After reading many attorneys reviews online, getting references from people and meeting with many, I decided to go with my gut feeling and picked Mr. Keith, He was GREAT!! at handling my recent legal matter. From our first meeting he was genuinely attentive to my concerns, explained the process, was accessible, professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, promptly answered and explained every question I had throughout the complete process of my case. When I came to Keith I was pointed in his direction by my then CPA. My story began when a CPA that I worked with for years went to federal prison for doing some shady works. When I learned of this I immediately reached out to a tax lawyer that was referred to me. Once I met with this lawyer back in 2015 he said that my case could be done by a CPA. So under this direction I met with this new CPA and explained my situation. I was told that the firm would do ALL of the work by calling the IRS, gathering all of the information and coming up with a plan. After years of paying $3600/year this same firm pointed me towards Keith! I was so frustrated to say the least because I was no closer to getting relief than since the fist day I started working with this CPA! Anyway I went to Keith because at this point I m even more frustrated and desperate to get this IRS issue settled! Well Keith did just that. He never left me hanging . He communicated with the IRS on my behalf, which took a long time but not once did I not know what was going on along the way! Keith is patient and gets the job done. Once everything was complete I finally was relieved that I no longer had this horrible situation looming over my head. I m happy I gave him the chance to work with me on this and when it was all said and done I got results! Between Keith and my new accountant and I m very pleased!! Keith is knowledgeable and a asset to ANYONE having trouble with the IRS!

Keith is amazing. I was at the point of bankruptcy after a terrible marriage and felt as if I were stuck with drowning. He made the process doable without making me feel like a complete failure. I highly recommend Keith. He helped me with a complicated issue with the IRS. Because of an error in the way I filed my taxes the IRS was claiming I owed them thousands of dollars in unpaid taxes and penalties. Keith was able to take my information and explain to the IRS that I not only didnt owe them any taxes or penalties but, I was due a small refund.

I asked for Keiths help in negotiating with property owners on what I considered unreasonable charges, as I was moving to a new home. While this isnt his primary practice area, Keith confidently took this on and gave this his full attention, including conducting research that helped to craft a bulletproof letter that saved me a substantial amount of time and money. Keith was a beacon of hope when I had to deal with an issue I knew nothing about. He took a very frustrating situation I was dealing with and made it an easier and better situation. When the situation got even more complicated he was able to take control and keep it from being an scary and frustrating on going issue. Highly recommend!
