I ordered flowers for my cousins funeral. I requested they be delivered the day before. The funeral was at 10 am and they were just bringing them in. I never got to see them plus was told they didn t have enough white flowers so inserted pink. So disappointed on such a sad day.

I ordered for my sister who had surgery. I live in a different state. I really appreciate the fact this is the only florist I could find open on a Saturday to deliver and the girl was super nice who I spoke with...I just really didnt feel as though I got my moneys worth. I spent $65 dollars, plus a $12.50 delivery fee. The bouquet had 3 roses, maybe 2 stems of lilies, and a couple of fillers with greenery. I could have gotten a dozen roses that looked better. Really disappointed.

I work at a local flower shop a little ways from this florist, this flower shop goes above and beyond for every order we give to them. Always willing to do whatever to get exactly what we want. Amazing customer service every time!!!

I dont usually write reviews because I feel that customer service is the secret to a successful business. That being said I also feel that customer service has fallin way beyond the waist side. I was needing an arrangement for a loved ones funeral service, I was greeted with a very friendly and helpful voice on the other end. After sharing with her what I was needing, she gladly excepted the challenge without a moments hesitation. I was very confident in her and had no worries that she would take care of everything. If you are wanting that simple bouquet, or have a special request, this is the place !!! I use them for all of my flower needs, their flowers are always so fresh and so beautiful. I want to thank Mystic for making Mothers day Great for my mom....I called 2 other locations and of course its a busy time for them all... I live in Lubbock,Tx. I let them know it didnt have to be delivered on Mothers day And they were able to accommodate my order! Thank you!!!!!

Best floral shop in town! I came from out of town to visit my mom after her surgery & went straight to this shop because of the reviews. Ann was so sweet & patient with me. She puts together such nice bouquets & has the coolest plant holders in her shop! Also all of her bath and body care products are all natural and homemade! Definitely recommend!!!

Ann Marie was more than kind and so helpful! She allowed us to pick the flowers we wanted and then went ahead and arranged them for us without us even asking. She was inviting and so generous. The gorgeous design skills were just a bonus. Thank you for making our mom s 50th birthday stunning!

I can t say enough about this florist. I ordered flowers from Oregon for a service in WF and they were gorgeous. She stayed late because we had several orders and made sure everything was done on short notice. Highly recommend you using this business.

Customer service in regard to funeral/sympathy work severely lacking. The person taking orders today wasnt sure if she had enough of the desired color flowers, how to split flowers for two sprays or even if the shop would be able to deliver them to the destination within the city. This is the last thing a grieving customer needs, more unnecessary complications. Mystics everday arrangements always look pretty in photos, but I cant afford to risk uncertainty today. This is this persons only funeral. I took my order to another floral shop and they not only understood my needs pertaining to the order, they assured me theyd have it ready and delivered in plenty of time for the service.

A mistake was made with my order, so when I called to explain the problem the lady I spoke to was the sweetest and apologetic!!!! They fixed the problem and definitely worth it!! Justin the delivery guy is very sweet as well! I have been using this florist for years and I m so happy with them!!

Best place to get flowers from in town !! All the ladies in there are friendly ,professional, and just overall amazing ! I have ordered from them since 2015 , the quality has always been great and have never had an issue with ordering or deliveries . I will say pricing is also a great deal for the arrangements (especially comparing quantity & quality to other places) . Overall their service and experience is the best ! And will go above and beyond to help

They came through in a pinch when there was a delivery misunderstanding for Valentines Day. Even though Teleflora didnt work with me, Mystic Floral called me back as promised and gave me up-to-date info on my order for my mother. Youll get my business again!

I live out of state and have used them every time I have flowers sent. Most recently, I had ordered flowers online (their website is so easy to navigate!) and was having them sent to my mother in Wichita Falls. Come to find out, she was going to Dallas for the day that they were suppose to be delivered. I called mystic floral before the shop was open and promptly got a return call as soon as they got in. I believe the girl was Tara I spoke with. She was so kind and understanding and offered to put more flowers in the arrangement if I had someone pick them up instead of the delivery. I ultimately decided to have them delivered the next morning. While my mom being out of town was no fault of their own, they took it upon themselves to help me get something worked out and quickly! I am truly impressed with their customer service and my mom has always loved the arrangements, complimenting their beauty. I definitely recommend this flower shop!!

I live in Broken Arrow, Okla. We have a lot of family in Wichita Falls, TX. My wife had an aunt that passed & we were looking for a floral shop in Wichita Falls to send an arrangement to the funeral home. We chose Mystic Floral & Garden because of their 4.7 rating. It did not take long to realize why they had the highest rating in the area. They were so helpful, providing options that fit our budget. They even sent us photos of different options we had to choose from. We were 400 miles away but felt like we were there. They made it a great experience and we felt so lucky that we called the right place.

Ive had two orders through these guys and they are awesome. My first order was not delivered on the day it was supposed to so they threw in a free box of chocolates which made my girlfriend love them even more. My second experience I was causing them a hassle changing my mind about whether I wanted the order, what day to deliver it on, and changing my order. They had it worked with me every single step of the way. As long as I need to buy flowers in that area, they have absolutely won my business.
