My favorite place in town to grab some eggrolls. Always hot, crispy and delicious!! The other menu items are as equally delicious. The atmosphere is Calming and welcoming. The owners of this business always try their very best to accommodate every customer. She is super sweet, and knows my order by heart. Pho House is my favorite place to eat with my daughter. 10/10

Had a rice noodle bowl, and it was about 15 dollars, and it had limp lettuce very little cucumber what looked like grilled pork. The noodles were room temperature. Also, they had no chili oil as a condiment. The serving size was so small it was like I didnt eat a meal but more of a snack. Felt like a rip off. For the price of the food the portion sizes was too small. Vermicelli bowl was a dam shame, barely any veggies if any was like it was left out, no bean sprouts, no pickled carrots or radishes, the sauce was watered down. Definitely NOT authentic!!!

My boyfriend and myself decided to eat here after working out as it s right next door to our gym. We placed an order to go and sit down waiting for our food. A lady brings our food to the table in a bag and last minute we decide just to eat at the restaurant. So we re taking our food out of the bag and the younger girl comes over to our table and tells us next time we need to let them know in advance that we are eating in house because they pay extra for the travel containers and that she s not trying to make us uncomfortable but guess what, completely made us uncomfortable and embarrassed us in front of everyone there. I don t see what the big deal was but we will definitely not be back.

Terrible experience! Very Rude! Very bad service! Won t be back. 6 or more people are charged 18% ?! They didn t even refill our drinks, or ask if we need anything. After paying my bill I talked the owner trying to be discreet and respectful I basically suggested that was a bad policy to demand 18% gratuity and provide poor service I was yelled at and cursed and told to get out. Really terrible place!

I was going to eat here as the place has good reviews, but witnessed the owner cussing out a couple of women and being very rude. I have never seen anything like that. I asked them what happened and they proceeded to tell me that one of them found a hair in their soup. And the other woman didn t want to eat her s because of this. When they asked the owner for their money back just for the soup that was how he reacted. I was shocked. Then I read other reviews about this place and can see this owner is very confrontational about any negative reviews. Needless to say I did not go in and decided to eat elsewhere.

First time here, took a to go order. Because my husband never likes to try new stuff unless someone he knows has been. So I took it to go for me and..... I LOVED IT! Best place to eat in Odessa and Midland....food is the freshest and is always so consistent.....would highly recommend any and everything on the menu....and just for the guy who left a negative comment about meat ...that particular dish is charred on purpose;gives it that smokey flavor...might not be your thing...but as a business owner, myself...seems like they went way out of their way to make things right and offer you a different dish and then didnt even charge you.....hopefully you will do the right thing and delete your rating...customer service is top notch, too....if you have a choice...this one on West County is hands down....the BEST!!!!

Since the first time I came, the guys here at Pho house have been so accommodating and know me as a regular already! The staff are amazing, amazing service, food is made fresh when ordered and everything is made in house. Portions are large and not overpriced. The venue is very nice and Daniel is the best! I just got done eating pho and their fried tofu. Usually when I get fried tofu at places they dont prepare it right and its very watery and unappetizing. theirs on the other hand was very good, crispy and delicious lol their pho was also pretty good and as authentic as you can get in this small town.
