Cory & Gia - WHAT A TEAM! Working with these ladies is absolutely the best. They have a great, calming energy, which is typically what youd want during a high stress event day. I love their photography style - its very crisp, true-to-color & modern. Within that they are able to capture all the beautiful moments, but also the small details that matter. We booked a fall mini session with Cory a couple weeks ago, and we are in love with the results! It was so hard to narrow down our favorites. Our youngest kiddo was a little apprehensive, and Cory was so patient and helpful at getting those smiles and giggles out. Somehow, she captured all the best moments in a way that looks and feels like us. We had a blast exploring the park with her during our session. I love Corys crisp, true-to-color style that so genuinely captures the details and energy of our family during this stage. I absolutely LOVE working with this team - I have been a wedding planner for almost 20 years - and am very particular about who makes our vendor referral list - the first time I worked with these gals - they made the cut plus plus. Their work is so so beautiful. Most especially - they have a wonderful way of capturing emotion thru a lens. I have had a pleasure of working with them on many weddings and every time the couples are laughing and joyous and their photo team has a really magical way of bringing that out during the photos and capturing those sweet moments - especially when you have one of the pair that maybe less into photos. Family photos can be especially stressful - but I have never seen a photographer so magically navigate family photo time and make it fun for all. As an event planner, I cant stress the absolute relief I feel knowing that a vendor will be prompt with responses and not require me to follow up with them a million times. And Cory does just that! Additionally, Im constantly on the search for vendors who provide my clients with what I call a high value product. This is where I feel like for what we paid, they got exactly what they expected, if not more!! And man... Cory and Gias photos speak for themselves! Im always so excited to receive the gallery after weddings with Cory and her team! They seriously are so so good. We absolutely adore Cory! She has taken our family photos for 2 years now, and she captures our family so beautifully and perfectly. We have two little kids, which means sitting still for photos is not always an easy task. Cory makes it fun and low-stress, and the results truly are beautiful. When our wedding plans had to be changed because of the lockdown, Gia (who was our primary photography) was one of the few vendors we worked with that really helped us stay calm and at ease. She helped us come up with a plan to ensure our special moments were captured while also being respectful of our budget. In the end, my husband and I decided to do a micro-wedding ceremony +bride/groom portraits and a year later, a vow renewal and reception. Gia knew how to direct us without being pushy or making us feel awkward. Lets just say that Gia did such a great job that my sister ended up using her for her wedding. Cory was excellent! She genuinely cared about what photos we wanted and made sure to speak with us on several occasions prior to our wedding to discuss what photos we wanted and the timeline etc, as well as the vibe/mood of photos we wanted. At the wedding, she and her assistant were very cheerful and pleasant and did not feel intrusive at all. What seemed like just a day after the wedding, she already sent us a few sample photos that were gorgeous, and then about a month after the wedding she emailed us links to all of the photos as well as a slideshow that she had made and put to music. She also mailed a USB to us with all of the photos. The quality was AMAZING and really depicted what a beautiful, fun and loving event it was! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Cory was amazing to work with from start to finish. She was open to our ideas for our family portraits and made helpful suggestions for the location, timing, and wardrobe that really made our photo session perfect. She was great with social distancing and we felt really comfortable throughout the shoot. Our 17 month old had a great time and she was great at teasing smiles out of him. The photos are amazing - they turned out great. They have a really timeless quality and captured little moments of our family (even those when our kiddo was getting grumpy). There are some great portraits that will be sent out as prints, cards, etc but also well treasure those little moments Cory caught in between when we were just being in the moment. Cory shot our engagement sesh and wedding and we couldn t be happier with the photos! Her sweet and bubbly personality made us super comfortable and relax during our shoot so we were able to be ourselves. Hiring Cory Ryan as my wedding photographer was by far the absolute BEST decision I made. Cory is so amazing that we hired her to take photographs for our engagement, bridal portraits, rehearsal dinner, and wedding. I guess you could say that we are pretty OBSESSED with her and our photos. All of our photos are exactly what we wanted and even better than expected! Our house is now filled with Cory s photographs and quite literally looks like a shrine to her/us. My husband and I rarely take photographs together and definitely do not know how to pose, but Cory put us at ease, gave us honest feedback, and helped us navigate our way through our new found modeling careers. All kidding aside, Cory knows what she is doing and delivers gorgeous photographs, both posed and candid moments. We had a colorful, vibrant, and modern Cinco de Mayo wedding at South Congress Hotel and Cory truly captured every detail and moment perfectly. I do not care for overly filtered or dull photographs, so Cory s vibrant, modern and eclectic style was a perfect fit for me and shines perfectly in all of our photographs. Not only are her photographs amazing, but Cory has the BEST personality and I genuinely enjoyed working with her throughout the process and especially on my wedding day. She put me at ease and most importantly, kept me laughing throughout our wedding day and during all of our other photo sessions. Cory also delivered our wedding photographs earlier than I was so grateful. It is a bummer to come back from your honeymoon but the wedding photographs in my inbox certainly made my day. If you want fun, colorful photography, Cory is your girl - shes the best! My wife and I are also photographers, and finding someone who creates joyful and vibrant photography is tough these days. The current fleeting trends are for moody and flat photography - but who wants to look drab and sad on their wedding day? We knew for years that when the day came, Cory would be our choice - it was a no brainer! Cory photographed our elopement in NYC, and even came a day early to do a fun portrait session all around the city - the photos from both the session and our wedding day were amazing and exactly what we wanted! She is a master of all of the technical aspects of the profession as well, and she excelled even when the late evening light got challenging in the urban canyons and there was at least a 3-stop difference between shadow and sky! We love all of our photos and the prints now hang on our living room wall alongside our many cat photos, so we no longer look like super-weird cat people. Just weird cat people. Hire Cory and you too can have joyful photos for a lifetime!

Cory is hands down the best wedding photographer I have ever seen. She and her assistant were an amazing team -- they both have a great eye for backdrops, lighting, and add just enough artistic whimsy to their detail shots. They are excellent at getting people to laugh and loosen up (and my husband and I really tested those limits! -- we tend to be very stiff and unnatural in photo shoots). There were several moments of the wedding that I wondered if they could possibly have been captured (like when a horse licked my nose in a couples portrait) and they were! Cory was so friendly, helpful, flexible, responsive and accommodating throughout the whole process. She seemed a little out of our budget when we were first looking up photographers, but she was definitely worth every penny. I am so thrilled with the way she captured this day for us.

Cory photographed our wedding day and we are so, so happy with the results. The photos are stunning. She did an especially great job producing wonderfully vibrant colors and utilized the golden hour to get gorgeous ceremony shots. She and her assistant were able to get all of our bride/groom photos and family photos done at one time and in a professional manner. They brought the list of shots we provided and worked through them very efficiently. It was important to us to have photos of all our wedding guests, but we didnt want to spend the entire wedding day taking staged shots. She and her assistant did a great job of snapping candids and posed pictures of all of our guests throughout the night - we are so grateful to have these shots. It took her just under a month to get us the digital prints - plenty of time to order gifts for people before the holidays. Note that she does not do a sneak peak type thing where she posts some photos on social media right after the wedding - this wasnt a problem for us. Also, there was a snafu in the scheduling of the wedding day and Cory was not able to make it to take my getting-ready photos. To ensure she provided the amount of photographer time we contracted for, Cory and her assistant stayed at the reception until nearly the end and captured some fantastic dancing photos.

Cory was amazing and finding the photographer was one of the only things I left up to my husband. I told him this is the one things we couldnt skimp out on. :) She was so easy to work with and made me feel extremely comfortable. For my bridal portraits, I had listed some great locations for the photos, but she told me she wanted me to come up with some great locations that were more unique to me. I am so glad she did.... I could not be happier with the portraits and the locations that we came up with. We also love the wedding photos. She was so professional and fun to work with. Half the time we didnt even see her! We were also pleasantly surprised when we got all of the photos back in about a month and how beautiful they turned out! She got some amazing pictures! Cory Ryan is amazing! My wedding photos from July 20, 2013 look incredible and I absolutely loved working with her. First of all, picking a wedding photographer can be extremely scary. You do not want to end up with a wedding photo disaster because hopefully youll only get married once. I did a lot of research and Cory kept coming up as someone really great. She had done my friends wedding and their pictures looked amazing. So I called her up and first of all we met at her office. She is a super professional person which I LOVED. A lot of photographers in Austin are a little flakey and maybe theyre great artists but they dont have a business plan, a contract, an office, a prestigeous education, and these were all things I really loved about Cory. You hear about these nightmare stories where brides dont get their wedding photos back for a year! Well I got married on July 20th and on August 26th all of my photos were posted and that was after she posted a preview of them weeks before. Awesome. Secondly, you actually spend a lot of time with this person you barely know on your wedding day, the most important day of your life. So its important to click with the persona nd respect them and like them and I would say that Cory is extremely likeable and easy to work with and at the same time very competent. Thirdly, the photos are high quality, interesting shots that make me look good. Like I was the bride and I wanted to look good and she took like 400 pictures of me and almost all of them look really good. And Im not photogenic. I am a totally normal 30 year old round-faced person. And these photos look like Im a celebrity or something. Finally, one of the main reasons I picked Cory is that I was have a wedding in the evening that would turn into a night wedding and her night photography is extremely good. It was the best I was able to find with like 2 months of looking. Night photography is very tricky and a lot of photographers who take great pictures on beautiful sunny days, do not get the same effect at night. So anyway, I highly recommend Cory Ryan. Just like so many other brides and websites have. Shes great.

Cory shot our wedding in February 2013 and did an amazing job! She has a talented eye for capturing those memorable shots and I was so glad she was there to make the whole process run smoothly. She also gathered some amazing detailed shots that will help us remember just how special the day was. We forgot to take pictures of our rings during the wedding so she called me to schedule a separate time we could do this, so that I had all the pictures on my list! We love our photos and loved working with her - shes fun and professional at the same time. I would recommend her to anyone!

Cory is fabulous! From the consultation, the pre-wedding info gathering through the actual wedding date and delivery of images post-wedding, she was incredibly timely, professional, creative and delightful to work with. She wrangled our considerably large family for numerous family pictures, she was gentle yet firm with keeping things moving on time and she was flexible with her ideas and solutions when things just simply had to change. We love our photos and are so thrilled to have had such a beautiful capturing of such an incredible day in our lives. Thanks, Cory! You truly rock!!!

Cory Ryan was simply amazing in every aspect of what she did at our wedding. She offered fantastic suggestions to us along the way, suggestions that ended up making all the difference in the world. She was responsive, flexible, punctual, and above all else, fun. We had FUN with Cory. Her photos reflect that. I cannot say enough good things about working with this wonderful professional. She was simply fantastic. She managed to take very candid photos without ever getting in anyones way, without most people ever noticing that she was there. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this woman for any function that you need documented. She was/is a pleasure to work with.

Cannot say enough great things about Cory! Our pictures are truly fantastic - we have hundreds and hundreds of beautiful reminders of our big day and the rehearsal dinner the night before - and she captured so many things that we missed! Really beautiful shots of our family and friends and all the little things that made our day special. A number of people have commented on how our photographer seemed to be everywhere all at once. We went into the wedding wanting a truly exceptional photographer because the photos are one piece that can be treasured for a lifetime (or longer), and we got that with Cory! She was personable, flexible, had great ideas, was able to tell my now-husband to stop oversmiling in the nicest possible way (thanks, Cory) and really has given us a wonderful gift with her outstanding talent. I recommend Cory wholeheartedly!!
