My husband and I attended a couples wellness retreat at The Retreat at Crystal Creek. The location had a beautiful atmosphere. We stayed in one of the Airstreams and it was absolutely perfect. Laura is everything! So sweet and wonderful. She taught yoga every morning overlooking the beautiful view and we got to experience sound bath, breath work and learned so much about ourselves and our energy throughout the trip. Safe to say we will be digging into the yogi life more!

Beautiful with an impressive panoramic view, ideal for a pleasant moment with family and friends and contemplating a sunrise while enjoying a good cup of coffee contemplating the wonderful things that this beautiful country has to offer to lovers of quietness and the surroundings of nature and the singing of the early birds and the roosters while the Alva appears and the morning coming to life you have no idea what you are missing life is short take some time for yourself tomorrow maybe you wont be able to enjoy Austin will become an architectural wonder at that pace producing passages with beautiful panoramic views

Laura is an excellent host! Service was top notch! The property is amazing and exceeds your expectations! We rented the property to accommodate our family and bridal party for my daughter s wedding in Austin. We also hosted a rehearsal dinner at this location. All of our guests were so impressed and there was so much to do to keep everyone occupied and having fun. Grounds including pools, putting green, outdoor living space, fishing pond, are impeccable! Both houses, cabins and airstreams were outstanding! We would highly recommend this property for any event! Rooms: Clean, spacious, comfortable beds

This place is amazing. We had 5 different groups coming in throughout our stay as we hosted an even for business and the place was perfect. We loved having the putting green, pond for fishing and pool/hot tub for the guests to have options of things to do. Each room and/or cabin was so unique! We will definitely do it again! Laura and Drew were super helpful with anything we needed!

We had a great time hosting our Breakthroughs Retreat here. The hosts are incredibly responsive, kind and helpful. It s clear they are committed to creating a great experience for their guests. The setting is beautiful! It s a huge plus for this to be near downtown Austin and a major airport. We booked again for next year.

We booked the entire retreat for our company offsite and it was a great decision! The retreat itself is spacious and provided not only privacy but also plenty of space for our meetings, break-outs and social gatherings. There was plenty to do on site once our meetings finished and it felt like there was something for everyone. The accommodation was unique and very well provisioned. Laura was always available and responsive. All attendees really enjoyed themselves and Id highly recommend!

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this phenomenal retreat, designed and managed by hosts Laura and Dru Dunworth. We enjoy bringing our family together and have stayed in a variety of accommodations and locations. From the moment we entered this property we new we were somewhere special. The grounds are beautiful as is the house. It is uniquely located within the Austin area --close enough to downtown to take advantage of all Austin has to offer, but tucked away in the hills and you feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The home itself is just gorgeous. We easily accommodated our group of 10 with much room to spare. The floorpan allowed us to congregate in the kitchen and living room area to prepare meals together in the well equipped kitchen. The home is spotlessly clean and the attention to detail in the furnishings, bedding and other amenities was a recurrent theme we encountered in every aspect of our visit. We loved the layout that allowed for us to be together but also have individual space and privacy, as several bedrooms are designed as separate structures although connected to the main house. The pool and hot tub are meticulously clean, and a putting green is located just steps away. We love to hike and mountain bike and easily found options in the vicinity. Everyone in our group loved this place and want to come back!! Laura and Dru couldnt have been more attentive or accommodating hosts.

Simply exceptional! An amazing location: private, safe, and cosy, scenic. The houses and cabins are all stunning - very spacious, clean, comfy, well maintained and fully stocked with just about anything you need; incredibly furnished and perfectly set up. The grounds have so much to see and do, and the facilities are all far better than I imagined. The only thing that beats the lodging is the hosts: truly warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful folks that were always available - while not being at all intrusive. Really glad we chose this venue for our work team retreat.

You get a mixture of the beautiful scenery of the Austin hillside along with a short drive to the city, and everything that Austin has to offer. Laura is an incredible host, the retreat is extremely well kept, neat, and clean. She is very accommodating to your needs, whatever size party or group you have staying there. Her hospitality is unmatched, she is available if you need or have any issues, and is very sincere and easy to work with. Recently attended a Social Gathering at the Retreat at Crystal Creek. Absolutely incredible setting with lakeside pool, top of the line grills, plenty of space to roam and relax, and wonderful surprises around every corner. The main house served as the venue for the event and it was perfect .. chef quality kitchen, spacious full length glass walled view of the huge patio and the lake, and plenty of room for all the guests. In addition to all of that, Laura is absolutely the kindest host imaginable. She always wore a smile and had the perfect answer to any request. Don t hesitate to book an event at this one of a kind spectacular Austin gem. Better yet, book a stay there with friends and enjoy it all for a few days of relaxation and splendor.

The retreat is such a gem of Austin living! Fantastic location close to good food and not too far from downtown, and great views of the Texas hill country. We had the most amazing time at The Retreat at Crystal Creek. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating and this home was the finest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. There was a multitude of activities which included paddle boarding, fishing, lounging by pool or sitting in the hot tub. The amenities and extras were over the top and everything you could possibly need was stocked in the pantry. We will definitely return to this beautiful oasis. We held a 3-day Leadership Retreat here and the overall experience was really excellent. The place is very organized and clean. It is also well laid out for our kind of meeting with more than enough seating in every space as well as plenty of different areas to facilitate smaller breakout sessions. The fact that they have several different buildings available gave us the flexibility to house people appropriately (e.g. executives away from the main group so we could have quiet and they could cut loose without us around). Everyone had a great time on the putting green, playing cornhole, and getting in the hottub. The festive lighting around the house and putting green area is a really nice touch when the sun goes down and sets a fun mood.

Had a wonderful day with my girlfriends at the Retreat at Crystal Creek. Laura was the perfect host. She took care of breakfast, lunch and gave us a yoga class. In the afternoon we had facials, massages and girl time at the pool. The house has lots of character and the surrounding is simply gorgeous. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing retreat house just far enough out to feel like you re no longer in Austin but literally minutes from downtown. Family owned and operated. Situated on a pretty stock tank with ducks and fish to feed. Stand-up paddle boards and other boats to use on the pond as well. Pool and patio area really takes this place over the top.

The best owners ever. So hospitable. With 18 of us at this retreat experience of the space, the layouts and all having individual rooms was really nothing like I ve ever seen. Amenities were terrific. Few little things here and there that were bothersome but overall experience was very very good. We would definitely come back to the retreat at Crystal Creek.

This property is the most amazing getaway retreat I ve ever experienced! My girlfriends & I had our annual girls trip on this property, and it did not disappoint! This property is like a hidden gem. It s tucked away & surrounded by tons of trees & overlooks a beautiful pond. You will feel like you are away from the hustle & bustle of the city, yet this property is conveniently located minutes from shopping, restaurants, downtown Austin, University of Texas, etc. The inside of the property is modern, clean, & gorgeous. Laura is the perfect host. This property is amazing! I loved my girl s weekend here and was so happy to get a massage at this location. The pool is beautiful as well as the property. A true gem.
