Floors needed to be cleaned. Towels were not offfered. We only had 2 towels. Staff was friendly . Breakfast is good but the need to expand their menu a little. Overall, a good stay for the price and reason. We will still come back. Walkability: Truck stop next door Food and drinks: Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

I must say that when first pulling up the outside of the place doesnt scream clean and fresh but once inside its a nice surprise. The people at the front desk were always pleasant & welcoming and the room was very clean and accommodating. No complaints from me. I give it 5 stars & the location is right off the freeway making it easy to get to shopping, restaurants & other activities.

Have stayed here in the past. It is clean for the most part. This visit changed our minds. 1st room we were given smelled of nasty smoke. We arrived late due to traffic, 10pm or so, at LEAST 20 sketchy type of people were hanging out of their doors loitering, lurking and staring. We moved to the opposite side of the complex. Found a dead roach in our bathroom and stained sheets. The room HAD to have 100% humidity in it. Everything was yukkky and WET feeling. Yep theyve lost our business

The worst experience of our road trip in the south. Really poor location. Room not clean, floor sticky, bathroom dated and not clean. The microwave in a deplorable state placed near the sink! Breakfast non-existent. The only positive point is the person at reception (the same at check-in in the evening and at check-out the next morning) very charming. I really dont recommend this hotel

I stayed a week here with my kids. Only thing missing is something super cosmetic and that is a fresh coat of paint.This place is a 9 across the boards!! As a mom, actually appreciate a place with good lighting and safety. The parking lot is close to the rooms. Everything is really close, good lighting, including the ice machine and washer and dryer are. For the rooms. Different lighting options. Their pillows were clean, not overused Or yellow with those mysterious stains. their their linens you could tell are maintained. The bathroom is a good size, clean, well looked after. They have nice towels that actually dry you off with ZERO stains. I very impressed at the kitchenette area. Exceeds my expectations... I didnt feel like I was cooking in time out or even in a small water heater closet. As far we location of the actual building. Its a good location. you can easily go to watch a movie you can shop for groceries. You can get anything from head to pinky toe done or grab food with in 5 mile radius to cook your meals, the refrigerator is a good sized one. Big enough to hold groceries and leftover food. or pizza from last night . It is definitely family friendly, there is no pool or gym BUT there is a place to BBQ UNDER A GAZEBO which I like .. there are plenty of things to do in the area.. Staff- my goodness.. They treat you well, very professional, day shift to nights. They are VERY patient especially when I was having card issues, the manager was extremely patient with me. Its not party city fraternity house but I didnt get that Im in jail vibe denying me from visitors or Not being able to leave because there s too much traffic in and out from running errands and going to work. I have stayed at some high end places and Ive NEVER wanted to go back... I cant wait for the next time I m in that direction!!! Thanks Nick best onsite manager so far. Rooms: very nice very clean very spacious not too cluttered and excellent floor plans were you re not wasting any space Nearby activities: from getting your hair done to your nails done to front part of your ride to the back bumper Walkability: everything is been walking distance. My kids went to the movies the other night and walked back to the hotel with no problem

Nick the Front desk and Manager was outstanding. Room was very nice and nice big screen Smart TV too. But like other places where ya need your own Magnifying glasses to see the screen. Plus as a trucking company owner. Parking Next door and walking distance for our drivers. Very Accommodating and professional. We need more places like this.

This place is so gross! The floor is dirty, there is some kind of leak in the bathroom that leaves that floor wet, the sheets felt damp, and I had to knock a roach off the bed and kill it. The love seat was so tore up and dirty, I was afraid to sit on it. The first room I was given had someone in it already. On the plus side, the front desk was friendly.

Hotel has been remodeled very clean rooms clean bathrooms too. Showers and toilets are clean and nice. Large house sized refrigerators in the room too. Food and drinks: Mexican food restaurant in the parking lot DQ across the side street and McDonalds across the other side street all walkable from your room.

Gave it 2 stars because the rooms were very nice. But to start with they programmed the TV wrong and had a 19 screen in a 50 tv!! Second, I booked online after the front desk told it was pretty much impossible to get lower prices there($78) So I had already looked online and got 2 nights at$58!! He got upset,claimed he thought someone else had used my reservation and disappeared. I couldnt use my first night because of a break down. Now the worst part of this review comes next, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT STAYING HERE FOR THE MANAGER TRIED TO BE A MASSIVE THIEF!!! I was doing my driver reset that takes 34 hours,so after missing one day, I went in to find out why online was $80 AND Up. He said his cheapest rate was $75(mind you + taxes!! Only problem was....it was a Weekday!!!

The only thing I can say against my stay is that the TV didnt work and the workers were making noise so early in the morning. However I was compensated for the TV not working. They really care about you enjoying your stay. Thats 100%! The room was big and the beds were so comfortable! Please update the bathroom products(soap, shampoo, lotion) was so tiny. This place was great. I had two drivers that needed a room during the day time outside of normal booking hours. Management went above and beyond to accommodate my drivers. They were overcharging for the rooms because of hurricane ida and they know people needed a place to stay. I asked the lady in the office why wasnt they doing weekly rates and she said because of hurricane Ida they stopped for the next 3 weeks . they charge a $115 a night and on line it said $81.00 the people in the office are rude no pool and the tv went out everynight the Toilet kept needed to be plunger the last 2 days we were there I see why its a 2 star hotel

Obviously I can t down the place for having doors to the outside, you can either choose to stay there or keep looking. The rooms were good, definitely better than I was thinking they were going to be. The rooms also have mini stoves and a refrigerator, so that s a surprise bonus! The staff was nice and check in/check out was quick. It is a little loud, but that s to be expected when there is a semi lot next door. Overall, I think this place is definitely a good, reliable place to stay.

Guy who runs the place is very rude. AC is off when you get to the room, no matter the heat outside. No comforter, just a thin blanket between old sheets. All doors lead to the outside, so its very unsafe and loud. Not worth it.

Horrible experience! The front desk receptionist stole $300 from my wallet after it fell from my bag after checking in! I was 11 hours from home and 6 months pregnant! Cops were called and after reviewing footage she still denied it after she was the only one to touch it after I left the lobby.

i stayed here for 4 nights. Absolutely loved the room and ammenties (Full sized fridge, comfy king bed/pillows, microwave, hair dryer, couch/table, work table/chair, etc) Never a shortage of hot water or great WiFi. Within walking distance of Walmart and other eateries. The staff was super nice. NO complaints at all. Definitely would return here again. And truck parking at the Conco right next door :)

I highly recommend this place. Husband has been here since December for work. I come up on my days off the staff goes above and beyond. The bed is so comfortable pillows are perfect. Was rather surprised how nice my room was esp being a mini suite.. with a CDL discount the price was more than fair..WIFI sucked tho..2nd floor facing truck stop tends to be a bit noisy

Bhumi was super and very helpful when I was too weary to drive all of the way home. These are pet friendly, smoking motel rooms. The bed looks comfy and I cannot wait to go to sleep. Thank you for such an easy check in service and it is nice to have a new friend! Now to the other, upon closer inspection the bathtub is dirty, and the outside door drags badly on the carpet so it cannot be opened very far. There is rust on the carpet by the same door, meaning that water enters the room. On a high note, everything that I have tested functions. Overall I am pleased, minus the tub.
