Came here on a Monday evening. Josue was our server and made it a great experience. There was a mistake in the kitchen which led to one of our group receiving the wrong food, but Diego, the manager on duty, was over immediately to assure us it was already being fixed and that the meal was comped. All in all great experience and phenomenal service.

BEST STEAK EVER! I visited this place for my birthday. Imagine having a candlight dinner, a nice margarita and a flavorful steak,cooked to perfection , and they cut the steak for you. I was amazed. To top it off, server Mark gave me the most exceptional service ever! He was very attentive, caring, and down to earth. He made my birthday extra special. Thank you, Mark at Eureka! A very nice restaurant with a big variety of food. My burger and dessert was absolutely amazing. The service was very welcoming and fast. Atmosphere is pretty cool, and they have a huge bar that serves anything from beer to cocktails. Very much recommended.

The place is great and looks amazing; the food not so much. I got a smash burger and it was pretty much just two full sized patties smashed into a slop between the bun. The point of a smash burger is it s supposed to be thin and almost crispy. The truffle fries were good but the burger was horrible. P terries has a better burger and it cost $3.55

The service was outstanding and the fig marmalade bacon hamburger was delicious. The waiter went out of his way to make sure I received the cocktail (classic margarita) the way I wanted it. He asked how it was , and I said it was a little too sweet. He brought another, without me asking for it. It was much more to my liking and no charge for the first drink.

Love this hole in the wall! My husband got a burger and wasnt a fan of the chipotle sauce. I got the ahi tuna poke and it was a lot spicier than I thought it would be. I enjoyed it because thats my taste but I could see how that turns someone off. I got a margarita and it was pretty good!

Im so disappointed! I was celebrating an event Sunday afternoon and we went inside and stood there for like 5 minutes. It was empty, and two servers looked us in the eyes and moved on with their day! They didn t even acknowledge us or let us know someone will get to us. I was so excited to try the beet burger. Instead, we went to Arriba Abajo, and it was DELISH!! Excellent service as well.

This WAS my favorite restaurant but they switched their menu to rotating burgers which means all of the unique burgers from their menu are only available on certain days. Uh..what the heck lol. You re known for your burgers but then limit 1 burger per day. So weird. I only get off Saturdays and I don t care for the burger on Saturday, I want the fig burger. But I can t order it because it s only available on Mondays lol. Just seems like such a fast way to lose customers rather than gain them. Peace

I love this place but man does it suck that they only serve certain burgers on certain days. My wife and I won t ever be able to order our favorite usuals. Hopefully they change the menu back, until then I ll probably won t be able to come as often as I like. :/ Honestly if you guys want customers to come on slower-days to order their favorite burger, maybe make it where they are cheaper on certain days, instead of only having them available on certain days.

My husband and I had a reservation for 930, walked in at 921. We waited at the front for less than 5 minutes, greeted was probably the furthest adjective more like seen and followed the host to our table, no friendliness or service. We waited 17 minutes before a server who wasnt even our server asked if we had been helped and then another 10 minutes just to get a water. Ordered our appetizer, came out with the wrong sides, took another 10 minutes to get anyones attention to get the correct side. We were watching the tables near us and had been asked if everything was fine except us, it was bizarre. The restaurant was very slow, maybe 6 tables with customers, 3 to the left and 2 to the right were empty and yet we just kept getting skipped, seriously thought we were being punkd. So service is 0/10, restaurant was beautiful and the food was spectacular but I would not recommend due to the awful service, it just doesnt equate.

Took too long for the server to come to our table, and we almost left. Im glad we didnt. The food was really good, and we enjoyed our waitress who made sure the food was dairy allergy friendly and had great whiskey recommendations Dietary restrictions: Told the waitress about a dairy allergy, and she made the chef make it again when they forgot to exclude the Parmesan. She brought French fries to the table to munch on since it had to be done again.

Skylar was our waiter and he was awesome. He was patient and attentive. I highly recommend the truffle fries. Sometimes truffle sauce can be overpowering but this truffle sauce was mellow and perfect. Both my husband and I got burgers. I would say the burgers were alright. Both of our burgers were in definite need of some salt, maybe some other spices to kick the burger up a notch? They definitely tasted clean though which was a good thing! Especially since they say their cows are fed a carrot diet. Overall not too shabby.

I wont come back. The service here is a disaster! Our waitresses keep disappearing, we sit at the table for 20 minutes without water, last Sunday was very hot and the kids are dying of thirst! Water finally came, but only a little, we drank it quickly, at this time we could not find the waitress again, she disappeared for 20 minutes, not in the restaurant, I wanted to find another one to give me water, I saw there were many waiters standing at the door chatting, none of them cared about us, I dont know if this restaurant has a manager, if there is, I feel ashamed for him! Edit 2024-02-25 Burgers are still great. Service is still good. Very sad that they got rid of the mini corn dogs (those were the best thing on the menu). Glad you see that they added a couple of mock-tails. Wish they had more, though. ***************** So, we decided to try this American food restaurant... Really cool atmosphere. Great service. Very attentive staff and management. For an appetizer we order a beer sampler and the lollipop corn dogs. Wow, those things are amazing. For dinner I ordered the Jalapeño Egg Burger. It looked so good, till I bit into raw (pink is raw, to me) meat patty. The manager was very fast to notice my distaste and came to check on us. He immediately expedited a new burger, fully cooked. Simply put, it was amazing. The mix of sweet BBQ sauce, Egg yolk, and very potent jalapeños made for an excellent flavor pallette. For dessert we tried the chocolate soufflé. It was good... But, tasted more like a brownie that was not fully cooked. The pieces of espresso beans was not very appetizing. Just not my cup of tea (or chocolate). All in all, this restaurant is definitely a great place to stop in. An awesome dinner spot. We will definitely return. Ask for Holly when you stop by - she is an excellent waitress.

Tried to order wings and were told they are out. Changed to Truffle Cheese Fries and Chicken Nachos Out comes shoe string fries and a dipping sauce along with chicken nachos. Server says they are truffle fries and heads to next patron. We were expecting something other than McDonalds fries and sauce.. typically truffle fries are cut from potatoes on waffle style cut in the kitchen, dressed with garlic and parmesan cheese. Thats not what they are offering here. I ask the server hey are you sure we got the right order, he says sorry kitchen is out of Parmesan. I ask if these are the fries they normally provide when customers order truffle fries he says yes. He went back to his manager and comes out later telling me he can remove the fries from my ticket since they arent parmesan truffle fries I said that would be appreciated. He instantly grabs the plate of fries and takes them away. When a restaurant sends out the wrong order or the item doesnt meet the patrons expectation you remove the charge but you dont yank the item away instantly!!! Not to mention the grilled chicken nachos were stale but we didnt dare mention that or we would have no starters to eat! We ordered alcoholic drinks and couldnt get our check and leave fast enough!!!! We tipped the server 20% and left instead of ordering a second round and other food items. Dont bother with this place they havent trained their staff properly both server and kitchen.

First time there, sat at bR with husband and daughter, had the most wonderful experience. Drinks delicious and looked like out of magazine gar ished with fresh flowers, food was amazing from Brussel sprout appetizers to whiskey cake. Next time I WONT be sharing dessert!! And sweet potato fries drizzled with hot honey!!

Ordered the house margarita, got charged for a casamigos margarita $6 more than the house margarita without notice until the bill. Displeased to say the least. All wine drinkers were offered 9 oz pours, assuming that was the normal pour . nope, charged for the additional 4 ounces. 5 ounces would have been fine, thank you. Just a little extra for a bar style atmosphere, really?

David thank you so much for your wonderful service, you made our first day in Austin amazing, the food was good, the Titos moscow mule was delicious, my husbands dirty vodka martini also very good. The chocolate volcano cake was not great, but is personal preference. But what made it great was David he asked how was everything and made us feel we could be honest. The service was a little bit slow at the time but otherwise I really liked the place. We got the spinach dip (in the picture) and it was pretty good. Unique compared to other places I ve gotten dip. The chipotle burger was good but it had a little too much sauce for my liking. It was also cooked to what I asked for which is good. Both the bison burger and the spicy chicken was reported to be good from. Great place for dinner in a decent area with other shops and what not around it.

Such a nice place, great service, good food. I had the fish and chips. Nice and crispy outside with a perfect, flaky white fish in. Husband had the Cowboy burger and sweet potato/honey/cinnamon fries. He said all was delicious. We will go again.

The bison burger was amazing. We ordered rare, and we were truly satisfied with the cook of our burger. Service was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be stopping by again on our next trip to Austin, TX

I expected more from a $16 chicken sandwich. It was good but you can get a similar sandwich at Applebees. The corn was ok but too mild for my taste. They were out of fries and the mix to make the bloody Mary I ordered. The service was very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is scenic and relaxed. Id like to come again another time so I can order different items.

The food was good, the atmosphere was ok, but the service was pretty poor. Our server hardly checked on us. When I tried to order the Bison, she warned me several times that its spicy. I told her I like spicy. I dont think shes from Texas. When I told her I didnt think it was spicy, she told me I must not like spicy since I picked the pepper off. I thought it was a tomato and immediately ate it. Still didnt think it was spicy. Either way, the fact she took forever to take our orders, hardly checked on us, and took forever with the check is what I disliked the most. I also had asked her to change one of the TVs to a different channel, and she immediately responded that it was broken. I got up and asked a hostess and the hostess changed the TV immediately. This place could be better if they get better servers. Otherwise it was decent.

Was here not too long ago with family for a downtown Austin trip and decided to come to Eureka! for dinner one night. We all loved it! I personally ordered the Sear Ahi Salad and it was super good! The peanut sauce and sesame ginger dressing was definitely the cherry on top and made the entire dish absolutely delightful! We also got the glazed brussel sprouts as an appetizer and they were amazing too! The almonds in them added a nice additional crunch and the glaze itself was slightly sweet. The staff was super friendly and jovial. They made jokes with their tables and made the experience very fun! Next time I am in Austin, I will definitely be coming back.

Great location but I feel like quality has decreased in the past few years. This past time I went, I ordered my usual bone marrow burger. Good burger but the salad was pretty sad. It looked like the chef gathered what he was trying to get rid of, cut it up, and added it to the salad. The truffle fries were pretty good. I like that the cheese sauce is on the side so fries don t get soggy. The short rib was good too flavor wise. For texture though, it was monotonous. It s a braised piece of beef which is soft on top of soft red peppers and soft spinach. It needed something with texture and some acidity too. The Gingerbread cocktail was cute but didn t really stand out to me. I like the gingerbread man ice but nothing made the drink special. It tasted good but it could ve been any old-fashioned. Service was eh. Our waiter was not mean but he wasn t the friendliest. I feel like when you re in hospitality, you gotta turn it up even if you don t feel like being there.
