Women, dont go here with a purse, they will lock the door, call the cops and accuse you of stealing. Then they wont offer an apology after they review tapes and saw u were just reading a to get list. Ill make sure none of my friends or family ever go here.

By far the best liquor store I have ever been to. The prices are good and the selection is wonderful. The owner is very polite and friendly. As I read the other reviews here I am dumb struck by the review that Tiffany Ramirez left. She must be sadly mistaken on where she visited. Also, she should be lucky that her sodas were replaced. With any store once you buy it, take it home and open it, the store is no longer required to replace anything. Damn ungrateful people anyways. I go to Cuevas Liquor all of the time. Its the only liquor store I will go to. Some people are just so immature.

I just moved to baytown. I am trying to support my local businesses. I decided to stop by here and grab some liquor and sodas. Took me a minute to find the sodas cause they are pretty unorganized. After finding them and checking out, they gave me a free little chocolate thing and I was on my way. After getting home and cracking open a Dr. Pepper, I take and drink and realize it tastes funny. I took another swig and it did not taste right at all. Opened another and had my husband take a drink. Same thing. He checked the date on the box of sodas and it had expired an entire year ago!!!! I took it back and they tell me, Oh, did you grab it from [this spot]?. Me: Well yeah, thats the only place I seen them. Them: You were supposed to grab these. She then proceeded to say that I shouldnt have grabbed those and replaced my case for free. She never once said she was sorry or anything. She made it seem like it was my fault for buying year old sodas. I will NOT be going here again.
