tofu spring rolls they never make them crispy Other than that, I haven t really hada negative experience with the servers or the food other than the drastic price increase Pictures: are from different dates Vegetarian options: Tofu or vegetables only is always an option! Dietary restrictions: You can t opt out of certain things Parking: A lot of parking spots, but there s limited close parking Kid-friendliness: Very limited kids menu Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a ramp, but I m not too sure about the handicap parking spots

Just wanted to share my experience. I went there yesterday with my family, the food was phenomenal. I was served by Aastha and she was phenomenal and very polite. She took care of my family well and was attentive all the time we were there. I do like the atmosphere and food. We wanted to eat something warm and filling for our lunch. Will definitely be back! Food is tasty but I wish you d go back to using either Grubhub or DoorDash for delivery. You now only use Toast which charges me a $5 delivery fee plus the $5 or more tip you want for the driver. I already have a subscription to Grubhub and DoorDash. Makes me reconsider ordering from here anymore.

First time ordering take out from this place. As soon as you walk in there s a REALLY bad smell. I don t know how people are eating in the restaurant. The spring rolls were so bad that I couldn t even finish one piece. It was a waste of money. After reading reviews about having roaches in their food, I couldn t finish my order. There is an awful smell when you come in. It smells like sewage. There was a very gross smell coming from our water cups. I ordered a drink & it was the worst drink I have ever ordered from a bar. It tasted like watered down sour cranberry juice. The food was mid. The staff was nice. I feel bad for this place because it s obvious it will not be open for much longer, especially based on other MULTIPLE reviews of cockroaches in drinks and food. Really wish I would have read the reviews before.

Ive been going there for years. They are really great. The food is delicious, but I go there for the exceptional service. I dont eat out much, Vs gets the majority of that budget. They have an excellent selection to choose from. Over time I have learned most of their names. Shout out to Henry and Tall, both excellent managers. They genuinely care and it shows. Silvanus is my favorite server. He is so attentive. He actually knows my usual order. Memorized. Professional. He anticipates my needs. Often before I even know I wanted it. I will be a lifelong customer. Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves sushi. Because of this place. She was younger, about 5-6 years old. She wanted to bring her baby doll with her... After sitting down the older, tall manager came to the table. ( Asian gentleman with limited English. - named Tall ) He offered my daughter an infants booster stool, for her baby doll. She was soooo happy. For an adult (wise old man) to join in her imagination.... Priceless. It was at that moment I knew we had found our permanent sushi place. His lack of language did not impact his sincere and sweet gesture. We were both delighted. In fact, just this weekend, we were discussing sushi and this place... (Not actually eating there, mind you, just talking about it.) My daughter said, Daddy, theyre like Family. Thats when I realized writing a review was long overdue.

Come here once or twice a year, I remember why I dont come back much, the place is wide, long, & the tables are close to other tables, almost compressed space. Therefore , waiters have to clean their table- understandable, however, Ive had bad experience in the past where waiters will keep spraying the table constantly- I believe the tables is already cleaned, & the cleaning product would spew into my pho. GET a wet rag & wipe the table instead. They cut their meatballs into small thin slices & you dont get the full meatball taste like other pho places. To be fair, they have good customer service & the pho is very authentic.

Very nice family-owned restaurant. The Pho is great, the spring rolls are tastee, and the Crispy Orange Chicken is delicious. The waitstaff members are all very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. We arrived early and were seated right away. When we left, there were people waiting for tables. I have been going here since 11/2022. The items I order have never disappointed me and are always fresh. I love the Pho and the Salmon Spring Rolls. I also have gotten the Poke Salad and some Sushi Rolls. Again, I am always satisfied. I love that they remember me and are always a pleasure to serve. Their pho broth is one of the best Ive found in DFW. Their curry pho is so phenomenal that we drive 30 miles from North fort worth just to have it. Theres pho places closer, they even have curry pho. They are pale imposters to what this place offers up. Absolutely worth it. Large is sufficient to split for 2, and their coconut milk tea was a delicious impulse buy.

My husband and I come here all the time and every time is an amazing experience. The food is always hot and delicious and the staff always welcome us like family. I wanted to post this review to thank our waitress, Chetana, and her manager today. There was an issue with my particular dish I had ordered. I brought it to their attention and they went above and beyond to fix everything and make sure we left with happy and fully bellies. So many things Wong with my order. What place can call themselves a pho establishment when the broth is mediocre and clear. Any pho place Ive been to in Arlington you can tell the broth has been simmering over night because you can see the concentration of the juices along with aroma. This broth smelled like broth from a can. I ordered the beef combo pho, what restaurant would cross contaminate raw beef and lay it with cook beef? Another thing is I ordered sushi and it didnt come with soy sauce not even in the packet. Needless to say I chose convience over quality. My wife and I have lived in Bedford for a little over 5 years now and V s is the best sushi we ve found here. Haven t had any of their other dishes other than potstickers, but based on their quality, I wouldn t hesitate to try anything they serve.

I was quite surprised that as long as it took. The Noodles were completely glued together with a slight crunch. Except it wasnt supposed to b. Its PHO... worst experience with it. Every other state has been Immaculate. 1st visit to Texas quite memorable

I like coming here. I like the dragon eel roll and the seafood pho.. Service is always nice and friendly. And the food comes pretty quickly. Anytime I want pho this is one of my top choices to go..

Came here for the first time yesterday and the beef curry pho has made it to my all time list of favorite foods I think. I m SO glad I was a little adventurous and ordered it instead of regular pho (although I m sure that would have been delicious as well). Also, the chicken rice paper rolls with peanut sauce were great too- not enough restaurants serve rice paper rolls, so I was excited to eat them here. It was only about a 15 minute wait for my party of 4 to get seated and the waitress was helpful and super attentive, especially with refilling our waters which I appreciated! I will DEFINITELY be back and will be bringing friends, so be on the look out!
