Regular customer and got so disrespected tonight my blood pressure went out the roof. As a 60 year old I went to get dinner and placed my order. Sat down and waited. 2 or 3 cars came to drive thru after me. They were loud and talking in Spanish and giving free food to thier friends I believe. When that was over I still sat there stupid waiting. Employee approach and asked what I was waiting for. I replied my meal. He said they did not even start preparing it. Probably from hooking up thier friends. So I had to wait again. What a shame to get food. I live down the street and have seen this before. Show me the camera from my rude visit and see where you stand.

Worst burger Ive ever seen in my life. Tomato old as sin. Cheapest fake lettuce. Burger drier than the saharan desert. Lady up front looked clueless as hll. All the food is super taxed. Only good dairy queen is the on it Mt belvieu. It should be cheaper here as its the crackhead side of town. No condiments but half a bottle of mustard. Owner needs to walk in front of a moving truck.

I usually dont notice this charge or maybe was never charged this much for 2 cherries in my drink cup price came up to 1.58 thats .79 each , seems a bit much for so little. Then the owner a bit loud and pushy when all i asked for was a lid and straw that would fit this big boy cup.

I come here all the time. I m now 8 months pregnant & all I wanted was chocolate ice cream & cheesecake bites. Tell me why, I got 3 cheesecake bites in my ice cream . 3 .. are you kidding me. Closed the store at 9:00 They stated that they close the doors because they dont want to clean up after people. The employees in the store looked at me and acted as though I did not exist. Sign on the door says 10:00 pm for Tuesday nights. If you want food from here, dont trust the hours as posted on Google or on the door. They close whenever its convenient for them.

I purchased a ice cream cake. Very nice size...$30.00. The staff was very pleasurable. They wrote on the cake what I needed. The flavor was Cookies & Cream. The manager thanked me and invited me to come back again. Great service!

I was truly impressed with my experience here. I was down the road having some work done on my car, so I walked here for lunch. The restaurant and restrooms are clean, the service was friendly and fast, and the food was delicious. The cherry on top was the Christian music playing softly on the radio. Everyone in here including customers seemed to be in a good mood. Very pleasant.

Best Dairy Queen everrrr!!! Never in the 20 years Ive been coming here have i ever been disappointed over anything. Service and quality of serving the food is top notch. Im not sure who the Manager is but i know hes been working there as such and hes done and exceptional job keeping that place clean , fast and in order . Great job guys i hope it keeps going the same way for another 40 years. Ill take some photos later.

It has been forever and a day since I have had a banana split. What better than to taste another perfect one in early January, in 2023. It was so good that I wanted to eat another one, while Eating - In At Baytowns own Dairy Queen at 100 S Alexander Dr. I ordered them without the cherries and nuts! By the way if you face dental op like I went through with today, this is absolutely your best choice for lunch with some iced tea. They do offer both sweet and unsweetened here. There only shortfall is they dont offer hot regular coffee, which I personally believe is a staple with Treats & Eats. Since 1947. Kid-friendliness: Kids love sweet treats!

I bought some hamburgers here the other day and when we got home we noticed the hamburger meat smelled and tasted weird like they were undercooked or like they were made of soy. This is the best Dairy Queen there is. The service is fast and friendly. The restaurant is always extremely clean. The owner goes out of his way to make sure that you feel welcome, that you prefer is correct and good, and that you have a great overall dining experience. I just attempted to go through the drive-thru, and their team turned off the lights. They began to take the order and then stated they d been informed they re closed. They closed the restaurant about 10 minutes early. I guess this Operator isn t interested in having their guest spend money at their location. What a terrible team and they obviously don t have a manager that does their job. Save your time and go to the other locations around town that have a different owner. At least they follow their hours.

This is the sorriest Dairy Queen I ve ever had the displeasure of patronizing. I ordered a double hunger buster with no mustard and no tomatoes. Once I arrived home to eat,I realized that they d given me a single with mustard. Also, I could see that the wrapping had been open to remove the tomatoes. The burger was not fresh. It was cold. I will never eat here again.

Bought a chicken fried steak sandwich basket. It had too much mayo for my taste, so I opened it up to scrape some off. Several pieces of the lettuce were GRAY and SLIMY. I could understand using it a little rusty, but theres no way the cook didnt notice. Never again!
