Just had dinner at the Factory Kitchen and I have to say this is one of the best pizza places around! We had their Garden pizza with alfredo sauce along with their cheese fries! You need to come try this place!

Food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. I ordered the honey mustard chicken sub. The chicken was juicy and seasoned perfectly, the lettuce was green and crisp, and the honey mustard is the best I have ever tasted. Will def be going back for more lunch orders!

Me and my mother decided to check out The Factory Kitchen in Garland after seeing a review on Nextdoor and it did not disappoint! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the service was amazing during our entire dining experience. The owners were very attentive and super friendly, our drinks never got below half full, and they gave us a complementary bottle of water to leave with. We were also given complimentary bread and dipping sauce which was delicious. We both ordered pasta, which came with a salad included. I got the Ceaser and she got the House, and they were both delicious. I ordered the Tre Pasta, and it was so yummy! My mother got the Chicken Picatta, and she said it was so delicious and unique! I wish we had left room for dessert! Overall it was a 10/10 and I m super happy, and will be returning in the future. Kid-friendliness: Kids Menu Options Available!

First time eating here, although it is in walking distance from our house! Wife and I ordered the Thursday night burger special and they were absolutely OUTSTANDING!! This place is great! Came for the first time and ordered the mushroom burger. Usually I have a bad experience with mushroom burgers from most restaurants but there s was the complete opposite. Unlike other diners, I could taste the mushrooms and the burger all together was amazing. Took it to go, will come again!

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING i came with a friend and we split a chile relleno pizza and it was delicious! the waitress was super attentive and kind and she made sure to tell us that there was meat on the pizza that wasnt listed on the menu and ask if it was okay. they have bomb fries aswell. Its very much wprth the price fs!

I went with my daughter and we had an amazing time, it was a little dimly lit for my old(er) eyes but it was still comfortable and welcoming. The food came out in great time and was perfectly made, photo ready, and easily shared between my appetite and my daughters bottomless pit. We tried an appetizer, a pasta, a pizza, and two desserts! All of which were delectible and made with what felt like high quality ingredients. My compliments to the chef(s) and the owners for their commitment and professionalism, you can really tell they love what they do and they deserve to succeed for sure. This place is the SPOT! A hidden Jem in this rough place. The food is tastes and feels high quality, and it is made with high quality passion. Even 30 minutes to and Hour after I ate I still felt great and was having no digestive issues or bad feelings even though I had eaten my body weight in food. The bacon cheese fries were perfectly smothered, the pasta primavera was delicious even with the carrot substitute while squash is out, the pizza was crispy and soft in all the right ways, and the dessert I would happily choke to death on! The chef put ALOT of work into presentation and culinary fashion, and it tasted like I was eating the garden of Eden! The apple itself, that s how much I couldn t stop myself from eating! I thank the server for her attentiveness and service, she made it a very comfortable experience and was professional and friendly! She took care of business! I would recommend this place to anyone and EVERYONE! Enjoy the Factory Kitchen it will not disappoint you! Side note: the bathroom is attached to a wash and dry laundromat, which is also an integral part of our community over in this area, I definitely recommend it as well.

I got the guacamole burger and the mozzarella sticks and both were very tasty. The mozzarella sticks in particular were delicious, and the marinara sauce complimented them very well. The burger was also very good, and the fries were delicious. Definitely recommend!

The customer service was great. The gentleman was patient and very helpful with the menu, but the food is a very different story. The food was not good at all. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo and was quite disappointed by the outcome because it was too thick, and the sauce lacked in flavor. I asked for broccoli, and the broccoli was so hard that I couldn t even eat it. My boyfriend ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta and the only thing that made the sauce Spicy was the fact that there was so much Tabasco that I could smell it from the other side of the table. And it only came with 4 shrimp. We were actually really excited to go, to be very let down by the flavor. Do not recommend the pasta at all. Vegetarian options: Pastas can be ordered without meat, however, they re not that good. A cheese pizza is also offered. Kid-friendliness: TV playing in the back on kid shows. Very child friendly atmosphere.

We went to the grand opening and were a little surprised at how small the location is. But the pizza was pretty good. They were showcasing very specific types of pizza for their grand opening so not everything was available. However, I don t eat meat, so they were very flexible and actually made pizzas that I could eat. There were several people in our party so I took pictures of all of the pizza that they were bringing out. Everyone said that the pizza was very good. Service was really good, the girl that was waiting on the tables was trying her very best and she did a great job! The crust on the pizza was a big deal because it was very thin and very flavorful. I can really see this place taking off. One thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the restroom. In order to use the restroom you walk through a door from the pizza restaurant into the laundromat next door and use their restroom. I just could not wrap my head around that.

We went for the grand opening yesterday around 3pm. The restaurant itself is small but it gives off an intimate family environment. We had the opportunity to enjoy the buffet offered, not sure if that will be offered again. The pizza is delicious, the crust is thin and very tasty, he came up with some very crafty toppings. Personally all of them were scrumptious. We got to try the Elote Mexicano, Carnitas, Seafood, Barbeque Ribs, Margherita, Taco and Pepperoni of course. I cannot stress enough how amazing all of them pizzas were. Their pasta is delicious too. We will definitely be going back very soon. Thank you again for taking care of our family yesterday.
