From the very first day we bought our plot at First Texas Home, my family and I have been thoroughly impressed and deeply satisfied with our experience. The journey from an empty plot to our beautifully finished house was smooth and exciting, thanks to the exceptional service and support we received. Mr. Jason, in particular, was a standout throughout our journey. His dedication, expertise, and genuine care for our needs made all the difference. He was always available to answer our questions, provide guidance, and ensure that every detail was handled with attention and professionalism. Living in this community has been a dream come true for us. The amenities, the neighborhood atmosphere, and the quality of construction are top-notch. I will start with the great things about first Texas Homes. Their homes are beautiful. They have great floor plans. Jason and his team are amazing good and professional. There is nothing bad I need to say about them. But here its the big negative. First Texas partner lender. SUPREME LENDING ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. THEY ARE BIG SCAMMERS. THE $20K they claim to give on closing NOT TRUE, THE $3K BONUS FURNITURE CREDIT FROM NEBRASKA NOT TRUE EITHER. My closing was canceled right on my closing day by Supreme Lending Thank God this happened. I had to use my own Lender. Which I am a glad I did because I got to compare all the fees. Supreme lending was charging me $26K for my closing. When my lender charged me $11K only. Supreme Lending was also charging me higher interest. IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW DONT GO WITH SUPREME LENDING. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING WITH YOUR OWN LENDER. First Texas Homes Needs to choose better partners because they are so good. Happily closed on our house. Fantastic development with great Sales Coordinator, and great builder. Our house is amazing. If you re looking for a new home, First Texas Homes is a must, with incredible incentives, design options and neighbourhoods. High Country is one at the top of the list.

The experience to this point has been a pleasant surprise. Working with Jason Degrande has been awesome. Very thorough and detailed which has been a far cry from our experience with most Builders. This is now our 5th home we have owned and 3rd we have built and this has been the easiest to date. There standards of build are great and what you get from size of home and features for the price point is great. Our last build was a full custom build and this experience with Jason and first texas seems to be more involved and easy going. Excited about our build and the neighborhood. Highly recommend reaching out to Jason and seeing whats possible for you and your family.

The site I visited has broke ground but there are no homes yet. While there I met with two actual builder employees who really knew their business very well, and seemed to be great guys! I also met the site Sales Counselor, Jason DeGrande, great guy also, he was a wealth of information and really knows the housing industry very well, from both builder and real estate perspectives.

Jason is an absolute breath of fresh air. My husband and I built a home with DR Horton in 2020 and it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Like, never again. I ve been communicating with Jason back and forth for the past few weeks and he is so informative, funny, and down to earth. We have loved working with him. We signed our contract a little over a week ago and are so excited to continue this journey with him. I whole heartedly believe that the sales rep helps influence the experience. And Jason has been exceptional. I can t wait to finish our dream home with First Texas.
