We recently moved here from Katy tx and my grandkids were visiting so I decided to bring them to Peter Pipers , they had a great time and Aleshia was especially sweet and made us feel welcomed, it was also kids day and they had fun sruff for them to do, and we were greated by a very sweet officer and Brother Gary Moses they welcomed us and chatted with us for a minute and were so sweet they took pictures with my grandkids, kudos to the Victoria police department for being so envolved with the community.

We had a party this Saturday & our party host was Will, he did such a great job at being attentive, communicating, updating us on the pizza orders, making sure we were always taken care of! He definitely helped the party run so smoothly so we were able to enjoy ourselves. A big thank you to him, his great customer service & wonderful attitude!

Alesha was our cashier. She helped us get a table because we had not booked a party. We had planned to have pizza and let the kids play games. She was awesome. She recommended the XL play pack that included cups and game cards. We had 10 adults and 11 kids. It was so affordable and the pizza and wings were great.

We had my son s 8th birthday and from the moment we got there till the end we were never greeted nor shown our tables . Our tables were occupied by random people we had to ask to please relocated as they were assigned for our party . We had to go to register each time we needed something we never had anyone come check up on us . The only person was I believe a manager on duty to give us our bill . Other parties had people helping but not ours as we paid for reservation and all . Will definitely never go back nor recommend to anyone . Very disappointed never had this bad of an experience before we ve been coming multiple years .

My kids love this place. Its fairly priced to have buffet and feed the whole family. The games are fun and a good mixture for both my 3 and 10 year old. Sometimes the staff is ok and sometimes less than ok. My kids waited for someone to come to the prize counter as other staff spoke to each other and walked past into a door behind the counter for more than 20 minutes. Other times the staff are a little friendlier. My family has visited other locations that were better. All in all, its ok for a quick treat for the kids on the weekend.

Food was decent, was over priced. The 20 dollars for 100 game tokens for My Son and His Cousin to use in the arcade is pretty swell, the prizes are Total Cheap Junk. If you go just to have fun at a fair rate, I recommend. Maybe try the buffet. That price looks fair. It is only certain days though. Pretty Fun and affordable for a kids Birthday Party.

My son is old enough to be alone. And here he is allowed to go with a friend. Unlike Chuck E. Cheese where you need an 18 year old or older. So being able to go alone was a plus for them. I love the security as well. They keep an eye on those who are coming and going, which is a relief. I have not had a bad experience here in my five years of living in Victoria. So I highly recommend this location. Family oriented and safe!

Refused to honor the $1 upgrade on the sign to upgrade pizza to XL stated manager told them not to? They were nice though kid had his tokens stolen immediately while we were filling drinks and they refunded 90% of them. I wish they had bands 5 year olds shouldnt have to learn what getting robbed is when its a birthday party. Pizza was really good compared to CC Kid-friendliness: they need bands kids / adults steal tokens from small children

Pizzas always been amazing everytime!! I love bringing my kiddos to enjoy the experience. But Im giving 3 stars this time. The pizza wasnt cut up all the way through I couldnt grab a slice effortlessly to pass around it was falling apart after grabbing a slice trying to rip it with my fingers while its HOT and that kept happening to each slice!! And I will say it was a bit busy that day so I understand if the cooks where trying to rush. But over all the pizza was OK pepperoni tastes off a bit. Its been better before

Today a little after 2 it was last call for buffet. My sister in law s plate was grabbed away from her by an employee, an older lady. It was embarrassing, shocking, and unprofessional. After she grabbed the plate she then moved it to the side and stood there glaring at us yelling that it s someone s order. When she originally grabbed the plate my sister in law had tugged back and the pizza slid around all over the plate and bumping their hands. So, she still served it to the other customers. I began questioning food quality.

We were invited to a party at the Victoria location. The pizza was good but the wings were an absolute disappointment. We ordered the largest order of wings and I cant even describe how horrible they were. We couldn t tell if they were boiled or microwaved but they definitely were not fried or baked. They looked like they had been cut/tore up yet still on the bone. When we tried picking them up from the bone, they fell to pieces. The texture was off and if there had not been a bone present, we would have thought it was fake meat. They were not edible.

This place is a load of fun for the kids, and you know what? For a pizza joint that has tons of arcade games, the pizza is really, really good. Several of my nieces and nephews have had their parties here and weve never been disappointed. As with any arcade joint, some of the games will take tokens or not dispense tickets, but all you have to do is tell them, and theyll take care of it. Great food, great atmosphere.

Lots of games were out of order, a few that were in order would just eat your tokens, it seems the games have went up in token price and the majority of the games that were working cost 4 tokens each. The bathrooms were not that clean. The staff were very friendly and professional though.

Was not very impressed with our Birthday party for my son... We had to keep hunting down our personal server and keep asking her for things that came in our package. like icecream,etc... Then that server that was never around brings my ticket tells me itll be charged to my card so we left and then they call say we need to pay so ofcourse we went back and paid and when I tried ro tell manager she just talked over me. So we are done we wont be back ....

Management including store manager doesnt care about customers. Employee lied to us about a deal for tokens and food and after arguing with us a while took even longer to give us our money back. Gov unemployment benefits really has the worst workers in the workforce forced on us now. Called to talk to store manager and he couldnt care less about losing business. Good riddance. Only giving it 2 stars bc it is cheaper than Chuck E Cheese.

It is like a local version of Chuck E Cheese, the employees were all very nice. There is a play area in addition to the games. It was surprisingly calm when we went on a Sunday, and of course the kids loved it. The menu had a lot of good looking food in a addition to traditional cheese/pepperoni pizza.
