I have celiac disease, and this is one of the few restaurants I can go to in Beaumont. There are so many selections here, and I have never gotten sick. I go here once a week and love it every time. Dietary restrictions: You can make almost any sandwich gluten free with their gluten free bread.

Brought my grandbabies they did so well for the summer program at the library. They had Jasons Deli coupon and got a free kids meal. I love me basil soup. Everything was clean nice employees. I will definitely come again. Keep up the awesome work

Horrible.. I have an app. My rewards werent being able to be added through the store even though I was told that my phone number was accepted. So I called customer service to have them added. I was told they would be added even though they were 2 months out, but after finally sending in my receipts to them, they refused to add those. Extra points, or even given me anything in return..Im not to pleased being a customer for some 20nyrs. With this outcome. Spoke with a Addison who said she would add the points even though it was late. Then with Hanna today( extremely mean mannerism) said she would not add my late points even though I was told I would have my points added and now I was lied to..SMH. I guess they do not care about their customers. Its just points,its not money. Its my money that I spent. Ive gone through so much have havoc for the points to be added and now Im was told no to them be added. Well I will not be going to Jason Deli anymore relizing how the care so much for their customers.

Ordered the farmhand because it was a meatless option. Received a chicken and bacon potato. I dont eat meat and it was the end of the night. Had to go through the app to receive refund, but they seemed to chalk it up as an oops despite writing farm on the top of the container as if they didnt know what the farm consisted of or they simply dont care. Wont make the mistake again from ordering from Boise Bills/ Jasons Deli.

Our food was good, and so was the service. My issue arose when I attempted eat a serving of the ice cream. The machine was very visibly dirty and had crusted ice cream around the spout area. And as someone who works with ice cream machines at another food location, I was concerned because that kind on buildup only occurs from poor maintenance and irregular cleaning. Despite appearances I tried some of the ice cream, but it tasted off, almost a fermented/ spoiled taste. And I am by no means an ice cream connoisseur, but compared to the location on Dowlen, this ice cream was bad. Sour end to my meal, unfortunately

Really neat to finally eat at the original one. The restaurant was clean, being cleaned constantly which is great. The chipotle chicken with avocado was delicious! I especially enjoyed the broccoli cheese soup. They offer a salad bar, which looked appetizing as well. Cant wait to go back. Parking lot is shared by multiple businesses.

Edit 07/2023. Its been over a year since I left a review and this place has not changed. At noon on a business day when all of downtown and surrounding businesses come here, they have one person on the register. The line was backed out the door. I went to the Dowlen location 2 weeks ago and they had 3 people on the register at lunch during a business day. The line was moving quickly and efficiently. Original: Horrible service. My work group has gone here every other week for the past 10 years and the quality of service over the last year and a half (as of 02/2022) has gone down significantly. Im not sure how a restaurant only has one person working the register during lunch rush with the line backing up to the door. Majority of the people showing up during the week are there on their work lunch break. Having to wait 10-15 minutes to order because they only put one person on the register is a little frustrating. They used to have multiple people on the register but now only one. Today when we order one person in our group received their food while the rest waited about 30 minutes to receive their food. Apparently, they delivered some of our food to another table and then forgot about the rest. There were people that ordered after us that received their food, ate, and left before we ever got started. This wasnt the first time this happened either. Well probably take Jasons out of our lunch rotation going forward, which is a real shame because the food is good.

we stop at this location to pick up lunch with 4 soccer teams over 70 players on Sunday. I emailed the manager Saturday morning with this big order, she called me and stated the food would be ready at our request time. that was impressive! our pick up time changed so i called her back and they were extremely accommodating. The manager was amazing, helpful and so accommodating - fist class! The crazy part they packaged every meal and labeled it with the kids name - unreal! amazing group of workers at this location! I typically order the beef eater. I replace chips with fruit. In the last few yrs they keep serving small bowls of things with no saucer underneath. Today I had four small bowls all place on the table with no saucers. 1 broth dip, 1 honey cream dip, a bowl of fruit, and a cup of soup. I asked him for at least another plate to put them all on so he brought me a soup bowl?! I had to go to the counter and take saucers when he wouldnt give up a plate. I guess they dont want to was the saucers to put that much on the bare table. I love the food but I miss the old system of call your number to counter for pickup. Back when they would have put all those small cups on saucers or grouped them on one plate

The salad bar is well stocked, clean and always manned. The lady cleaning it has been doing a wonderful job. The staff at the counter were friendly and helpful. The Reuben chicken salad sandwich and broccoli soup were all very good. We visited this location in hopes that the original store would have the original food I grew up having but it s changed, I really wanted the original bbq sandwich. The chopped bbq now taste like the great value brand at Walmart. The recipe of the potato soup isn t the same. Would love to see the original BBQ sandwich (cowboy), spud and potato soup come back, they were amazing. The cheaper products are highly acidic and truly taste like something you d get at Walmart. This is the second Jason we visited in a week, it s the same at both unfortunately.

The original Jasons location. It all started here. Unbelievably good food. They are now a multi state operation that extends up the East coast through the mid West and out to Colorado. When hurricane Rita tore up Southeast Texas Jasons Deli sent one of their tractor-trailer trucks full of food to help feed the first responders and power crews.

Huge shout out to 2 of the awesome employees at this store, Elian and Nigel. My daughter threw away her retainer and we went back an hour later when we remembered. I used to love this store. They always had good food. Still do at lunch time. For the third time in a row my Texas style Spud was a dried up leftover something that I would never buy or sell to someone else and I am so disappointed that I was served this type of food from this Premier store. Im making this post in effort to reach out to corporate. I cant imagine that someone who is preparing food doesnt know the difference between a dried up overcooked potato versus what I should have been served. Every service industry knows that youre only as good as your last customer experience. Your store is dead slow after 2:00 for a reason. Its not location ,its interest. Last visit we rated a 2 and wanted to try again. How could it get worse? Well, the steamed veggies were cold. The beef eater had very dry meat. The chicken pot pie had no crust! It came like a bowl of soup, after pointing this out someone brought out a piece of crust and dropped it in the bowl. The salad bar is a bit weak on offerings and presentation. 4 out of 6 meals were a flop. In my view, no longer worth the effort or price. Poor seems to be the offering now. Bad management? Maybe. I dont care attitude, without a doubt.

It seems Jasons is on a downhill slide. It is progressively worse on each vist . Today the hot roast beef sandwich was on the verge of ice cold, the bread was dry and the aujux was missing. Curbside pick-up is a joke! I placed my order online at 12:18pm for pickup at 12:40pm on Feb. 3,2022 I didn t receive my order until 1:10pm and that was because I had to make two phone calls to be able to get my order, if they can t take the time to do curbside it shouldn t be an option.
