They did a great job! I took it in early afternoon and asked if it would be done that day and they said yes but would be very end of day. I said that was fine. Their hours showed they closed at 6pm. I called before 6 and they still werent done with it. They hd it done at 7pm I really appreciated them staying late to finish it! This is what I call great customer service. And the car looks great!

Brought in a new vehicel to get tint on the windows. This will be my 3rd vehicel bringing to the shop to get tint and every time they do an excellent job. They never take a long time to get the job done and the price is better compared to other places. If you do have any problems with the tint they always take very good care of getting it fixed. I scheduled an appointment over the weekend for 9 AM this morning (7/5/23) to get my windshield and front windows tinted. When I arrived, I was told by the receptionist that it would take 2-3 hours for my car to be ready, so I opted to drop it off rather than waiting in the lobby. At 3 PM, I called for a status update and was told they were running very behind and my car had not been worked on yet. I waited over 2 more hours and called back around 5:30 at which point I was told my car was being worked on and would be ready in about an hour. The business closes at 6 and concerned my keys would be locked overnight, and that I wouldn t have access to my vehicle until the next day, I went there to wait the hour in the lobby. When I got there, my car was not being worked on as I was told and was sitting in the exact same place where I d left it almost 9 hours prior. I immediately asked for my keys back and left. I took time out of my workday to drop my car off and to pick it up only to be lied to and treated unfairly. There is a clearly an issue with scheduling here (overbooking or not prioritizing customers with appointments, not sure which) They did reach out to me after to apologize and offered a discount to bring my car back, which I declined.

If I had known how big of a deal tints are, I would have done it sooner. My car is cooler (temp wise and style wise) than ever. They got it done on my lunch break. 10/10 would recommend these guys. I had the ceramic window tint applied to my 2022 GMC Sierra. It made a noticeable change on the inside temperature of my truck after it s been sitting out in a parking lot in 100 plus degrees. Update: They did not get back to me to resolve this issue, I contacted them twice with no resolution after a few weeks. Did a great job with the tint on my 2019 Ram, however they got a good amount of water in my dash, which caused the BCM to malfunction (which is normal) however, I was told once it dried everything would correct itself. This was not the case and after over a week of being left in the sun I am still having mechanical issues and this will need replaced. I recommend protecting that unit by covering with towel or additional prevention on the dash for future trucks like mine.

Sergio was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process when asked how he would deal with a specific issue on my convertible. The Xpel ceramic tint they use is superior to the tint used by other shops in the area. Its also a bonus that there are wondows lookimg onto the shop floor so customers can watch the process. Went off of the good reviews and boy was I wrong! I will never bring any of my vehicles here ever again! Each window has bubbles & some has lint between the tint & window. We asked for legal tint in the front, didn t get it. He asked us if we wanted an eye brow on the window shield, we said no but he put it on anyways so he had to rip it off. We brought the car back & he refused to correct his mistakes because it ll cost him too much money to fix it (even though the receipt states that it has a year warranty). We have only had the tint on for a week or less!! We don t want our money back or any type of discount, we just want it fixed!
