This venue does not respect the local neighborhood they allow anyone to rent the venue and play music so loud you can hear it from inside your house or cowboys stadium. They even allow event attendees to stay in the parking lot at 2am playing loud Bass with aftermarket subs in there vehicles to continue the party outside. Ive attached a video from my backyard where you can clearly hear the cha cha slide

Our experience with Gilda at the Ballroom Surge Event Center was nothing short of a nightmare. From the initial decoration consultation to the execution of our event, she made the entire process miserable. As African Americans, we felt deeply disrespected and discriminated against. During our consultation, Gilda treated us as though we were a burden, and this dismissive and unprofessional attitude continued throughout the planning process and on the day of our event. While Steven was responsive and helpful, Gilda s behavior overshadowed everything. Her lack of professionalism, rude demeanor, and racist undertones were shocking and unacceptable. We would never recommend anyone to book here or work with Gilda. This experience was extremely disappointing and tarnished what was supposed to be a joyful occasion. Avoid at all costs.

We absolutely enjoyed this venue for our sons first birthday party. The venue had plenty of indoor space. The decorations were beautiful. Lots of parking for our guests. We had the best bartender (Austin). The owners were very communicative throughout the entire process and booking with them was a breeze. My cousin loved the venue so much, hes going to host his sons first birthday party there as well. Definitely would book again for future events.

For H-E-B people its a true Blessing very nice & beautiful party venue with gorgeous chandeliers white tiles , clean sturdy environment. We recently host a party here and believe me every guest including my family,friends & neighbors love this place .it is Budget friendly and easy accommodation for approx 100-150 people which ìs the best perk of this place.If you live close to DFW airport Hurst,Euless,Bedford area and you are looking for the best you should check this first. Most recommended

I had my mom s birthday celebration here and it was amazing. The decor team hit it out the park, everything was perfect. Venue itself is beautiful and clean. Bartender was awesome! My family had an amazing time thank you for everything. Thank you Stephen for everything!

We had our Wedding here and overall very happy. Venue is very spacious, floors are very appealing, bar area is excellent. Restrooms very clean and large. The setup was stunning and we had so many great compliments from our guests. My only recommendation is the AC...it cut on right at 5pm and did take a couple of hrs to cool down and its only April. Please consider making adjustment when the summer comes.

We had a wedding here. Stephen was a huge help with our set up. I want to thank him for all he did to make our day great and beautiful. I highly recommend this place for any events. For those wondering, there are two bathrooms (clean), 1 bride room/ change room, and a bar area. If youre thinking of doing a tour I highly recommend it. Thank you again!

This was the ideal venue for my 50th birthday party! Everything was set up perfectly. The owners, Gilda and Stephen, were great. They were professional, kind, and the price was very reasonable compared to nearby smaller venues. My guests were amazed at how beautiful the space is. I definitely recommend them for your events!

This venue is gorgeous! Originally was going to have a backyard wedding but was anxious about the weather, I came across this venue and was so excited to discover that they offer a full decor package for such a great deal. It saved me alot of time and stress! Upon entry on the day of my event everything was sooooo pretty and ready to go! So many of my guests gave wonderful compliments on the venue as well. 1000/1000 recommend

This venue is absolutely beautiful! It was a blessing that I happened upon it online. I saw a posted picture and had to get more information. The staff is amazing, great communicators and easy to work with you. They are patient and took time to help me think through the intricate parts of planning my event. I got the decor package and when I say, top notch! - it s no exaggeration. I had an event to honor a very important person. Well known people were in the room with great resumes. I can t tell how many, but several people inquired about the venue. We got sooo many compliments. One lady said she wish she could take the Rose wall with her it was soooo beautiful. I can go on and on, but know this place is very spacious, have Bluetooth speakers you can easily use and a great place to make anyone feel good- whatever the event!

Absolutely love the way my birthday came out. The vision that I had was complete by a tee, due to the owners; Gilda and Stephen. Everything was very cleanly, the bathrooms were spotless. Linens were great quality, as well as the decor. It was a great investment, and a wonderful night. It was a great place to catch good photography works.

It was So Spacious and updated decore.The lication is safe location,everything in there is New. The Color of the place went perfect with the color of my event ,and they had so many options to add to the tables and different accesories to make my party look elegant,the price was perfect for my budget!! This was the best place and space for my son s birthday party! Great space and plenty of parking for everyone. Easy to set up with a wide assortment of decorations, It also accommodates weddings and receptions. I highly recommend this venue for any occasion!
