He is Impossible to work with, and very disrespectful.The photo quality was terrible there was camera glare and red eye in the picture. Guy needs a new profession because my 6 year old could ve taken those. Avoid at all cost!!!

Its a cool concept, but I wish they would simplify how to search for events. We were unable to find pictures for a state track meet that we attended.

Stellar customer service! In the past few years I had a few issues. One time I didnt like the pictures because the background flowers blended over my sons sweater. I called customer service, they were on top of it. They reprinted the pictures to my liking and shipped them to me at no charge. This past week I realized I didnt get a package of pictures I ordered for my high school son (misplaced by the teacher last year) They mailed new the package set I ordered and mailed them to my home for no charge! Great job First Photo! For those of yall with bad reviews a little kindness to customer service (even though your frustrated) goes a long way. Im proof.

I have been trying for over two weeks to set up my daughter s senior pictures and no one will rerun my calls or emails. This is very poor customer service. I am very upset.
