My husband and I came in from out of town due to a family emergency. The manager was very accommodating and helpful. All the staff were extremely friendly. The rooms are gorgeous and very clean. Highly recommend!

The people that run the place are very polite and kind,they smile and are pleasant,...they run a tight ship as everything is tidy and clean...they have breakfast in the morning with waffles and Jimmy Dean microwavables...juice,cereal and milk,... The pool is always clean...very accommodating I really like the place,it has a huge beautiful bed,big tv, refrigerator, microwave,blow dryer,coffee pot iron and board ...the AC gets real cold ....I would give it more stars if I could

Staff was VERY polite. Including the room cleaning ladies. They were very nice to us and so were the front desk staff. The SWIMMING POOL was fantastic. Warm water. Crystal BVlue and the front desk staff gave us towels to use specifically for swimming. It was great. The room AC was very comfortable and kept the room nice and cool during the blazing heat outside. Parking was plentiful. Overall, great experience! there was just ONE ISSUE: Please work on extermination. Far too many critters (roaches) in the room. We killed about 7 of them. please increase the extermination efforts of the location.

My family and I stayed here for 6 days due to loss of power from the storm that hit Houston on May 16th. We rented 2 rooms both very very clean, spacious and comfy beds. I have been to hotels and some just feel dirty but this place you can feel the cleanliness. All staff were very polite and engaging when crossing paths. Housekeeping were amazing as well. We didn t try the breakfast because we always woke up late but I heard it was good. It s walking distance from different restaurants and it feels really safe here. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all for a warm welcome and amazing service. If we ever need a room we will definitely come back here.

The room was clean, the area is good and lighted at night. HOUSEKEEPING will LOCK YOU OUT OF YOUR ROOM BEFORE CHECKOUT TIME (9:43 a.m. 2/29/2024) IF THEY SEE YOU OUTSIDE LOADING YOUR VEHICLE AND WILL NOT LET YOU BACK IN YOUR ROOM TO OBTAIN THE REST OF YOUR BELONGINGS. HORRIBLE RUDE DISRESPECTFUL UNPROFESSIONAL HOUSEKEEPING STAFF. Several People were in the parking lot talking with multiple HOUSEKEEPING staff to gain access back in their room to obtain the Rest of their BELONGINGS and was told they could not open the room door and people had to walk to the OFFICE to get a Temporary Key Card to get back into the room. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Great quiet place to stay, my only issue is they deactivate the room key on day of check out at 10am not 11am when check out time is advertised as 11am. Went and brought our bags to the truck and came back to the room to find the key deactivated. Cell phones and service dog were still in the room. Unacceptable on so many levels.

I was really shocked by how nice this hotel was. It is a refurbished older hotel, but they have replaced literally everything in the rooms. The people who run it are clearly very dedicated and nice. I struggled to come up with a complaint and the only things I could come up with is that the shower water pressure is a little low because the shower heads constrict the water. Its not heinously bad just not quite as nice of a shower as you would like. Just average. And they dont use those anti bed bug covers that surround the entire mattress and seal it off. That could come back to hurt them at some point in the future. But no bed bugs today. Everything was very nice and clean. The people were super nice. The floors are not carpeted so theres really very little chance that you could ever get bed bugs. I really like what theyve done to this hotel and I think Im going to stay here all the time in the future. I wouldnt have made that decision looking at the exterior because it is such an older style hotel but this is a really good hotel. Its not a plus.... but I would give it an A. A very good hotel at a very very low price. Food and drinks: There are plenty of places to eat nearby.

I moved to baytown for work back in february 2022 and i ve been living here since..the staff and owner has always been polite and helpful . the cleaning staff is amazing!!! after work i always come to my room with clean sheets, fresh towels and a clean room over all!!! they always go out of their way to accommodate you. I checked in here after not liking another hotel. Morning staff was wonderful. Evening staff is not friendly or helpful. I requested a late check out and was told check is 1100 hrs no exceptions....so I asked when I had to renew my room by and he said 1100 hrs. We escort oversize loads and we are waiting on documents and loading time in the port. Guess it is set in the car in the sun. Rooms are nice and clean and look updated. Breakfast is Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast items thawed on counter for you to microwave. Breakfast also includes cereal and waffles, etc.

This was the worst hotel Ive stayed in, ever. I couldnt sleep at all! The people above mine were fighting, yelling, bashing things on the floor! I reported it! But, Nothing was done by the office! Two people came downstairs and argued right in front my room door, screaming and fusing with one of them crying. I called at 12am, reported it and NOTHING was done! They went back upstairs, slamming doors and stumping! At 3am they went back downstairs, got in a truck parked right outside my room and roared the engine, over and over, blasting the music! I called the office and was told they didnt see anyone outside my room. Well, the two people had gone upstairs by the time they checked! I told them the loud music was playing while we were on the phone! THEY DID NOTHING!

Very clean and modern rooms as they are renovating all their rooms. Very nice by the way. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. There was no way to turn on the shower, the bottom.of the tubs are gritty, nothing to really do for entertainment, no breakfast and only provided us with one shampoo bottle.. also as far as the coffee maker they put in our room.. it had whitener for the coffee which was DISGUSTING.

Truck guys like to start their straight piped 6.7 s at 4am but other than that it wasn t a shabby place to stay. The bed was decently comfortable and big enough for two people without a doubt. The TV was a large size and the channels provided were all we needed. Our toilet was broken and would continue to fill if we didn t intentionally lift the handle, room 204. The shower had a great head size and made getting the details easy. Overall, I d stay here again.

My 82 yr old mother recently stayed for about 5 days while evacuated from Bolivar for Hurricane Sally. Neil the manager allowed her to check in early and checked on her often. She was so happy and will definitely stay there again if necessary.

We stayed here because we had to evacuate due to Hurricane Delta. We booked for 3 nights and due to a heavy volume of traffic, didn t arrive until 1:30am on the first night. The minute we walked in, we found a roach crawling on the inside of the door, then found another one in the bathtub. The next morning we found 2 more roaches crawling on our things. Also, the AC didn t work well. Luckily, we were able to find another room within the same area, unfortunately the staff refused to give us credit for night 2, even after staying there for less than 24 hours.

My family and I evacuated from Lake Charles, LA due to Hurricane Laura and stayed here from 8/26 to 9/10. Great location, nice clean rooms and amazing staff. Neal and his family treated us so well. They went above and beyond to make this devastating time in our lives a little easier. We will be forever grateful. Highly recommend this hotel.
