Jade was an outstanding server! Friendly, attentive and happy! She was simply one of the best servers I ve had in a long time! Love this place. You don t feel crowded and there s always cool stuff to look at and tvs as well. We had the fried mushrooms for an appetizer. Very good! They were very large with cream cheese in the middle. Delicious. I had the potato soup and it was good but not great and it wasn t hot. My husband had the fried shrimp platter with Mac n cheese and it was very good. The breading was light and crispy. The brussel sprouts had goat cheese and either raisins or currants in them. I didn t care for those. I would select a different side. Overall this is a great family, friendly place. I will return and request Jade s area.

The restaurant exterior and interior were clean and well-maintained. Only one host stood there when I entering the restaurant. She greeted me without any enthusiasm and energy. No smile at all. The bartender greeted me immediately when I approached the bar. The drink delivered in 4 minutes after the order placed. The bartender was friendly and polite. She came back to check on me for twice before I finished the drink. Parking: Easy to find the parking outside the restaurant.

I gave 54th Street just two stars for ambiance because there is not an option to rate cleanliness. I like this restaurant and would visit more if the owner would keep it cleaner. Sticky booths, dust on the ceiling props and on the table divider. Floors are not as clean as they should be. The food is terrific but I always think a bit about the cleanliness before I entertain the idea of picking 54th Street for my next dining destination. Please, owner and/or manager, treat you restaurant with pride, make it shine. You will not regret the extra care you give to it.

It was not busy at all but serves was Awful, took forever, had to remind her of our drink orders a couple of times. My 1st drink came in a dirty glass. I ask for a clean glass. I know lemon pepper wings are some what salty to begin with but this was hard to eat on how salty they were. I did mention it to the waitress. I had to douse the wings in the sauce just to be able to eat. It was a super bad day for service & food. Not sure I will go back to this location again.

Fun place to watch a game but the bar was really under staffed resulting in the service being slow and rushed. We ordered grilled fish tacos. The fish was not fresh and had clearly been microwaved. The taco shells were soggy and the beans and rice over salted. Skip the food.

My wife and I visited this location for the first time only recently. Very spacious, lights are low, well air conditioned. We sat over in the bar area, at one of their large, round tables. TV screens were everywhere, which was great! We ordered a couple of beers. They came out in nice cold glasses and the service was very good. We also ordered the fried pickles which were good. They came wedge style, which was kind of interesting. I would recommend 54th Street. Thanks for reading.

I ve only ordered take out from this restaurant so I can t speak for what it s like inside. The take out orders are almost always missing something, or not made correctly. If you complain, they seem annoyed about it. The food is decent so far, but I haven t tried many menu items. First off, I wanted to send a special shout out and heartfelt thank you to Patrick Derek and his amazing team at 54th Street Restaurant & Drafthouse in McKinney Texas! They went above and beyond for me and my Netflix TV Film crew. We were visiting McKinney, Texas for a film shoot and needed a good place to order lunch for my entire film crew. We were informed by the local family we are filming with that 54th Street restaurant would be a good fit for my film crew to order food from, and boy were they right! Patrick, I cannot begin to thank you for your help! You were so kind, professional and exceptionally fast with taking my orders. You had your team immediately get to work on it, and I was out the door in less than 20 mins. Working with Netflix, we film all over the world and country, and I must say, you went above and beyond for my team. This man and his team deserve raises! We arrived a little after 5p before it got crowded and as we were leaving, the restaurant was full and a few people waiting. Service was excellent. The waitress was patient as we had a hard time deciding what to eat. So many delicious choices. We picked from the Happy Hour choices (3p-6p M-F) and the portions were big. Crab cakes were thick and tasty- full of crabmeat not filled with breadcrumbs. The sauce was delicious. The calamari was perfectly cooked- crispy but tender. There were little bits of candied jalapeño in it. Marinara Sauce for dipping. Chicken Quesadillas were delicious. They have a nice drink and wine menu. Appetizers. Salads. Sandwiches, Burgers, pasta dishes. Great service. Great atmosphere. Family friendly. We took a few bites before we remembered to take pictures.

The food is Awesome for the price and taste. After driving pass the restaurant for the past 3 year or more since they open. I was very disappointed at myself for not given the restaurant a chance. This is about the quality of the drink pour. I had 3 of the small beers on tap, Dos Equis, no food. and 2 days later I still have a horrible headache. Cajun Philly chicken cheesesteak with sweet potato fries, also very good sweet potato fries were perfect. We tried to carrot cake, it was not bad but definitely overwhelming. There was just a lot going on and then you pour some type of icing over it.. it was just too sweet for my preference, but the cake itself was done very well. I only complaint was how long it took to get my check and my to-go order, not sure why there was such a delay but I waited longer for my to go order than I did for my actual food.. Overall I would return to this restaurant, the food is good the portions are right and the price is on the higher side,, but reasonable for the food

Seems every time we go to 54th there is chaos and service is less than acceptable. Bar service during happy hour was anemic with a 20 minute wait to get an order placed and they had multiple staff and modest customer count. Happy hour drinks were reasonably priced but options limited with little clarity on the specifics for each offering. Food options were reasonable, generally about $8 each for decent portions. We tried three and were pleased with each.

Weve been going to 54th Street for Happy Hour for years. This is a new location in McKinney and weve been several times. The service is always good, weve never had a bad meal, and we like the atmosphere. My only complaint is weve seen a rise in families with young kids sitting in the bar area. Just this afternoon, we stopped by for a drink/burger and to watch The Masters. Half of the seats in the bar area were taken up by kids 10 and under. The parents were at their own tables with the kids unsupervised. We had one drink and left. Please consider an age restriction in the bar area!

Our son brought us here for dinner. Amazing! The decor is gear head heaven, and the food is very delicious. The service is top-notch, even though it was busy when we arrived. Checked in online, and only waited a few minutes to be seated. The drinks are great. We had strawberry long islands, which were very tasty indeed. Everyone loved their food. Large portions and cooked perfectly. Try the Gringo dip with waffle fries, they are very delicious! Well be visiting 54th Street again for sure.

Great atmosphere, great portions, and great lunch menu with $10 plates! I had the parmesan crusted sole and would definitely order it again! We also got the appetizer which is similar to southwestern eggrolls which was very delicious as well!

Meeting of 9 friends for lunch and Savanah was our server. It was the 1st time we had dined there and it was Savanah s 1st day of working there. The food was so good and Savanah was excellent. We all had a great time and will definitely be back and we ll ask for Savanah!

My niece ordered the steak and it had so much fat that you couldn t even see the meat, she sent it back and they brought her back a rare cow without the feet. She asked the server to take it away, and then she got some pasta, we looked at each other in disappointment asking what is this gonna cost ya? We shared a brownie à la mode that looked like it came out of a box. It probably would ve tasted better if we had a couple of shots. My advice is, you should try them but dine at your own risk, the people were nice the atmosphere is cool, but for the food they are off of my list!

Cool place with a good selection of draft beer. They have happy hour, which you can enjoy on a small patio. Food was decent, and service was attentive. Definitely a place to try and come back to.

Excellent service! Our server in the bar area quickly cleaned a table for our party of 3, which was greatly appreciated. I had a shrimp Caesar salad, which was good, but WAY TOO MUCH dressing. Wouldve rather had it on the side. Ill remember for next time.

I went for dinner with a few of my friends last night and 2/3 of us had a rude awakening early with long visits to the restroom. We ordered the Tequila Wrappers as a starter and they were ice cold in the middle, so we sent them back. Two of us had burgers, and they were okay. However, the 3rd of our party had the chicken fried steak and they middle was very chewy. To the point where he stopped eating entirely. Our server was very good, and none of this was his fault. We will never go back to this place, extremely disappointed.

First timer and liked it. We were passing through so could not enjoy the #54 beers on tap but I had fish tacos and the fish in them was so good and cooked to perfection. Mikey had a Reuben and it was stacked high and delicious.

I was there yesterday 2/19/2024 and it was horrible! My husband and I have been there several times for drinks, apps, sandwiches etc but never for a main entree. Yesterday we we get seated with nasty menus. I literally had to go wash my hands and my husband took them back to the host for clean ones, well they were cleaner! So we both ordered steak 8 oz sirloin cooked med rare. The steak was so gummy I couldn t even chew it. The sides we good so we just ate those. While we are still finishing up our drinks a guy comes to collect the dishes. He drops a container of A1 sauce and it splattered all over my pants, shoes, and feet .the waiter was okay so I didn t even ask to speak to a manager or anything. Needless to say IF I go back there it will just be for snacks.
