Beautiful place. Very clean and well maintained. Had brunch with my husband. He of course had chicken fried chicken with pancakes. I had the eggs Benedict with a side of grits. Customer service was excellent. The waiter was very nice. We definitely will be back here to try a few more other things off the menu. Parking: Plenty of parking space. Kid-friendliness: Everyone was very nice and helpful

I was scared, but this place was really good, and affordable and filling. A lot of places in Dallas in my opinion do not taste good, but this place was really good. I got the skillet that came with a side of mini pancakes. Those pancakes were so fluffy and soft, and everything just filled me up like I am quite upset that I didn t get any food to go. I will be back.

Kinda got grossed out after I d eaten half my fruit and saw the unwashed dirt on my blueberries, mold on blackberries, then the mold on the raspberries and here comes a bug crawling out of the fruit obviously the fruit in this place comes out of a container to a customers plate without it being washed or visually checked. They took the item off the bill, but who gives a shh if it can make you sick. I never leave bad reviews unless it s a safety issue

Very busy during the weekend, definitely worth the wait. Great brunch menu, and food is always high quality! On busy days it can be bustling, but part of its atmosphere. This was a good spot for brunch! The skillet was great and filling and my girlfriend enjoyed her brisket tacos. The pancakes weren t fluffy so they weren t my favorite, but still good. Maybe I ll try the cinnamon roll next time instead. My watermelon mimosa was maybe one of the best I ve had. That s not a flavor you see often. Our waiter Joey was great as well! The Brunch district is SO cute! The matcha latte here is delicious! I ve been trying to eat healthy lately and this restaurant is perfect for that! There are so many delicious healthy options on the menu! I had the Veggie omelette with no cheese and it came with two sides so I ordered sourdough toast and mixed berries. The berries were super fresh and delicious and the omelette was amazing! I added a little bit of yellow bird blue agave sriracha to my omelette, that was crazy good, I highly recommend it! I also loved the atmosphere here the decor was very cute kind of like a mix of bohemian with wicker basket lanterns and punk with the records and magazine paintings on the wall. The staff was AMAZING Kayla was our waiter she was so cute and sweet! The bussers were also super quick when a table got up they were there cleaning in seconds! You can tell that the staff here really value teamwork. I can t wait to come back! Vegetarian options: Brunch is usually pretty easy to make vegetarian but there were also a lot of salad and juice options. Dietary restrictions: Many healthy options!

Awesome service, delicious food, sever check in often. We had a split of 2 breakfast and 2 lunch meals. Parking: Some parking spot might be tricky for some because they are on a angle. You always want to leave room for the car next to you so there are no dings in your car doors. Kid-friendliness: We did not have children with us but children were in the resturant. Im always disappointed when there is an upcharge for gluten free options (but it is typically the industry standard). This restaurant not only upcharges for gluten free but also for maple syrup. I ordered an egg white scramble and was charged $2 for avocado even though it was indicated as a choice for an included side. You couldnt order fruit and avocado (even though both were listed as an option). They wanted the second choice to be a pancake or toast which I would have had to order gluten free toast for an additional $2. Its really difficult to eat out when you have an allergy and really frustrating when a restaurant cannot be accommodating. A classic example of capitalizing on the brunch craze. Food was subpar and expensive. A trend amongst all these new brunch places with twists on breakfast and mimosa favorites - an easy cash grab. Atmosphere was decent if eclectic, service was good. We wont be back because of the food, not inedible but definitely below average and expensive - we expect these premiums at brunch places these days but you do have to deliver good food, typically with some unique twists on brunch staples to make it worth the trip/price.

Overhyped overpriced underwhelming! Pancakes were so thick and heavy, chicken apple sausage tasted like chemicals, potatoes were obviously frozen from a bag and salty, orange juice was fresh squeezed but oranges had to be poor quality and tasted extremely sour, coffee was like water and French toast was soggy and had no flavor other than the icing. We went there last Saturday to celebrate my birthday. We were a part of three and one of us was running a few minutes late. They would allow us to sit. The young girl who turned out to be the Maher as well informed us that this their Saturday policy. The owner is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Our family of 9 showed up for Easter brunch, 8 of us had gathered in the front waiting to be seated. We had two handicapped ladies in our group but they would not seat us without all 9 people there. This policy of theirs overrode that they had crippled people forced to stand and wait. Furthermore when my poor grandmother tried to ask if we could just get seated early, the owner cut her off and rudely snapped Mam I am speaking now . I do not know who hurt this owner but clearly being the owner has gone to her head and made her believe she can just treat customers like trash. After this I talked with my party about simply leaving due to this mistreatment, not even directly talking to her, but this bruised her ego to the point she told me to stop talking. At this point we were all just floored with this service and left, she even threatened to call the police on our way out, even though we were already leaving. We later called Another Broken Egg and they happily seated us after we explained what happened, I do understand that service workers have it tough and are treated poorly but it does not excuse treating a customer like trash. Truly the worst service I have ever received, I wish I could give zero stars.

I have been here several times, mostly for breakfast/brunch. It s a good space with lots of natural light. The staff has been attentive and the food has been on point. The crab Benedict is my favorite. I like the bagel and lox, but wish they would serve it open face without the lettuce. Sort of detracts. The potato s are actually really good. Crispy on the outside but mushy on the inside (like me). The grits are also excellent. They are open early on the weekends. On Sunday, you can get a mimosa when they open but a Bloody Mary or other liqueur doesn t start until 10. If you don t want to wait, get there around 8:00 or before. It s a madhouse at 9:00+, but it s worth the wait. Good range of offerings and I havent had a bad dish yet.

We enjoyed brunch for Valentine s Day here. Here is what we had and how we liked it 1-10 -mimosa- 10 -banana Nutella crepes- 9 -2x2x2 combo- 10 Atmosphere- 7/10 The greeting and seating portion was not the best start, not very friendly. Our server was very good, not too chatty but attentive. Food was served in generous portion, hot and all at once. GF pancakes were very good. Crepe needed a little more Nutella but it was very good. Pricing is fair, decor is nice. Restaurant was a little cold.

This was our first experience at The Brunch District. I used the Google Maps app to reserve a table since I didn t know how busy it would be. Seating was fast. Our food was at the table within 10 minutes of ordering. I was pleasantly surprised since they were busy. All of our food was played well and very good. No complaints. As a coffee drinker I was very happy with the service. No looking for the waitress for a refill. She checked on us regularly to see if we wanted refills or anything else. Excellent service. We will definitely be back.

A contemporary take on your typical cafe. Food is good though not great for the prices charged. Service is efficient and friendly. The place is usually buzzing. You might have to wait if it is peak times. Pricing is above average, but I guess it is what it is for the ambience, location and the fact that the place is new. Place closes after lunch.

We had high hopes, because I d seen some good reviews. Maybe we hit an off day, but there are too many choices to go back. The food was not hot, the server was pleasant, but disappeared at the end. I had the burnt end tacos; those ends weren t even close to burnt. It was just chewy under cooked fat. I had to comb through the tacos to remove all of it. The biscuits and gravy were tasty but room temperature. The pancakes were good, but they want $2 for real Maple syrup. Why so much??? The eggs Benedict were done well. The grits were good (they are plain, so know what you re getting). The potatoes were also very good.

Had such a great brunch here last weekend! Came here with family (I think about 10 of us all together including 2 toddlers) and we were super happy about how well they accommodated us all. I got the chicken fried steak + pancakes but tried a lot of my other family members dishes too, and all of it was delicious! Aside from my own plate, I really loved the steak skillet Definitely coming back again when I m in town! I received a coupon in the mail today. I may now visit. Their prices are so high. Hamburgers $15. Breakfast $15. What happened to less than $10 meals? UPDATE: Well we finally gave it a try for Valentine s Day morning brunch. I had the grits and it was terrible. Not even seasoned. By far worse grits I have ever had. My wife had the brisket tacos. I ate one and the eggs were not even seasoned! Again, worse taco I have ever had. And all this with one coffee and 20% tip for $40! What a way to begin Valentine s Day!

Went for Sunday brunch around 1pm. It was packed but the wait wasnt long at all. Really love the interior. Service was good. The only thing lacking was the flavor, it was definitely fresh! but a little more seasoning wouldn t hurt. I got the California Benny with no bacon. I think the avocado wouldve made more sense sliced thinly and placed beneath the tomato but what do I know the potatoes were delicious and crispy and flavorful though! My sister got hummus avocado toast, they really put a ton of hummus and avocado on it. It was better with feta cheese added.
