My daughter and I met here for lunch. I got a cup of chicken taco soup ( not positive if the name, but you can find it) And my daughter had a salad. Wow...the salad was huge. My soup was just right. A little shy on the chicken. But the taste was really satisfying. Service was good, staff helpful and very pleasant.

I typically try to order online so my order is done faster, but I wind up waiting at least 20 minutes when I eventually get to the store. The staff usually ignore you trying to pick up my order is a huge waste of my time.

Delicious fresh ingredients and they are notorious for their tea! We had the King Club with a side of macaroni and cheese and a bowl of the broccoli cheddar soup. Perfect for a quick bite before heading out to watch a movie! Great service! Clean tables, chairs, and floors. Its hot outside and the restaurantwas nice and cool A/C. There was a nice selection of 70s-80s music playing, an all around pleasant atmosphere. Kid-friendliness: Tables with plenty of seating for larger groups and families.

Maybe it is my fault for going back and giving them multiple times to get it right. This year alone it has been 4 times that they get our order wrong, and when you call them to let them know the manager tries to make it seem like I am at fault. Today was the last chance for me. I think I will just say good bye to McAllister Deil,unless they make a few changes starting with the manager.

When I order an almost $9 jug of tea to go I don t know why they don t automatically include a few lemon slices. It s a bummer to realize you didn t get lemon. ie the one star for service. I do love the tea.

I love McAlisters Deli because they have a better selection of sides than Jasons Deli. Instead of just giving chips with every order, you can choose from many other sides like mac and cheese, broccoli, potato salad, side salad, etc. So, this is a better place if you are trying to eat healthier.

Very clean restaurant. Friendly staff that was helpful why we deciphered menu. It was our first time. Cabaitta bread was so soft and absolutely delicious. It tasted like it was made fresh before we walked in. The whole family was very pleased with their meals. I will say I prefer Jasons Deli only for salad bar and the self-serve drinks.. but besides that, McCallisters ranked really high. I will definitely be back. I joined the rewards club and might consider delivery next time.

Serving of mac and cheese was half full. Same with the soup. Was expecting some decent tasting stuff. While I didnt toss it out, it was pretty bland and the macaroni was somehow gritty. Brocolli and cheese has a bit of a tang. Heavy on the bitter greens in the half club that I ordered. Did not meet up to the expectation of what I was expecting for a price point of more than 10 dollars per person.

Left a previous positive review. Things change. My most recent order was missing the drinks. One of the two meals was wrong. Worse, when I picked it up, I saw I had been charged for the missing drinks. I was grudgingly given a refund only when I asked two different people. And it was only for one of the drinks. And ... the portions are much smaller. Previously, okay. Now, worse than bad. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ For a chain restaurant, the food is well above average. The staff are courteous and efficient. The music is a bit loud at times; it is not background music sound levels.

I always get a chicken Caesar salad, potato salad, broccoli and cheddar soup, and the pink lemonade. My only complaint is that their chicken doesn t taste the best and seems a bit dry, but it s really a minor complaint as I still get the salad quite often. Overall, I love this place though! The food is soooo good! It s also very reasonably priced. I have been here many times, and I will continue to come here.

I ordered a chose 2 online. Chef salad & 1/2 baked potato. I also added extra butter, extra sour cream and extra ranch for my salad. I paid for my order including paid for the extras. I was given a 15 min for my order to be ready. I left work to pick it up and it was a total of 45 before it was ready with no apology. An absolute disgrace of a business. It cost more to order a half of a sandwich and side as it does for a full sandwich and side. I just paid close to $13 for a half sandwich and side and drink to be given this. I brought it to them immdeatily to fix. I didn t just pay $13 for this meal to be handed this pitiful wrap. Which wasn t even wrapped properly to even look like a wrap. It literally had maybe three pieces of lettuce, few slices of chicken. Can t believe someone put this together thinking this was acceptable, handed this off to someone off to deliver who also thought this was presentable to give to a guest. Fixes it and says is this better?! No. They literally didn t not add to it but rewrapped it. I ask for a refund. Which I might add, took almost 20 mins to receive something that is a cold sandwich and heated up Mac and cheese. Now I have to leave to find lunch elsewhere. I tell the manager how ridiculous this is on the cost and that it looked liked that. Her response was she wish she could do something about it I understand they cannot change prices but you sure as heck can produce better quality food. You literally can do something about that. If I could I would rate this a 0 out of 5 stars. The food took way too long to get to me, and the waitress could not care less. My cheddar broccoli soup was cold. She waited the table next to me, but acted as if I wasnt good enough to get a refill of my tea. All I wanted was less ice, but when I finally received my drink, it was full to the top. We stumbled on to McAlisters a couple of years ago, having driven by for years and not paid it much attention prior, primarily due to my desire to patronize a local business being managed by a friend and customer, Josh Cole. It has since become our favorite place to dine - not because of the food, which is certainly tasty - but because of the culture, the ambience, and the phenomenal staff. Starting from the top down (Josh), to his management team (Tyler and Frances are our favorites), to his other wonderful employees (Ty is a rock star!) - they make the experience what it is. Weve since dined at several McAlisters across the country in traveling, and none of them can meet the expectations that this location has set for us - great job to this team! And do yourself a favor - dont leave without trying the strawberry lemonade!

Wife says the food was good. I waited for five minutes before anyone asked me if I needed assistance. One guy who looked like a manager spoke but kept walking. Went at 4pm before I had to go to work and had the place to myself. Staff was friendly and offered suggestions and what items are their favorites. I decided on the cranberry orange club I believe was the name of the sandwich and a side of steamed broccoli and a glass of their famous sweet tea....tho it wasnt as good as its hyped up to be, but still was good. Service was fast and I was checked on a couple of times during my visit to see if my food was good or I needed a refill. Nice quite lunch that I enjoyed and will be back to try the baked potatoes.

Fast service, great food, awesome customer service. One of our favorite dependable spots since moving to Beaumont and our to go food is always correct and ready for pick up when we arrive.
