Google says they open at 3 pm but that s for Resort Pass / hotel guests. Lucky me the bartender had already poured my drink when she asked me about my room number so she had to let me pay, but be aware of that. Nice atmosphere but small place. Pool is tiny, not sure it s worth the resort pass on a hot summer day.

The view is very beautiful. We made a reservation for a Friday night at 9:15 to celebrate a friends bday. When we arrived we were welcomed to about 10 wet screaming kids running around and swimming in the pool. That s not what we were expecting, I would think after 9 or 10 the pool closes. There was also no music. Cocktails weren t great.

I am an Austin resident and was looking for somewhere to spend some time at the pool so my friend and I headed up to the Azul Rooftop Pool at the Westin. We had the best afternoon there! The staff was so friendly, provided great service, delicious drinks, and the pool had incredible views. The Westin itself is beautiful and the pool pass includes discounted valet service so you don t have to deal with finding parking, which was so convenient. Could not recommend the experience more!

An open air lounge at the rooftop of Westin hotel. Lovely view of the downtown. Preferable to go when the sun is setting down. You can see the sunset and the night lights as well. Drinks menus is good. You can ask them to make customized drinks as well. There s a pool with cabanas next to them. Vegetarian options: They have some but not many. Dietary restrictions: I did not see anything related to the same in menu. Parking: You can park on the streets nearby. It s free after 6 P.M. There are a lot of free parking space in the nearby blocks. Kid-friendliness: There are cabanas where you can sit with the kids but won t recommend bringing kids here. Wheelchair accessibility: It s in the 20th floor of Westin hotel. You can reach there by all means.

Great staff and great bar with really nice views of the city. It was a very good 21+ rooftop bar with a good selection of food and drinks to choose from. It was very clean and it had a great lively atmosphere. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you are in Austin it was definitely worth going up to I hope to visit again. Parking: Decent paid parking on the street and in surrounding parking garages.

The male bartender thought it was appropriate to comment that I looked too young to order a cocktail. Avoid this bar if you want to enjoy a drink without unsolicited remarks - especially if you are a woman by yourself. My looks are none of his business, especially considering I have three law school degrees. He might in fact be younger than I am. Its time for such men to learn proper behavior around women.

A stop at Azul Rooftop is a MUST SEE ! The VIEWS & drinks are phenomenal! The service with Miguel was exceptional, he was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable of the menu- both food/drinks. The vibe is so chilled with a magical ambience. On the flip side the food was average. And bc the lights were dimmed I was not fully aware of its cleanses. But still advise you make that reservation! Took my wife out on a long awaited date. The view was amazing. Highest Bar Lounge in the city of Austin. 20 stories up. Its a great place for a small Getaway. The menu is small, I suggest eating before going. If youre not a big eater, then you should try the Tacos. We had the Carne de Res tacos with some drinks (Wife had the Watermelon Margarita and I had The Roof is on Fire). Spent the time well with my wife. Bartender was badass and took some pictures for us. They were all attentive and friendly. Gave us time and space and would check up on us regularly. The ambiance of the place was amazing. Quiet not too crowded. Of course, I went on a weekday, so Im not sure for the weekend. Amazing view to watch the sun set over the city of Austin. Overall my experience was awesome. Great view, awesome service, awesome night! Recommend this place as a place to be social and relaxed and or as a Date place, spend time with each other, communicate, relax and just enjoy the company. Not everything has to be a big fancy dinner. 10/10 for me. Thank You Azul Bar & Lounge for the amazing view and the amazing service. Will be coming back soon!

The Azul rooftop is a covetted little rooftop bar on top of the Westin Hotel in downtown Austin. In here, you will find unparalleled views of the entire Austin skyline. There is a nice little pool, plenty of seating, and at night, its decorated with lights that shine just right against the dark Austin sky. Perfect place to bring a date or a casual friend group. They have drinks and partake it festivities.

Beautiful rooftop patio with a pool! Entre thru the hotel front and get an elevator key first. The front desk is friendly too. Live fire maybe too hot for summer, but it s still good to enjoy the skyline and downtown night scenes. Great for a date or friends gatherings w some drinks. Food is prep food as they don t have a hot kitchen here. Wish they could at least give silver forks vs dispensable ones.

The highlight here is the view of the city at night. Its a nice hotel pool bar with beers and some cute cocktails if youre willing to pay for them. The cocktails are little sweet but not bad. When its not too windy they have torches along the edge give a nice cozy ambiance. Not much seating. It cant decide if it wants to be just a hotel pool bar or expand and be a rooftop bar attracting more than just hotel guests.

I came to Azul Rooftop while staying at the Westin for a work trip. I was wowed by the amazing service TJ provided and her knowledge of the both the menu and the local area. She waited on us hand and foot going above and beyond, even helping find a friend who could find the bar, haha. I usually try to stay at the 4 seasons while in town, but to be honest these kind of personal touches make the experience so memorable and I ll definitely be coming back 50/10 would recommend!

We booked a day pass to the pool in the middle of the summer heat wave last weekend. Service was excellent and everyone was very attentive. Food menu was limited but everything we tried was delicious. Atmosphere is very chic and young.

This rooftop pool was a 10/10 experience. Adam the bartender, Gabrielle, Alicia, and Sabrina made my experience top tier. The drinks were amazing and the service was even better. Highly recommend.

Azul Rooftop is top tier for the service, and atmosphere! I personally think this is the best rooftop view in Austin - and you get fantastic views of the Frost building, and skyline. Some of the skyscrapers block the sunset, however you get magnificent views of the clouds reflecting the sun, etc. I highly recommend catching a sunset here with a spicy margarita.

Been looking for a good rooftop for the summer. Sadly this one wasn t for me. We didn t have a reservation but walked right in which was nice. Unfortunately when we got there around 7-8pm most of the people were obviously very drunk, stumbling around in their swimsuits and getting water all over. It felt more like a public pool than an upscale rooftop bar (even had children). I couldn t even drink half of my watermelon marg because it was so acidic and sour. The view is the only redeeming quality unfortunately

Our server Sabrina was AMAZING!! Our reservation was not till 815pm but Sabrina sat us down immediately and was attentive the whole time. I was actually pretty surprised of how much I loved the tacos!! I was born and raised in San Antonio, so needless to say Im extremely picky when it comes to tacos, but we tried the chicken, brisket, and pork tacos. Our favorite was the pork with chicharron and pickled onions. Now, Ive never been an onion fan but the pickled onion, mixed with the salsa, chicharron and pork brought joy to my tastebuds. The view was so beautiful and although it was packed, you were still able to enjoy the sereness of the view. The prices were actually pretty reasonable and what I expected to pay for the ambiance and view. Parking: For where the hotel is located, we chose to use their valet parking. It just made more sense to us.

Omg finally I found best and tallest rooftop in austin with such a beautiful view . Surely go for drinks . They have 2 options for vegetarian . Staff is so friendly and crowd is really nice . We do have to reserve table before going but Sunday is open . Must try .

Everyone was great. Truly great, professional, smiling, etc. From the manager on duty assisting with food, drinks, and conversation to the cocktail staff. Personally have a shot out to Jillian at the bar with whom l am especially appreciative and enjoyed out conversations throughout a couple days. The whole experience was what helps make the decision to return to this location vs another when I return in business to Austin.
