I recently got screwed by Sonic for $34.59, I am a loyal customer and would like to know if Im the only one who this has happened to. Let me explain a few days ago I was placing an order from sonic I left my phone in the table because I was going to ask other family members if they would like something to eat before placing the order. I went back to add more items thats when I realized my disabled sister pressed the button to send for the order. I called immediately to cancel the order so I could finish adding items and making sure it was set for delivery. Well to my dismay it was set for pickup. I dont have a vehicle right now its in the garage getting worked on so i was going to have it delivered. I called sonic and they said to call customer service which I did i spoke to a kind lady named Nanette very kind and helpful. I explained what happened and she said she would have to talk to her colleague about it, she said it would only take a minute. She came back on and said that I would be getting a full refund in a few days. I stayed waiting for the refund nothing but an email saying that my order wasnt going to be canceled or delivered and that I wasnt getting a refund or credit. I got screwed by Sonic. No cancelation of the order placed, No food, no refund, no credit, All I got was screwed. I will not be purchasing anything more from Sonic and I will not take down this post until this issue is resolved. I will let everyone know how this is resolved if it even gets resolved. I am very upset about this matter being told that they couldnt cancel my order after being placed, not being able to get a refund for food I didnt receive or full credit. I payed sonic for nothing, Literally. I am posting this because I have been a Loyal Sonic customer and I have every receipt from every order I have placed with sonic including the one I payed sonic for nothing. Thanks Sonic from the not so satisfied customer.

Hamburger had an old odd taste. The girl at the drive thru talked so fast i had to say what several times. I ordered 2 all american hot dogs, tator tots and route 44 cherry limeaide. I also order a number 2 with tator tots and route 44 cherry limeaide. She originally rannge up the hot dogs as kids meals. I told her i never asked for kids meals. She the cleared the order and made me repeat it. When i did she ask if i wanted a number 6 and an extra hot dog. I said yes. She rang it up it showed as 2 combos and hotdog and cherry limeaides. Get right, but no. I get to the window she tells me total. I pay, get order. Start to leave and find i am missing a tator tot. Go back around to drive thru to tell them i am missing a tator tot. They proceed to charge full price for tator tot not combo price. Atmosphere gets 5 stars because i am sitting in my truck. Of course it gets 5 stars.

Worst experience ever!!! The staff at this location are so unprofessional!! Drive thru was RUDE. I ordered a sweet tea after they messed up my half & half drink numerous times!! I guess they think they can do whatever they want to paying customers because when given my sweet tea not only did it have a ton of sugar, it had black crust like matter that tasted like they scraped the grill and put it in at the bottom as well!! Called management spoke to Jose, he informed me that there was not, insinuating I was lying! NEVER going back! I suggest anyone who goes to this location to be mindful of what they will do in retaliation of THEIR own mess up!!!! Plain evil. They dont even deserve 1 star!!!!!

We ordered snacks along with drinks. They repeatedly messed up my half & half lemonade & sweet tea drink. Ended up ordering a plain sweet tea and when I drank it, it was filled with sugar at the bottom! So much sugar I couldnt even drink it. To top it off the drive thru girl was rude when it wasnt our fault. Unprofessional staff! They have no quality in customer service what so ever. Called management & was offered a free drink for next time. This has happened too many times. They can keep my money cause I will definitely not be going back to the Ed Carey Sonic. If there was a negative rating i would give it!! got the #1 the bread was cold like fridge cold, the meat was old and dry, the bacon was not fresh like it was sitting there for a while, way too much mayo flooded the burger with mayo, fries were burnt. shake with m&m doesnt even taste like ice cream the only good part was m&ms. the hotdog was hard and the hotdog bread was so soggy the cheese and chili got stuck to the plastic. The Maza Rella sticks were cold the cheese not even fully cooked. Everything was cold i only live five minutes from this location and horrible never again will i go here regret paying for food that is cold and old. we didnt even finish the food because it made our stomachs hurt. We were the only one in the drive thru nobody was in front of us it was 5pm in the afternoon. Never again.
