Their Google business page says they are open until 10. I arrived to eat at 9:20 pm and the doors were locked. Had I known they closed at 9 I would have been there by 9. Now I have to eat elsewhere. Its not difficult to update a business page with Google... Js....

Our waitress, Dricka (I hope I spelled that right) was fantastic!!! She was incredibly sweet, on top of everything and welcomed us with a warm smile. My wife and I already love Olive Garden, but Dricka absolutely made it this time. When we come back we ll be requesting her for sure! I wish we had a waitress like her at every restaurant we visit.

My Grand Daughter had Her 2nd Baby Girl 2 weeks ago . Today I had a appt. at My Doctor in BMT. She had an appt. in Orange at Her Doctor. Instead of lunch inside, I grab lunch and we meet at her house to eat and I get some Baby time. We went to Olive Garden and walked in and ordered our food with one of the Most Pleasant Beautiful Young Ladies Ive ever met. I believe Her name was Theda. I sat down and in approx 12 to 15 minutes another lady brought our food to me. Everyone who interacted with me was so Pleasant and Helpful. A lot of restaurants have nice servers, they get tips for their service, but My order was a pick-up, I had been to the Lung Specialist which meant getting up early and driving over an hour to get there, and then doing blood work , a serious of breathing test in a chamber, and then a 6 minute walk test. I was wore out. But Theda and Her Co-Workers made me forget all bout my fatigue and had me feeling like I was there only reason for being there. She made my day, and didnt expect anything in return. Its so nice when people go the extra mile being attentive. Its nice to be appreciated. I will definitely be returning. The prices were inexpensive and delicious. Thank You Ms. Theda Parking: Plenty of handicap parking and parking close to the door.

Our server was great. Wed been on the road for 6 hours in downpours and stop and go traffic from wrecks, construction and rain. She pulled out her phone and gave us perfect directions to the nearest motel. Nothing like great service above and beyond what she is paid. Gave her a 30% cash tip. Will stop here again. Beaumont has really nice people.

Outstanding service. Our server was very attentive and personable. The food was great (my chicken Parmesan was crisp, hot, and delicious. My husbands crispy Alfredo was exactly how he wanted it. Sons spaghetti & meatballs were gone before we blinked, so I guess he liked his, too!) Atmosphere was, well, Olive Garden! The restaurant was clean, and everyone was busy. Vegetarian options: There are options on the menu and they can customize other dishes if you prefer. While some substitutions are not possible (no tofu instead of chicken), others would be easy to do (marinara instead of bolognese). Not sure about the availability of vegan options, but there are soups, salads, and breadsticks that have no meat, no pasta, no eggs, etc. and you could have them leave off the cheese. Dietary restrictions: They have foods that are vegetable-based, gluten-free, and heart-healthy, all with designations on the menu. And, all items are pretty customizable, so, if you dont see exactly what you want, just ask. Parking: There is a small parking lot in front of the restaurant and a much larger one in back. The one in front has handicap and To-Go spaces. Kid-friendliness: Generous kids menu (with things other than chicken nuggets). They offer kid-sized portions of adult meals as well as kid-friendly foods like spaghetti and pizza. Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is easily accessible from the parking lot, though someone will need to assist you in opening both sets of doors to enter. Dining rooms have floor plans with wide-ish aisles, and the staff is very helpful and accommodating.

They chose fear over service. They say there was a lawsuit filed against them and will no longer allow business to use their banquet rooms to do presentations that have nothing to do with Olive Garden. Parking: There is only a small front section to park. The large parking is in the back. They should have made the front smdoor face the back parking area when it was built. Wheelchair accessibility: There are two ramps for anyone using wheelchairs.

Staff was wonderful. Service was outstanding. My kids were doing shadow puppets from the exterior lighting on the inside walls, and instead of being like some other places asking them to stop. 4 of the employees, including the manager, came up and congratulated them on how entertaining they were. It made my kids night. Also we celebrated one of their birthdays and they made sure we had plenty of space for gifts and gave our birthday girl free dessert! Lovely place and amazing people!

Watermelon Sangria Best. Drink. Ever. Id go merely for this drink. I never tire of it. Always want it. Wish I could come remotely close to making this on my own. Absolute perfection in my taste of an alcoholic beverage. I have never been so dissatisfied with a dining experience. We were here for an a hour and a half and luckily ordered our kids food when we ordered our drinks so they at least got to eat, even though their food came out cold from sitting in the window for so long. Once we got tired of waiting for our own food to come out, I spoke with the host who got our server, and magically, out came our cold food. We asked to just pay for what we got, and a manager never even came to check on us or talk to us. We paid for everything we received and left, I can assure you, we will not be coming back to this location.

We were sat at a dirty table, so we had to ask to have it wiped down. Only the corner was wiped off. We had our salad and appetizer and then saw a roach leg sitting on our table. There was more of its dead body that got knocked onto the floor by our feet. Absolutely disgusting. My husband told one worker, who said the manager would come talk to us. No one came so he asked another. Still no one came over so we left. We won t be returning here.

I had a craving for chicken and gnocchi so went to Olive Garden, and I certainly wont be back to this location any time soon. I had no issue woth the food since I never got the food. I never got soup, salad, breadsticks. Didnt get a drink even. I sat for 10 minutes, counted 5 different servers and what I assume was a manager handling the area around me. They werent that busy, ive seen them busier. Sure, could have waved one of them down, but I shouldnt have to grab someones attention to be waited on. If this is how they treat you like family I couldve gotten the same service at home!

For over 10 years, I havent been to Olive Garden and would say this place was overrated. I will say for the last couple of years its been reintroduced in my life (palate). It has had me in a chokehold. I thought no one could compare some of my favorite Italian dishes from other Italian restaurants, but I digress because theres definitely a new sheriff in town and its Olive Gardens Tour of Italy. All the flavors dance on your tongue. The salad and the bread sticks are still their signature dishes. I have some favorite appetizers: the calamari, spinach-artichoke, lasagna fritta, and shrimp frito mistro. Order any one of these appetizers, trust me you will not be disappointed! Call me a kid because that peach smoothie for children is perfect. I think it should be offered to adults. Everyone in my trio loved their dishes, and we had one of the best waiters, Jonathan. Jonathan and the managers are awesome. Ill definitely be back!! Come and give this Olive Garden your business. You will love it here. PS: wait times vary especially during the weekend but be patient and kind it s definitely worth the wait.
