I needed to return a box to the cable company so I went to Postal Annex Bedford. This was my first transaction with PAB and it was so easy. Hope explained the process, printed the label, and prepared the parcel for shipment. The second time I visited, Gayle helped me get another piece of equipment ready to ship and told me that it would ship that day. I am very pleased with the service provided at Postal Annex Bedford. Gayle went above and beyond today! My husband left his work phone at a hotel. The hotel keep telling us they would send it but after 2 weeks we called for help. The Bedford Postal Annex is awesome! They are super helpful in everything from mailing to business supplies to handmade gifts. Printing services are also available. I have been going to The Postal Annex for about four years. I would never go back to the PO. This place and its owner Gayle are phenomenal, nothing is too much trouble. One can do everything USPS offers including passports.FedEx, UPS, and Amazon services are available. Gayle also offers a notary service. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Gayle and her small team are amazing! Always helpful and affordable on supplies, but convenient for just dropping off packages. Postal Annex are ALWAYS there to help and make things soo easy-especially for small businesses or online sellers who may have to mail packages with all different carriers on the same day - saves so much time running around to USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS! One-stop for everything and they have last minute gifts to boot! Cannot recommend enough!

Brian is great. His customer service is stellar and is the type of service where you leave happier than you came in. Very pleasant guy. However, my encounter with Gayle was the opposite. The customer service was non-existant. I was charged extra and she was plainly irritated the entire encounter. Overall, the prices are affordable. I hope to have a better experience next time.

This has been a great experience with Postal Annex. Gail has been wonderful we rent a box there and love the great service. Rent for a month 3 months 6 months up to 12 months its been very convenient. I love their.. Box rental is easy simple. Anything we need is right there at our fingertips packaging supplies, copies , check our mail , have our packages safe and sound ready to pick up . great service wonderful people we enjoy doing business with them and we will be continue to do business with them. We are so lucky to have PostalAnnex in Bedford. Gayle and Brian have been lifesavers for me on MANY occasions... Specifically notarizing documents for me and shipping packages. Between 2 separate visits they helped me with shipping I think nearly 100 boxes of vinyl records. Theyve also helped me with notarizing probably 10 times, and also with scanning and emailing documents to me as a PDF file when I didnt have a scanner. Im not sure where I would have gone for any of this if they werent here...I cant even fathom trying to take that many boxes to the post office But any time I need something I know they can do for me, I make sure I do it through them. I highly recommend PostalAnnex to ANYONE!!

Ive been to this location a handful of times. I ship products I make from home and this was the closest place to mail off my items. The gal running the show is a hit or miss with her attitude. She looked directly into my package to see what I was shipping, unprofessional if you ask me. She has printed 2 labels for free for me and that saved me a whole dollar! Their shipping prices are VERY high. Maybe paying for the convenience is worth it to some. I probably wont go back because I felt I wasnt welcome and I was being a inconvenience

I needed to get important pages printed and this lady ruined my pages THREE times and made me pay for them. She doesn t know how to work a computer and a printer. She was on her phone the entire time and wouldn t even keep her mask on! If you print pages as a business! You should at least do it correctly. Don t come here for anything she will ruin it and make you pay for bad prints and empty pages.

BEST KEPT SECRET YOU WILL HAVE TO EXPERIENCE!!!! So thankful I found them.... they can do everything that the post office, Ups, Fed ex, etc can do for you PLUS MORE!!!!! AND ... their Customer Service is ABOVE AND BEYOND! Gayle Pulliam and Diane will absolutely go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of, Greet you with warm hello, genuine smile and kindly offer help needed and explain all their services. They even do shredding! Oh and they have awesome greeting cards, small gift items, gift bags, scotch tape, clips etc....many little household things you might need. It is so nice to be able to just grab a card/cards, a quick unique gift, etc.. while at Postal Annex doing your other business. My husband took them a 48 ft x 15 ft trailer awning in a bag and They gladly boxed it and off it went for him! Trust me, they are the absolute BEST KEPT DFW SECRET ..... SO.... let s support our local business and help them grow!
