This place needs to be closed. We needed someplace for a short stay while we attended a funeral in Belton Texas. After 4hr on the road this was what we arrived to. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They got our room wrong by giving a smoking room. When we open the door the smell overwhelmed us we did not make it one step in the room it was disgusting. When we addressed the desk clerk about the condition of the room they would not simply make it right. They made us cancel through the booking site then charged us again for the changed of room. When we walked in to the changed room it smelled terrible there were bodily fluids and large stains on the bed. The bathroom had a rot smell in it. The remote control for the TV was chewed and broken. See attached picture the booking sites need to remove them as an option and report this location to the health service.

Needs improvement dirty Room, Hairs on Shower, and Roches. Got first room and the NB were loud in and out. Went back to office was given a second room upstairs was more quite but still Roches, hairs and dirty floors. Family and I where just tired and needed a place to sleep. Perfect location if you in town for School. Good Beds ,Extremely affordable! Friendly Staff... I took picture but not able to upload them. If rooms and outside will be cleaner it will be a nice place to stay.

Needs improvement on the upkeep, customer service is 5 stars. Perfect location if you in town for work and working with low funds. Extremely affordable! But don t expect a picturesque image. But the customer service may keep you coming back. They are friendly and the diversity is nice too.

Dead roach in bathroom upon check-in. Handful of roaches crawling out of A/C unit. Complained to desk clerk, switched from booked king to available double queen. More roaches in bathroom, blood stain on first set of queen sheets. Disused toilet stored in corridor outside of room. Stains on second set of queen sheets. Turn off lights for a few minutes and the bugs get comfortable. Turn lights on and see them run for the shadows. Forget about a restful nights sleep, unless youre comfortable with six-legged bunkmates and rubbing against mystery stains. Run-down unclean establishment. The savings arent worth living in squalor.

The room had a foul odor to it and the housekeeper decided he would open the door while my fiancé and I were laying down and that he would tell us it s time to leave our own room so he can clean it, the front desk called the cops when I didn t answer the door because I m showering, this hotel has no good qualities other than the foundation it was built on and I wouldn t even trust that

If I could give negative stars I would but 1 will have to do. It says they have breakfast an I saw the breakfast stuff in the lobby when I got there, so I got up a hour earlier than I had to go to work an was told they DONT have breakfast just empty machines. 1 ice machine in the whole place which was out of order. Bed sheets had a Stain on them. Shower floor has paint peeling and and is RUSTING, an had no pressure due to corrosion in the shower head. holes in the walls where the old fixtures were. The tv worked but is only about a 28 which isn t even centered between the double beds. An last but not least the floors were literally sticking to my shoes. I do understand it s a cheap hotel but should still be livable for 75$ a night. Also the pool is non existent.

From the clerk to hotel maids/maidmen the experience was great! The room was great. It was a king non smoke with mini fridge, wifi, and a good handful of tv channels. We loved it the only problem was the tub not being able to shut off all the way with the shower head on. Atleast they attempted to fix it or make it to where the tub wouldnt fill up fast. That was the only problem other than that the service was wonderful and my daughter loved one of the hotel maids. Shes very sweet.

Took great care of us over a festival Weekend. Had a bad experience at another hotel and took us in last minute. When We lost an item, staff became extremely Helpful. So thankful for their service. Even on a two night stay the Desk Clerk, knew our names and wished us safe travels.

Another trip headed north off of I-35. Another last minute rental. Not a bad location, lots of restaurants around. Room smelled very clean, staff was friendly. Room is a little outdated but does have some upgrades. It was clean though. Walls are paper thin, you can hear people walking outside as if they were next to your bed. Pillows were super stiff, one of the beds had seen better days. Id say bring your own pillow with ear plugs and youre good to go. Id stay here again. Not too bad.

I tried to book a room in person at this knight inn. I stated I had a service animal with me and would like a first floor room if available. I was verbally assaulted by Vik Patel the manager of this establishment and threatened with violence if I did not leave the property after explaining that under the Americans with Disabilities Act I do not have to disclose any specifics on the disability. I offered to provide my service animal registration id and he said I had to explain everything that the animal was for and then when I restated what was required under the ADA he responded with threat of violence if I did not leave. I have also filed a police report with the Belton police department on this incident and reported this to the Red Lion corporate office. Stay at any other hotel in the area this place.

This place was cheaper than most hotels/motels when the winter storm hit bell county. We lost our power and water, and had no where to go. They didn t price gouge us like other places were. It wasn t perfect, but we were just grateful to have heat and warm water to bathe our children. Ernest was really nice and humble. When we had a problem, they came right away to help us. Thank you!

Rooms look recently remodeled, good sized tv, clean, housekeeping was in and out in a couple minutes didnt notice they restocked soap shampoo etc which is a plus because they smell great. Had no issues with male night clerk. Key got demagnetized and I went downstairs worried but the female clerk was absolutely fantastic. Went downstairs worried spoke to her smile on her face no problem lets get you taken care of, when I went back in room key worked she gave a call to the room just wanted to make sure you got in your room okay to save you a trip down if you need anything else just ask its no problem. Honestly I would stay here again just because of her fantastic attitude she needs employee of the month a raise or something. Great priced hotel, way better than the rodeway inn. Love how there are cameras facing the parking lot. I do not have anything bad to say. But and extra set of pillows, a comforter on the beds, and a do not disturb sign would be amazing but next time Im in this area I will definitely stay here again. Great price, great service, great rooms, clean, great location, cameras facing parking lot. Personally I feel I got the service of a $100 a night hotel and would probably pick this place over one if given the choice. Thanks for the amazing stay.

I see too many business cutting costs and using covid as an excuse, but I dont see why they cant leave a coffee machine in the room if theyre not going to provide it in the lobby? We were supposed to be in a smoke-free room, but from the second we walked in all we could smell was cig. smoke. A staff member came in and sprayed something, but it just made the place smell like smoke AND chemicals. Comforter also had cig. burn holes and suspicious white stains, when we called about it they let us know they didn t have any other comforters. The bathroom was gross and made our dog gag. A staff member offered to relocate us to a downsized room but we chose to stay elsewhere. He was attempting to be accommodating and was apologetic, so it s a little hard to blame them for the mistakes of others. Just wish it was properly cleaned beforehand

I would have given this place two stars because the bed was actually comfortable however all of the bad, outweighed me sleeping comfortably. Let s start with the crooked woman in the office. She tells my husband $68 for a king bed for 2 adults 1 toddler. He agrees, and she disappears to charge him for the room. She comes back 15 minutes later, with a receipt for him to sign stating she charged his bank account $161.00!!!!! WHAT!?! How are you going to tell someone you re charging them $68 for one night and then charge $100 more. Then to top it off she won t refund us our hard earned money back so we can just leave. We just needed to stay here because a storm knocked our power out and it was way too hot to sleep at home with no AC. And ultimately it has cost us almost $200. NEXT: the non-smoking king room. As soon as I walked in, it reminded me of the smell of my grandfathers truck when I was a child. Stale, wet cigarette butts and musty cologne. Oh, I forgot to mention that it s 5am and we just want to go to sleep and she gives him the keycard to go get in our room, we finally find our door and the keycard isn t even programmed, ooops a mistake okay annoyed a bit because of what we ve already been through, but whatever she s human too, go back to the office to tell her about it and she claims she knows she programmed the card, no he said he watched her she never did, so he walks back to the room and AGAIN it doesn t want to work. So we messed around with the door for about 5 minutes before it FINALLY opened. If we hadn t already been charged the $161.00 we NEVER would have even walked inside the room, it would have been a wrap at the door. Never again. Save your money y all, this place is a joke.

I gotta say, it s one of the worst I ve ever stayed in. If I could give it a 0, I would. My siblings and I got bit by bugs during the night, the rooms were rundown, bathroom looked worse, and it just stink throughout the whole place. Also, there breakfast consisted of a bagel and one other thing. I honestly wouldn t recommend it to anyone.

Supposedly pet friendly, but wanted to charge $20 for my dogs. When he said the total amount with tax would be $102 I requested to see the room first. Suddenly then there were no rooms. We went on down the road........

We have stayed here for 4 years on and off while our son was in college. Staff has always accommodated us. Very nice. Cindy always treated us like family. Very special lady.
