Went there for a Quick cut one day because I was moving from Edinburg to the Harlingen area and got my haircut with Justin. I still drive over there from la Feria to get my cut with him. Clean and friendly environment. Always feel welcomed coming here. I always have an appointment when I come in but walk-ins are welcomed and are quickly attended. Been coming here since about the time they opened, maybe like a few months after. I have never set an appointment since i usually always go in as a walk in when i know i have the time to do so and also every barber there has cut my hair and all have done a tremendous job of it!!! No stars, called ahead asked if they had a line, whoever answered said there was no line, I get there and there is 3 people waiting l, no big deal I can wait but as soon as I wlk up to the barber he states he was about to leave, I said is fine I can wait he nodded its fine, when I show him a picture of what I want he sucked on his teeth I got up and said never mind ill go somewhere else. $40 plus tip my not be enough for barbers but not wanting to provide the service is not right, being honest about their time I could understand but definitely poor customer service experience .

Arrived as a walk in, and the gentleman who did my haircut was incredibly slow, I would even say he might have been a new barber so my review is to this gentleman and not the establishment as a whole. Now i had asked for a mid zero fade, leave the top as is, and this man took an hour for him to do just the fade.. now i didnt have quite a ton of side hair either, I was quite disappointed to have wasted my tight schedule for this man to take an hour long for an easy job. Although I gave him slack to work for as he was new... Very slow and delicate with the straight razor. Now I would say that he indeed doubted himself at times wondering if his clip was even shaving off hair going through the same area till the clipper didnt buzz off anything. Set his machine down then pick it up again, and go over it again If you value your time, pay the extra +5 doll hairs for an appointment with one of the other barbers.
