First visit to Charleys. The food is straight up good -flavor robust and provolone cheesy great. My order was receive promtly and I found the facility clean and stocked. However, I made mistakes in ordering which I will avoid at my next visit. First, I wasnt expecting, nor did I want the added salad on the sandwich. My bad. Next time, Ill ask the lettuce, tomato and pickle on the side. Second, in combination with the salad on the sandwich and the warm, moist steak, the included cooked ingredients, I found the sandwich unmanagable. Almost all the ingredients slipped out the hoagy roll. Good to have a knife and fork. Enjoyable food. Ill have a better dining experience in the future - lesson learned =Peace=

its okay It didnt come with a fork, but I needed one. So luckily there was one of my console. It was served to where he could not have been picked up and eaten like a sandwich unless you were ready to have a mess on your hands. I got the old school Philly cheesesteak sandwich. AKA: Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I was hungry, so as you can see I ate about half of it. Low quality meat, runny cheese sauce, really good sauteed onions. Im not mad about it, but I probably wont go there again. I think as long as you keep in mind that its a bottom wrung Philly cheesesteak sandwich, youll probably mostly enjoy it.

Not sure who worked the shift this evening but I initially got here around 720pm. I went thru the drive thru. There are no signs displayed anywhere around this building stating that drive thru is closed or broken. I drove to the window to see if anyone was inside, and I definitely noticed a male worker attending to the customer inside. No one ever addressed me on the intercom or at the window but the male worker continuously paced from the back towards the front, I assume to see if I were still waiting at the window. Not sure what the problem was but it could have been politely vocalized. In defense of this location, the ladies that usually work here are so polite and professional and attend to the drive thru. My suggestion would be to place signs up if the drive thru is not an option. I waited a total of 40 mins and never received anything. The picture included shows me across from the drive thru window and another car just waiting and not being serviced either. This was about the 5th car I witnessed leave without an order placed. Update: same worker from yesterday worked today but this time used the drive thru window. Although, he was polite today, my heart nearly shattered when he informed me that the Kentucky Bourbon cheesesteak was now discontinued. No warning, no heads up. That sandwich deserves to come back. I added a photo of the sandwich not knowing it would be the last memory I had of it.

It always amazes me that this restaurant seems so have very little service. It is ALWAYS immaculate; the food is cooked to perfection and the service is outstanding. Today Ani waited on us. It is such a joy to order food and order is right the first time around. The food is always hot and tasty. Even the bathrooms are clean. If you happen to be passing through Beaumont, make sure you drop in, and if you live here and haven t visited today sounds like a good day for a wonderful dine-in experience or take out. Thanks owner and staff!!! You Rock!!

I never got to try the food. I went in tonight, Friday at around 8:40 pm and the 2 guys working were so raciest, they would not help me. Both kept ignoring me, however the girl that came in after me, they helped her, she got her food and left, (even she was dumbfounded as to why they wouldn t help me) they just kept staring at me, just standing there! Pull your camera footage if you have any..I waited at the counter for a good 10 minutes and NOTHING, absolutely would not help me, this was my first time I ever visited and will be my last, never will I step foot in there again! I m a GM of a local business, and I get it, staff get overwhelmed, and shorthanded, and working with the public can be exhausting, however kindness is free, and a simple ma am it s going to be a few minutes, I would of had no problem, top of that I was the only person in the restaurant, it was completely empty, lol! Those 2 guys are going to kill your business and if you don t correct it your business will fail!

This was mine and a friend of mines 2nd time coming here and I must admit that the food is very very delicious the first time we came we ordered 2 large sandwiches and ordered of bacon and loaded fries and 1 10 piece boneless wings parmesan flavor and the other 10 piece of boneless wings was the sweet teriyaki flavor and man it was delicious this is one of our favorite places to go and eat thank you

Please get new property trained employees or shut this place down! Went in the inside and waited 20 minutes still no food. Ask the cashier where is our food. She said we havent made it yet. She said if you want it faster go through the drive thru! So we did to wait another 15 minutes. We left after paying around 25 dollars. No worries its on us.

We hadnt eaten there before and decided to stop in to get wings and cheese fries to snack on during a movie we picked out on Netflix. Kevin saw they had shakes so he got one of those too. I had the boneless Thai wings. The wings were really good, spicy and sweet. They were also fresh. Kevin loved the shake so much that he asked to go back the next week. Loaded fries were perfect replacement for his normal nacho request. And the young lady waiting on us even gave us a French frily for the dog. We will definitely be back

Terrible experience. Waited at the counter for 6 minutes before anyone even said hello. Lobby smelled terrible. Planned on dining on but couldnt take the stench, ate in the truck. Guy who took the order got radioed over the headset to check the front counter. He was bagging the orders 6 feet away, whole watching a stand up comedy show on his propped up cell phone. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Gets one star because it wont record 0 stars.

Ive ordered from this location quite a few times, and every single order has been excellent! I usually place an order through the app, and by the time I get there to pick it up, its ready. The lady at the drive through window is always very friendly and has a great attitude, and the food is always hot and fresh when I arrive back at home. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

Food was delicious! I have no complaints about my experience (food was hot and fresh), and will defiantly be back! Some of these one star reviews are ridiculous and could have easily been taken care of if they had just brought it to the owners attention instead of bashing their business on google. Absolutely terrible customer service while I was in the building picking up my to go order a man was complaining about a hair or something blue in his fries the lady was not nice nor did she act like she cared. Once I arrived back to work and opened my food, MY FRIES HAD A BLUE HAIR IN IT ALSO! I called And told them and they did not care one bit the lady said okay to everything I said on the phone. I hung up and called back and asked to speak to a manger and they hung up! The employees on Phelan Blvd need to be taught how to deal with a customer!!
