So usually when I go to Charleys I get the same thing teriyaki and the ultimate fries this time I saw they had a kimichi sandwich with kimichi fries so I ordered them along with 6 boneless wings... I got ultimate fries which wasnt a big deal I like the ultimate fries just a little disappointed because I wanted to try something new and I didnt get any wings (werent in the bag with my order) and finally the sub it looked nothing like or tasted anything liked how the employee described it to me it tasted like plain roast beef sandwich very disappointed in my meal

I used to love this location but lately they are giving all drumsticks with the wing combos...and will charge an extra dollar for all flats but not for drumsticks...if I order a six piece it would be nice not to get 5 drumsticks and a tiny flat...but I was lucky to get a flat!

I was happy to try this. I ordered delivery. But I was expecting it to be very good. Sadly, it was not it was cold, and the bread was not toasted like it said it would be. Also, it had no flavor to it it was just plain as sandwich I would make at home.

Decided to try the old school cheesesteak sandwich for the first time. Really average. They hardly put any onions on it and the cheese is cheese wiz. Steak is decent. Way overpriced for what you get.

My first time eating there and it was great, not to expensive. The service was awesome the minute we walked in.. Kid-friendliness: Yes, jid friendly but I think high chairs would be great to add to the dining area.

I ordered on door dash for pick up and sat and ate my food in the restaurant . The food was bountiful and pretty good for a price of $12.43. What I ordered: small jalapeño classic Philly cheesesteak with regular order of bacon and cheese fries (with jalapeños no extra charge ). This was plenty of food with plenty of melty cheese on the sandwich and plenty of bacon and cheese on fries. To my surprise the jalapeños were actually very good! I love spice and they had a good little kick to em. The sandwich itself was pretty good although I couldn t really taste the mushrooms because they were sliced super thin and sprinkled in. The bell pepper could have stood a few more mins on the grill (according to some) but I kinda liked the little crunch it gave to the otherwise soft sandwich. The fries were good but getting them to go is a mistake. They are so hot they steam in the little takeaway box and get soft and break apart but they are decently cut and thickness. Next to try will be their drinks and wings!

I hardly ever post reviews but not only was the food amazing but the customer service we received from Lonnie exceeded our expectations. He was really professional and kind. This was our first time trying this place and we will definitely be going back.

Accidents happen and are sometimes out of our control. We all know this, but for this Charleys to stand there and not rectify their mistake is the reason why I m giving this place 2 stars. It should be 1, but I m being nice. The food tasted well but was soured by the disrespect, lack of focus, and sorry attention to detail. I ordered my meal, used my rewards and paid for my food. Everything went well, then because the receipt did not come out, and I said it wasn t a big deal please don t worry let s just make sure I get what I paid for. I took a picture of what I ordered on the kiosk. They proceeded to refund me my payment without listening to me. Okay, that was unnecessary, but all I wanted was hey I paid this much, so on the second go around I wanted to pay this much again. Since it was their mistake, I d figured it d be fine. However, the 2nd go around, it cost more?? They couldn t honor the price and gave attitude and were rude when I was like get the same price I got a few minutes ago? Really disappointed with this place and I was excited to get their food. I downloaded the app and everything, I even had to diminish my order. You know, I m just going to give it 1 star. If anyone cares, I ll have the recipes for a while until I trash them. Glenda and Stephanie could have done the right thing, and I m sure from their attitudes, that they don t care. I can t do much, but I will document that they didn t the right thing.

First time here and have to admit it wasnt good... It was GREAT and WILL totally be back here. If you see the bad reviews pay no mind to them because theyre just Baytown people looking for handouts like they typically do. The girl up at the front counter, Alexia was great as well. A little soft spoken but was nice. She explained the app to me in detail (which I downloaded and scanned). There needs to be a Mont Belvieu location as well to double the earnings because it would make a ton of put by the schools. Next time Im so getting a milkshake.

I will definitely be coming back because of the great customer service we experienced with Frank at the front counter. He had a smile on his face the whole time and was very friendly. He was also running around making sure everyone was happy while also sanitizing the restaurant. This guy needs a raise!

I could have given 1 she tried but her service was making me uncomfortable. She was definitely not being friendly didn t seem like she wanted to work. She didn t even ask me what size of lemonade I wanted assume I wanted regular not great customer service. First time saying something about Charley s. Please hire people that truly want to work and are kind.

This was my first time here, and I dont believe it will be my last. The food was good. I had a cheese steak sandwich and cheese sticks. The steak was well done, which I like. The only problem is, its not clear where they are located. This location is inside the Walmart, and you go in on the grocery side for closes access. Parking is also a hassle, because its Walmart. The tables were clean, and they even give you a wet nap. Who does that anymore? Anyway, I see people complaining for various reasons, but I enjoyed it. Give the food a try at least.

The first 2 times I can here everything was good, but today I order some wings for the game and ordered the lemon pepper wings but when I got home I was disappointed because they were over cooked and they were bland, I think they forgot to add the lemon pepper rub. I hate to say it but I felt like I got some chicken wings from a gas station. Hopefully next time it will be better but if not Sorry Charley I will go else where for my wings.

First time ,last time.Wings fried too hard.Way too expensive..I saw no combo specials Wings$ 10.99 not including fries and a drink is a totally ripped off.Canes has combo specials and so do WingStop with no additional charge.Bye Bye.#TEAMWINGSTOP&CANES One more thing I asked the cashier for ranch sauce ,she gave me blue cheese sauce .UGH UGH.Just a horrible visit..Never again.I work too hard for my money to receive terrible service.Sorry I have/ had to included Charley s corporate office.I hate when my money is not appreciated.

We spend $97.62 on food, including two Chocokate Chunk Cookies. Each cookie is $2.49. Apparently at the time of our order they were short on cookies and without asking they just substitute with two Oreo 2 packs. We try to reach the store for a refund on the cookies, they didnt even bother on answer the phone. Poor service for a newly open store.
